Amazing car wash, so friendly and thorough. I get the monthly service, so worth it. I love the feeling of a clean car!

There are some major pros and cons about this location. So, I think it may be easiest to cover them bullet style. Pros: - Clean seating area, both inside and out - TVs to help pass the time while you wait for a wash - Easy and convenient access to both the gas station and car wash portions - Friendly service - Interesting products inside to look through while waiting - Car was cleaned well on outside - Gas station prices are comparable to the area Cons: - Extremely high pressure sales (be sure you know what you want BEFORE you go, and stick to it, if you want to stay in a certain price point) - Promised that it wouldn't take longer than the break we were on to finish the "extras" that were purchased, but went 20 minutes over promised time - Gave coupons for going over the time, coupons were expired - Car wasn't really well cleaned on inside Overall: C+ Be ready to have options sold to you in a high-pressure environment and know how to say "no" if you don't want to spend more than you planned. The exterior car wash option is great, but skip the inside option since it's not so great. read more

I've been wanting to write this for so long! Came in for an interior detail in May 2020. I spoke with Anthony on the phone before coming and he was so kind and helpful. I came towards the end of the day when it was really busy but Anthony still generously fit me in! Shane did my interior detail and he did an absolutely fantastic job! I live in Los Angeles and had some sand in the car. I hadn't seriously cleaned the car for a few years so it really needed a detail. Shane literally worked magic on it! I was blown away. He and everyone who worked on it did a 100% perfect job. Kyle helped me check out inside the store area and was super kind as well! I honestly got a little choked up driving away! It's easy to forget how a messy environment affects your mental health. I felt so happy having a clean car. Everyone was beyond kind and the service was topnotch! Spotless clean detailing. A bit too pricey and it took a while to get it on the schedule but not bad given the car was overdue cleaning.

Shady and mismanaged. Had issues twice now with the sales guy selling me detail packages and then ringing up lesser packages The first time he said he was running a Saturday special. $140 for a full detail. When I came in to get mybtrck detailed I was informed I was sold an interior detail only. One of the staff told me that the sales guy had been warned about not doing this before. I got a manager involved and they did the work. So I took my wife's car in today to get it detailed as a Mother's Day surprise and agreed to a interior detail for $128. The sales guy comes back and says he will throw in 5 free washes if I pay $28 outside using the express wash line payment machine and pay the other $100 inside. Deal. Fast forward 5 hours and when II retur they are jump starting my Wife's car. Evidently they left.the hazard flashers on all day. I get into the car and find the seats we're never wiped or cleaned. The guys in the detail area said he never rang up a detail just $45 wash. They got a Manager involved after I blew my lid and finished the work. Here is what $128 and 5 hours gets you. Took my car in for a wash. Admittedly, my car was quite dirty. That being said, it does not justify the quality of the cleaning! I paid for the most expensive wash. When collecting/tipping I did an inspection of the car. I asked the worker to clean a smudge on the door. He said it was sun stained. The interior was barely wiped down (the most egregious being the interior of the doors and cup holders). The mats looked like they were not vacuumed. I asked for a rag and cleaned up myself.... And what do you know? The smudge on the door came off and the interior was easily wiped! I don't appreciate being gaslit over such a small detail. If the workers had put in the minimal work required, we wouldn't be having this issue. I should have asked for the tip back if I am going to do the work myself. I would have made them clean again but I was on my lunch break and did not have the time to complain I have been going to this location for years and after today, I don't think I will be going back! read more

My favorite car wash. Friendly staff, fair prices. The vacuums work well and they provide towels. The location can be tricky to get in and out of as it is connected to a McDonald's parking lot and between 2 busy intersections. read more

They did a good job.cleaning the inside but the finishing crew DOES NOT have separate rags for rims and vehicle. They went RIGHT from wiping the rims clean to wiping my vehicle. Please retrain your staff. I will have to have corrections done now for the scratches. You're lucky I'm not suing for it. read more

