I have come here twice now. The second time I came I had a coupon for a free full service wash. As soon as I denied upgrading my wash the person who checked me in completely changed his demeanor, didn't say another word, and simply handed me my receipt. This really gave me a bad vibe and didn't make me feel very comfortable. As the first point of contact, he should have been friendlier and especially to be rude about me not wanting to upgrade is wrong. I give this location 4 stars because the women inside at the cashier were very friendly both times I went. I was also satisfied with the quality of the cleaning inside and outside. However, due to the response I received about not wanting to upgrade I doubt I will come back. read more

I love spas! My car deserve to be pampered also and cobblestone is my choice sometimes. Cobblestone Auto Spa has beautiful locations all over the valley. The indoor waiting area has leather seats and TVs for sports watching, the outdoor area is clean and comfortable, just perfect for all of us wanting to enjoy the weather and see our cars being taken care of. The car washes here are a bit pricey (I believe I paid $37 for ultimate plus tip). Sometimes they do a good job and other times... well not so much. I have driven away with a sparkly clean car, however, often I ask for towels to wipe the left over dust, clean mirrors, bugs or even things off the floor that were not vacuumed... If you have issues, address them at the place right away. Do not contact "wecarecobblestone". I have tried several times and no costumer service representative even reached out to me. I will return here, but not very often since the quality of wash is not always matching the price. read more

Location; I-10 and Elliot Word of caution: In spite of what they it says on the paperwork, you can't trust this business to check the air pressure in your tires when you have your oil changed. I had an oil change and car wash on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. The paperwork indicates they filled the air in my tires to 35 lbs. The plaque on the B pillar of my car indicates the tires should have 33 lbs. I checked the tires the following morning and they measured 30-31 lbs. I confirmed these readings by checking them with a 2nd tire gauge. The week before another household member had the oil changed in his car. His paperwork indicates they filled his tires, also to 35 lbs. The plaque on his B pillar indicates the tires should have 32 lbs. I checked his tires once I learned that mine were under-inflated and found that his tires were also under-inflated, measuring 29-30 lbs. Moral of the story: don't trust this fast-lube business to inflate your tires. If you've had your oil changed here, you may also see "35 lbs" air pressure on your paperwork. If so, it actually means that your tires' air pressure needs to be checked sooner rather than later. I completed the Cobblestone's online review form identifying this problem and asked them to contact me about it. That was close to a week ago but there's been no response. read more

Been going her for years. Today was the worst wash ever. Barely cleaned the inside, like almost nothing! I don't expect a full detail, but common folks! I even took one of their rags and worked on it myself. Nobody cared that I was doing the work in front of employees and customers. Just got an oil change and Casey was awesome. Very professional and courteous in these crazy times we live in right now. He gave me disinfect wipes for inside of car, I didn't even have to get out of car. Great idea. And off to car wash I went. I hope you read this review before signing up for a car wash. I sold my car months ago and I canceled my car wash monthly "deal" They keep taking out money every month. I've had to call my bank to get it resolved. I've called Coble stone Customer care, they said they canceled it. Again the money was taken out. Great experience here today at this location. Took my Honda CR-V in for the supreme wash. Was greeted professionally and promptly by staff. They did a thorough vacuum job. My car came out of the wash looking brand new. They did awesome work and I left very satisfied with the service I received. I did notice though once I got home the cover came off from my towing bar. I immediately called the store and spoke to Jessica who transferred me to a gentleman by the name of Steven. I explained to Steven that I think it may have come off in the car wash. He said he would look and call me back within minutes. Steven did just that and called to inform me he found it. I had a friend pick it up for me. I was so grateful and thankful to Steven for his help & professionalism! Thank you Steven! I always have a great experience at this location. I've visited other locations and often have left feeling disappointed. But not at this location. I'm always pleased and very happy. Great job guys! When I was living in Mesa, I regularly took my wife's dually to the only car wash that accepted them. Usually a couple in Mesa. Monday, when visiting family in Chandler, I took the truck to this location to use up another pre-paid wash. I was charged $20 extra because there was some mud on it. Isn't that what a 'wash' is for, to clean it? After the usual wait, the truck came through. The roof didn't get dried, nor did the tool box top. There were still bugs on the ws, dirty water was coming out of the door trim, the tire product wasn't on all of the tire, and the wheel covers weren't cleaned well. When I got home the next day and put away a couple things from the trip, my battery powered impact was there, the 3/4" socket that HAD been on it wasn't. A full search ensued by my wife and I, but I guess it was easier to pocket the socket than the whole impact. I've always gotten excellent service from the two Mesa locations I've used, but I would definitely NOT recommend this location. read more

