I drive a Porsche 718 Boxster. Went to buy a single wash since my car was looking a little dirty. They directed me to go through the express lane. After purchasing a single wash I was told my car was too low for the tracks... there was three to four other Porsches there waiting to be washed. Then when I asked for a refund, the cashier took forever to accomplish nothing. I left with no refund. Not going back ever again even if it were to be free. read more

I was reluctant to go to this CS again for an oil change for various reasons prior. However, the NEW crew was fantastic. They were competent and friendly and set the oil change sensor correctly this time. I got a car wash too, but that hasn't always been up to par. They didn't open my trunk to clean that off and it was dirty and wet. Other places weren't wiped down as well. Other than that, I would recommend this CS. read more

The Auto Spa on Hayden and FLW was my go to for full service wash, oil change etc. I would loyally travel from PV to use this because of the friendly service during the week. So I came in today to get an oil change. I just got one done on March 31st but I had driven 5k miles so I brought it in to get done. My car currently has 18,373 miles on it. I was told that my engine oil was very dirty and needed to get an oil treatment (cleaner) for my engine. Lol, I work at a dealership, this is a new one on me! The girls at the front desk were great but the car wash itself was terrible and rushed. When ask to fix the issue, the issue wasn't fixed.

The service here is horrible. They are expensive, more than all of the other car washes within a 6 mile radius and they only cleaned portions of my car. After I spoke with a supervisor they still did not complete the entire service like cleaning the side windows and back window, using the air hose on one side of the car etc. I was there for over 45 minutes and had to leave so I was annoyed I paid for an incomplete service. read more