I have been going to car washes for 30 plus years in Pennsylvania and gave up on believing there was such a thing as a good car wash unless I did it myself. Then I moved to Arizona less than a year ago and went to Cobblestone and was shocked to see the best car wash ever!! I have gone back several more times and each time was very happy! They'll let anyone call in and access your account. Huge stolen identity risk! Regardless of proving the membership was mine and my name on the payment method/account they still refused to speak to me the MEMBER and let whoever call in also cancel my membership. Customer service helped the identity thieves within a day, but refused to call the actual account holder ME for a week. When speaking to the representative they laughed and mocked the issue when questioned why they didn't call the real account holder. Then they hung up. Place is a joke! Don't waste your money. Huge loss to cobblestone because they failed to realize I manage two large fleets and we have cobblestone memberships on all our fleet cars, lol not anymore! Came here when it was dead. You would think they would spend time cleaning a car. WRONG. got the Supreme and I was supremely disappointed. Asked for air freshener, didn't even get that. When I got my car I had to ask for a wash cloth to clean my own interior AFTER paying them to do the job. Do yourself a favor, save your money....poor quality. read more

Took my truck in yesterday at 12:57PM. Paid for the inside/outside service and was told to come back in 20. Went and grabbed lunch and was back in 20. Truck was parked to the side, I tip one of the guys and grab keys. I opened the door and realized they barely touched the inside. Did not wipe center console or doors. They wiped the steering area and that was it. Did not even touch the backseat area (doors, windows, back of seats). They were super busy, so just figured it was not worth bringing up. Wiped it myself with rags at vacuum area. Not a huge deal. Start driving and realize my driver side side/rear view mirror is damaged. It is now loose and won't stay in place. There is also a white scuff on it that looks like it was ran in to something. Probably not reparable per research and looks like I will have to replace the entire assembly. I also noticed there was a white scuff on the driver door? Super awesome. read more

This specific location is subpar. I have the fast pass for the most expensive car wash that I don't even get half the time because it's so disorganized. But the tag reader can't even read the fast pass tag. It is clearly broken because my fast pass tag works at every other location. Every time I am here it does not matter if there is two cars in front of me or 10 cars in front of me I will be here at least 25 minutes just for the car wash part not even me vacuuming. The employees have a great customer service but no urgency to actually get the fast pass line moving. This has been an ongoing problem at this location and just fix the reader the employees know it's a problem why is this so difficult? read more

The sales people were rude and so was the girl at the register inside. Waited for 40 minutes for my car. They were busy; however, I came to realize my car had been ready for a while and was parked by the gas station. No one had called my name to tell me my car was ready. In addition, they did a horrible job washing and vacuuming. The windshield still had stuff all over it and my tires are not clean at all! The inside looked like they vacuumed fast: all of the car mats were basically thrown back into the car and not in the correct positions. As a first-time customer, I got an oil change and my ac was tampered with. A small amount of refrigerant was put in, causing issues with my ac. To top it off... I had to pay someone else to fix it. Do not ever take your vehicle here... you will regret it. read more

Don't come here. I used to get my car washed here years ago and came here today because I'm familiar with it. This is not the same car wash I remember. Definitely not coming here again or any other location they have. I got "Works" car wash which is $23.99. 10 minutes later my car was ready. I thought, wow, that was quick... Paid $23 for Supreme wash. It says that it includes an Air Freshener with the symbol from Little Trees. At the end, I did not see it, and I asked if Air Freshener is included? The guys went to my car and sprayed the seats a few times, and that was it. The scent went away on my drive home. Note that the "air freshener" is more like a temporary air spray that last for like 3 minutes. Beyond that, I had to wipe my interiors again, especially the windows. I think this place is more for those who paid for unlimited car wash and don't mind a sub par wash because they come here every 3 days. Not really worth the price as you have to do it all again yourself generally. read more