I usually turn OFF my radio and air conditioning when going into any carwash. When I got into my car, the air was on full blast along with my radio turned ON and the volume turned up full blast. Very disrespectful. I wont be returning. The cashiers weren't very welcoming, talking to each others not really acknowledging that you're there. And when they saw you, it was in an over-looking manner, just wanting to ring you up and get you out of the way (it wasn't very busy). At the finish line, not very positive, not friendly, no eye contact. Very bad first experience. read more

I am always here in the Express Wash lane. I am a frequent customer, so I purchased the $15 a month plan. I have a bright red car which I like to keep shiny. The express wash allows me to do just that. Most the time I am in once a week, but now with these "monsoons" I have been there as much as 3 times a week. Most the time I am given a moistened towel with cleaner and a lemon air freshener. This came in quite handy when dh took a turn on two wheels and spilled my hot chocolate all over the car! The lemon air fresheners, not a fan, but I use it anyway. When we first signed up for the monthly car washing privilege, I received a full car wash too! The employees did a great job washing my car from the inside to the outside. They even got all the hair my little pup, Jeb, left in the back. That is the only thing I miss about having the Express wash. I miss the great cleaning they all did on my car. I like the waiting area. Nice and relaxing. I wondered why it was so nice, but noticed the oil change place connected to the car wash/gas station. That explains it. It is very comfortable and clean. Now if only it had a dog wash too! read more

This review is for the Elliot location! The others are more 4 star range. They do an admirable job cleaning the filth and fur out of my much used vehicle. Nobody looks down on me or judges me for being such a filthy person.They don't cut corners and I'm usually in and out in under 20 minutes. I also like that the packages and upgrades are offered on a consistent basis but there is never any pressure. Customer service is great from the techs to the cashiers to the car washers. I just bought a nice used black BMW and wanted to keep it clean. So I purchased one of their monthly plans since they are close to home. After the first wash there were these scuff marks along the drivers door. I was able polish them out. Hoping it was a fluke, I took the car back a few days later after it was hosed down by some sprinklers. This time the wife and I went through the fast-lane. When I was drying it off there was what looked like rubber wheel marks left on the drivers side rear quarter panel. They rubbed off with a wet towel and some elbow grease but again, some hand polishing was neccesary to remove the scratches. The final straw, the third and last time I took the car there, new scratches along the left side of the hood and along the drivers side upper door rail. These are not polishing out so easily. Nice clean facility, but the equipment is ruining the finish on my car. I'm going to the $2 brushless wash around the corner from now on! read more

I like this facility in Tempe. I've been to other locations in the valley but this one tends to have a little more customer service than others I've been to. Especially give props to the guys in the Oil Lube department. I took my F250 there about a week ago and asked them a couple of questions about items not related to the oil change. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave me good advice on where to go and get those things taken care of. read more

