Brandon was very helpful and answered all the questions I had while recommending services but I did not feel pressured to buy anything extra or services I knew I didn't need. Aside from the shameless pressure you get from these guys trying to get you to spend more money than you need to, they employ thieves. twice when I've gone here I've had $50 in cash stolen from my car. When I've complained to management both times they didn't even bother to have the workers empty their pockets. so by not holding these guys accountable for stealing, cobblestone is encouraging staff to rob their patrons. so When cobblestone doesn't get money from you with their pressure to make you buy more, they just steal is from you anyway. read more

I have to give this place at least one star for simply existing, however they have not earned even that one star. I took my car in for a full detail on July 11th, when I went back two and a half hours later to pick my car up I noticed the side of my convertible tops canvas hanging with one of the workers trying to explain to a shift leader why. I went to my car and was told, 'hey it's an old car, things happen!' I demanded a manager and filled out a damage report, which I was told would be the first step to having the general manager remedying the situation. That was July 11th! Not only did the general manager never call- or follow up on the damage report, but after sending letters from my attorneys to three different addresses (apparently the physical address is not deliverable- neither is the one the stores manager or clerks will give you) the letter that was sent to their corporate office, where their statutory agent is located was ignored also. $3,500 dollars in damages to my vehicle later- this car wash is costing me a whole lot more than the $100+ I paid for a detail. And oh yeah- the 'old car' shot- I own a 2004 convertible which is in nearly perfect condition- so yeah. Either way! I am appalled at this businesses lack of respect for their customers- and their customers property! Stay away! I have been going to this cobblestone since I moved to Scottsdale in 2000. I have one closer, but prefer the service and people at this location, until yesterday. Got my car detailed, they knew the areas I was concerned about and after having it done once and then complaining so they did it a second time, they STILL didn't clean the car fully. UPDATE: The interior got redone and looks awesome. All the light stains are gone and no dust or dirt. All was done under 2 hrs. Customer service is very friendly and are all about making you satisfied with the service. My recommendation is not to take your vehicle on a weekend for such an extensive service. They are super busy to be able to take the time needed. OLD REVIEW: Bought the full exterior and interior package...lets say I waaaaay over paid.... quoted about an hour...almost 3 hrs later the truck was brought back to me, looking like I only got the ultimate $30 wash. Interior was still dusty and carpets and seats didn't look like they got shampooed at all, seeing how there are still old Staines that with a simple wet cloth could have taken off. The exterior still had dirt and bug splatter on the front bumper. Throughout the truck there was still dirt, also with a little more effort could have been take off. For the amount that I over paid and the amount of time I spent waiting on the service, I was expecting a whole lot better job done. I've been going to the Cobblestone Auto Spa for years and I'm always satisfied with their car wash services. I've done the basic $5 express washes as well as the more premium washes, and each time I think they do a great job of paying attention to the details. I get in an out of there very fast on the express washes, and I usually don't have to wait more than 10 minutes or so on the more premium washes. The attendants sometimes try to upsell me on stuff I don't want or need, but they're not pushy. In fact, they're usually very courteous. Overall, I dig the service and I think it's a good value for the money--especially on the $5 express wash. One tip--look out for when they have gift card sales, usually around monsoon season. If you buy a gift card with a certain number of washes, they'll give you a few extra washes for free. read more

My experience with Cobblestone occurred about two months ago. After paying well over a hundred dollars or so for a complete detailing of my car interior--the first detailing the car has ever had, it is 10 years old and had as many years of accumulation of fast food droppings, etc--I handed my keys over and asked them a) to please hold onto the box in the trunk but throw anything else away, and b) how long would this take? They made a point to tell me that they will be careful not to throw the box away, and that the whole thing would take about an hour. Fortunately, the box did not get thrown away, but unfortunately this was because after two hours (not one) the trunk was not even touched! I was so prepared to give these guys four or even five stars because they did such a good job of cleaning the interior of the car other than the trunk, but I did not realize that my trunk was left untouched until I got home, at which point I threw away the trash myself (I had quite a bit), brought the box inside, and drove the car all the way back to Cobblestone to ask them to finish the job. Now, perhaps they don't normally include trunks when performing an interior detail. If that's the case then this should have been explained to me when I asked them to keep the box in the trunk but throw everything else away! Fortunately, they have a couple decent seating areas, and I must confess I thought it to be slightly weird to see so many people sitting in comfy lounge chairs just quietly staring all in one direction out at the cars as they got finished up, almost as if it was a theatrical presentation. read more