Boy, I should have looked at the reviews before I stopped here. I have had very good experiences with cobblestone on Bell and the 51. And with Cobblestone in Tempe off the 60. Talk about night and day. Went in about 4pm. Got the basic wash and was talked into upgrading one tier for tire dressing, air freshener, cleaner and protectant. I am not sure I got any of the above as I watched the car being "wiped down". I get called to my car at 445pm and noticed the entire back of the car still wasn't dried off. I notice what appears to be a small dent right above my drivers side door handle that wasn't there when I arrived. When entering my car the dash wasn't cleaned, the center console still had the beverage drops I had hoped would be cleaned. The doors weren't wiped and there was still visible dirt on my floor boards and center console in the back seat area and along the door frames. Visible chemical spray marks that haven't been wiped still on the passenger side window as I arrived home. Huge disappointment considering I usually have consistent quality service at the other two locations I go to. The ladies in the store at the registers are friendly, fun and welcoming. I got a $32 detailing and vacuum and the general manager Nick told me that I had sap drippings that were about to ruin my paint, he ended up making sure my BMW was personally cleaned perfectly. Fire the manager!!!!!!! This has to be the worst Cobblestone in the valley and I drive all over town and I think Ive been to all of them at this point. Always an issue with the car wash, always an issue with the line waiting for vacuum cleaners and this manager knows people cut others off while they wait for the vacuums and is not smart enough to implement a rule or put up a sign to tell people where the line is. Mark is an amazing detail man. I had my keys still in my purse while sitting at McDonald's and mark somehow found me and brought my keys after my car was already hand-washed lol. That's customer service. Kenny is also a great team player with mark. He does an excellent job out of any of the workers here. He will spot treatment, get every nook and cranny. Just ask and this place will accommodate all your needs. Start at the drive-thru where Nick is the go to guy who will tell you every package and not upsell you. He has your best interest at heart. However, if you ever have any issue, the best man to get any help you need is Shawn. He is the main man in the grey shirt. Head honcho. Don't go here unless you want your entire vehicle scratched from front to back on the side. The machine is junk. Went through here a couple of yrs ago with a Honda Pilot and machine scratched the side. Mom went here with her small Hyundai 2 mos ago and now she has a scratch on the same side. First off I would like to start by saying how much I enjoy the staff here. My beef is I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years running and have 3 to 4 cars that i get washed there. I have an expensive car that I purchased the hand wash unlimited for $49 per month. I went in to get it washed last week and was told I would not only have to pay the $49 per month but another $28 each time I wash it. So I usually wash it twice a month so that would be over a 100% price increase with no notice. So I am canceling my monthly and hand washing it myself. Boy oh boy did they go down the tubes. They used to be decent. I had an unlimited monthly wash here for years. No mas. Two times in a row now, I have paid $25 for a good interior exterior wash. I don't expect the car to be detailed. But at least get the bird crap off the car and do the windshield etc... Yesterday, I tried them again since I was meeting a client in an hour or so. I did the upgraded wash ($25 better be upgraded at least a little guys). I pointed out to the initial attendant that the windshield needed attention because of bugs from a recent drive up north. He nodded. Ok...whatever. Then I show him the bird crap on the door that they missed last time and asked him to make sure it was done. Believe it or not, he acted like he couldn't assure me that they would address it!!! I got a little forceful, and finally he said they would. But guys...in truth, it seems like this person has little or no communication with anyone else there. So its really just lip service he's giving me. My car comes out after 15 minutes and they call my name. Bug debris is covering the windshield along with streaks and streaks. It wasn't until last night that I can see that there is a very apparent difference between where my wipers wipe, and the areas they do not. The windshield is SO FAR from clean, that it's as if I never washed the car. When I pointed out all of the bug debris, the young porter does what he's been trained well to do. He explains that "These are all chips". I'm like "What? These are all chips?". He takes a rag and does almost nothing to further clean. Doesn't do Jack. Then we go to the door where I want to make sure that the bird shit was addressed. NOT EVEN TOUCHED. So he gets a rag wet and puts a little elbow grease into it and guess what? Most of it comes off. But he stops there and doesn't even complete it. I get in the car, upset and done...but drive away. Dust is in every recess that you would look. The cup holder, the change recess in the console. The side panels on my doors. The dashboard, especially in the corners where a 1.7 second courtesy wipe of the dash wouldn't normally go. Scuff marks that will come off are on both doors and the arm rest. Simply, anything at all that required an ounce of effort by the staff wasn't done. Even the grill was littered with bugs and other things that simply running it through the machine might not remove, but its why you pay the extra $19. There is an old Jazz Standard called "You've changed..." Thats you guys. Its apparent that your business model insists that you have some Dodo on the front line, trying to convince you that you need a $100 wash. But they get you for whatever they can. And if you pick that "middle of the road" wash where you expect a quality wash and interior clean, without a true detail, they are good with that. And since my car is always very clean just by the way I keep it, this should be all that I need. But if you do the $25, they simply run it through the automated wash. Then the guys spend 45 seconds vacuuming and another 60-90 seconds with a wet rag wiping down the interior. And then they have those stupid air compressors to blow the car to attempt to get rid of any water streaks. And since they aren't actually using a rag to clean at the same time, the air compressors are much easier to make it appear that they wiped the car down, when they didn't. Then you've got Dodo 2 handing you the keys. He's trained to tell you that whatever they didn't do, isn't their fault. I'd be Dodo number 3 if I ever went back. I don't wanna be Dodo number 3. Every time I come here they quote me a different price for an interior detail. They have terrible customer service and always quote you much less time for the detail than they actually take. This time I've had it! They quoted me 45-60min because I was the FIRST detail of the day, but it's been almost 2 hours and I still haven't gotten my vehicle back. When I asked them about it after 70 minutes had gone by, they said they would have someone else go help with the detail, but that never happened. EDIT: To Dominique, who has responded to this review: I appreciate your response, but with all due respect, someone should have offered something when I went inside to talk to managers either one of the two times this past visit. Also, I always ask for the same detail when I come, which is a full interior detail and only a basic exterior wash, so your response about having different prices for different types of details is not applicable here. It's hard to give Cobblestone more then Two Stars given the harassment they inflict on their customers I am sorry to write. I would agree with fellow Yelper, Michael C. that they should just "back off and wash the dam car!" Inside Cobblestone, you will find they have the various food options similar to that of any Seven-Eleven, or Circle K. You can sit inside or out, but inside they have large comfy chairs and TVs to watch the progress of your car. I like the convenience of this location, near the 101 and FLW. There is also a McDonalds next door to the car wash and it is easy enough to walk across the lot if the line backs up. I have a reasonably new car and my insurance would replace the windshield if I found any cracks at no charge. I would assume most local insurance companies work the same way, so why the strong arm tactics and the hard sell? Go figure. Gasoline is also cheaper here (only if you buy the Car Wash) then at most other Scottsdale gas stations, but it is still cheaper in Phoenix. As for the Car Wash, they do an excellent job and our family has always been very impressed with their diligence which is the reason we keep coming back. In the end, their cleaning is worthy of Five Stars. read more

Took my truck through the express lane; after an attendant helped me line my truck up, it got stuck in the middle bc they said the tires are too wide (he had every opportunity to see that prior to guiding me in). Then they said they would hand wash it; and charged me $50, in addition to the $14 already paid for the express.