This place is TERRIBLE! I came in for an oil change and waited 10 mins before someone even acknowledged that I was there. Then once I was about to get my services, I asked to have my light changed. I was told they didn't have the parts, which was fine, and that I should go to Midas to get it done. Midas is closed on Sundays. So I said ok fine, if that's the case then I'll wait and get everything done at Midas. Why pay two places for the same service right. Low and behold, they already "dropped" my oil!!! I hadn't even gotten out my car yet! So that means I'm stuck here dealing with this poor service . THEN, when I express my dissatisfaction when it was time to pay, all I got was a blank state and was asked for my balance... Wtffffff! After reading the other negative reviews I doubt Cobblestone really cares or wants to make anything "right", but I can at least go on record. (Wish I read these reviews before going there!) I work close to this location and needed an oil change. So I popped in after work and asked the first employee I saw, who I believe to be Anthony Pieri, if they were open. His response was, "It is 6 p.m.?" Wow, great customer service. I am not high-browed and am approachable, casual, but I did think that was very professional. Naturally Anthony told me I also needed a new filter of some sort, along with some sort of transmission service, replacing the fluids or something (this was a month ago so I don't remember exactly). I opted to forgo the transmission service but did agree to the new filter. Now my relatively inexpensive oil change is up to over $70. The next day I get in my car and the check engine light goes on! Mind you, I have out of town guests and am at home preparing to go on an outing with them, this is very inconvenient. So we make alternate arrangements and I leave my car at home. The following day I take my car to a Toyota dealership to have the check engine light diagnosed. Guess what. "Found a vacuum leak due to a hose left disconnected possibly DURING LAST SERVICE". Cost for diagnosis, $98.50. This is standard for the dealership and I don't begrudge Toyota. I do however blame Cobblestone who was obviously the culprit here displaying shoddy workmanship. Thanks Cobblestone. Oh and guess what else, no transmission work necessary when my Rav 4 got the once over from the dealership. Such a disappointing experience. A tale of two locations (AKA: AVOID 7700 S Autoplex, GO TO 616 W Baseline) First the good: 616 W Baseline I have been a loyal repeat customer of Cobblestone Auto Spa ever since I encountered Jared, one of the managers at the 616 W Baseline. The first time I went there I had my car detailed for $150 after discounts. The detail had been a little rushed because the location was extra busy that day and they were also short staffed. As a result there appeared to be some minor scratching. Jared was immediately on the ball and worked to have the scratched buffed out and fixed. I was very impressed with him as I watched and saw him masterfully handle other customer issues like mine. I was impressed enough that I told the man to his face that I was going to be a loyal customer directly as a result of his good work. I am not good with names or dates, but I remember this man's name, because he does his job with pride. After Jared, I became a fastpass customer and still remain one. COBBLESTONE, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION! THIS IS THE KIND OF EMPLOYEE YOU NEED MORE OF! Now the Bad: 7700 S Autoplex I first went to this location because I needed an oil change and the 616 location does not do oil changes. I got a heavy up-sale routine but went with it anyway. I also got a wash that was far below the standards of the 616 location. I let that all slide, as just being an off day. I then went a second time for a wash, also below standard. I also let that slide. I then went to get a wash yesterday. Not only was the wash worse than ever, but the car interior looked worse coming out than it did before I came! To begin with the carpets were barely vacuumed at all. There was dust and small dirt everywhere never even attempted to be cleaned. The only real evidence that they did anything was white stuff rubbed into the grain of dash around the driver's side air conditioning vent. There were also several new white smudges on the back of the seats as well as the seat back and headrests of both sides of the back seats. When I pointed out the mess on the dash, initially they tried to say this was the dash paint wearing off. I was able to remove some of this white stuff (that looked a lot like a car wax) with my thumb nail. The manager, who I do not remember his name (nor is he worthy of being remembered) wanted to just get his day over and wanted to fill out a damage report. I remained reasonable but refused to just drop it because I knew they caused the problem. At this point 3 of the employees were involved and seemed more concerned with getting the day over than fixing the problem. They were disrespectful and discourteous. Finally after they saw the light of day that it was not damage, but just some stuff that they managed to smear into the dash. They asked me to come back the next day. Obviously fixing the problem right then was just too much effort. I went home, frustrated but moderately satisfied that the car would be fixed the next day. The next day while examining the contents of the back seat that were just tossed about with no care, and no effort to clean anything, I discovered a pair of women's panties placed in the center of the floor of the back seat. Keep in mind that the floor mats were not vacuumed, but tossed on the back seat. I knew these were not my wife's who is a small woman because these were of a rather robust size. Also these were obviously clean panties, so I gather that one of the employees has a fat girlfriend or wife who is missing something from the laundry. I suspect these were a gift for my complaining about the condition of the car and the fact I was making them late from rushing home to see the next episode of moronic reality TV. As a result I was livid. I had tried to be cooperative and reasonable and was rewarded with this insult added to injury. I went to the 7700 location immediately and complained. They clearly found the actions of the yet undetermined employee very humorous, and were going to make no attempt to secure an apology or terminate the maleficent employee. They reluctantly looked at fixing the area of the dash they had messed up, and made a halfhearted attempt to fix it. At this point the dash looked a little better but not the same as it did when I brought the car in. I was tired of dealing with these lazy incompetent fools who had no pride in their work and decided to take the car back to the 616 location. Jared to the rescue: I took the car directly to the 616 location and saw Jared busily working with his staff. I pulled up and was greeted courteously by one of the staff. After being checked in I called out to Jared and explained the situation to him. He dutifully sought out to resolve this issues and return my car to its former glory. This was not his problem, his staff did not cause it but he fixed it. Lesson: NEVER GO TO THE 7700 LOCATION! ALWAYS GO TO THE 616 LOCATION! COBBLESTONE, BAD MANAGERS MAKE FOR A BAD STAFF. I really can't say too much as I just stopped by for a routine machine car wash, and vacuumed my car myself. I do like that the vacuums are on both sides of the car but am a little confused as to whether I'm supposed to vacuum my car before the wash or loop back around after the wash (which is what I've been doing). It's just a layout thing that bugs me a little. However, kudos to the staff who seemed pretty friendly with one of them rushing up to the "self-checkout" machine to make sure I was doing alright, another taping down my back windshield wiper before heading into the tunnel of terror, I mean, machine wash, and another who pushed my side mirror back into place after it was flipped backwards after the machine wash. They're small things but they definitely add up. read more