However I had an awesome experience today and wanted to speak up and give some much deserved positive feedback. I met the new manager today, Shane, who seems to really be dialed in to offer a renewed level of service. My experience started with someone on the staff offering to help me while pumping gas. I had the hood of my car open and was clearing struggling when a nice man came over and offered to help. I was grateful as cars are not my strong suit to say the least. Then, I decided I should do the car wash and was quite pleased with the level of attention and care offered to me as well as the car. First time visit to Cobblestone in Scottsdale, though I have been to the one off Signal Butte in Mesa (near highway 60). In short, and after spending close to $38 for the Ultimate Plus and leather treatment of my seats, it is easy for me to conclude that I would rather take my BMW 535i to a Full Circle Car Wash or a Francis and Son's car wash for one simple reason: 1. Much less cost for a more effective wash, dry and detailing. I spend less then $20 for better work at the other two (2) locations. read more

Stopped at Cobblestone Auto Spa for the first time today. Got my car washed. They did a nice job. It definitely looked better afterwards but not 100% in wiping the dust/dirt or vacuuming up the pet hair. But the guy who assisted me when I first showed up stated that they might not be able to get all the dog hair up. Was about $45. Only took 25 minutes. Not bad. The restrooms were messy, trash can overflowing and etc. Customer service was good. read more

SCAM BE AWARE!! Brought in my car on Sunday for the best detail they have for interior and exterior with an oil change. Their website and employee told me the oil change is free of charge with detail. My car was there for 4 hours on sunday i picked it up before closing and the oil change was not completed they asked me to wait and i could not. I brought it in today and they conveniently could not find me in their system two days later and charged me $156 for oil change and transmission fluid. Money rip off!! read more

Do not do business here unless you enjoy having your belongings stolen. I took my car to the Cobblestone on 15816 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale, AZ and they stole my property - a handgun - from the center console. I immediately went back to the store. The manager, Donnie, showed me grainy security footage which showed nothing, and pointed to the disclaimer on the wall that Cobblestone takes no responsibility for theft by its employees. He would not even allow me to talk to the employees who had my car. A horrible business that showed no concern for the actions of its employees. read more

This was our 2nd time at this location. We always go to the one in Chandler. Both times we were treated poorly. They yell at their employees here. One time we asked the lady to wipe down something they'd missed, and her boss proceeded to yell at her for helping us. Maybe don't half-ass it the first time, and we won't need her to wipe it down. Today, one of the higher ups was yelling at an employee to move the car up and proceeded to call him a fool. Yes, you're busy but be decent to your employees. It's disgusting how these upper management thinks they can treat customers and employees. Both times things were not wiped down. When asking to speak to a manager, Brenton, he only said, "Ok" and offered to do nothing. I wasn't wanting a free wash just a proper interior cleaning like I paid for. He didn't say anything but "Ok" and that he was very busy. At Chandler, they work with you. They want you to have a good experience and stay true to what the supposed values of Cobblestone are. I will go the further distance for quality service and seeing everyone treated with respect including employees. If you're providing a service then act like that. I am usually very happy with the car washes I receive from the Cobblestone on Pima Road. Unfortunately, the last wash was not up to their usual standard. Upon driving in I noticed the menu had been updated so was unfamiliar with it. I usually go in before 9 am to use $5.00 off discount. I was met by a surly Tyler who upon me stating I wanted the works wash was asked if I wanted the ultimate for $32. I didn't realize it was the discounted amount and Tyler had no intention of explaining anything. Wash was inferior. Doors were not wiped and spots were still on the car, along with bug marks still on the windows. No one should have to pay $27 !!! for an inferior wash. Because of their usual good service I will give them another chance and next time, will take my car back so they can fix the issue. read more

I come here often to get my oil changed because it's cheap and close to my work. This cobblestone is pretty efficient and gets my car finished quickly but the staff is the worst. The guys in charge of oil changes and what not are usually helpful however the carwash guys are perverted and so annoying. One of them even came up to me and asked if I wanted to buy his mix tape or a ticket to his show.... Like No thanks, I'd like to just get my damn oil changed and leave. The people at the checkout counters are typically rude with the exception of Prescott! He's always nice! Avoid eye contact with the carwash staff and your visit will be great! read more