Came in for an oil change on my car. Super fast easy. Jessica and Ashley were so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back!!

$100 for a wash, wax, buff, and seal. Richard said it would take 1 hour for everything, which seemed like a sort amount of time to get everything done. Much to my surprise it was done in less than 45 minutes. While the car looked good, you could see the issues still. Water spots on the windows, exhaust tips still covered in black carbon dust, the wheels still had some brake dust. Call me crazy but I know waxing alone takes time, especially when it's done by hand, which I was told this was. They did buff out a scratch I mentioned, but they didn't buff the whole car as I was told they would. This makes me think there was no sealant to put on the paint either. (Probably a marketing gimmick as their automated car wash has the sealant added there.) For as good as the car looked, I would have gladly paid $40 at most. Would I go back? No. I'd rather spend the 3 hours it takes me to do it myself and save $100 or spend that $100 at Danny's Family Car Wash where I can see that they have done everything they said they would. (Granted Danny's is also a ripoff.) read more

Cobblestone at Elliot and I-10 is awesome. As a Realtor, my car must need clean. The option between Express Wash or Full Service is great. If you choose Full Service expect to be there for about 30-40 minutes. This is OK with me! I want it cleaned thoroughly and they do that. I can sit and work inside in their comfy chairs while I watch tv (and my car)on their wall if tv monitors. Best car wash I've ever been to. Been going here for about 6 years. read more

My first mistake was going through the main line for the upgraded washes instead of the express wash lane. - MY MISTAKE. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the building to pay, I was able to get a coffee to have something while I was waiting. The cashier was SUPER nice and friendly. SO, things were looking up, maybe it wasn't such a bad mistake. I might even come back. My car came through, it looked pretty decent so I was starting to change my mind about the mistake. I wish I had inspected my car before I left, you could still see the footprints from cats on the back, the inside was partially wiped down, I was missing my giant rubber spider that I like to leave to freak people out and all my silver change was gone and a CD was missing. Again, MY MISTAKE for letting someone else inside my vehicle. NEVER AGAIN. I know its just nominal stuff but then I tipped them, FOR TAKING MY THINGS. SMH. I'm a dummy for not checking but as I stated, I was planning on just driving through, not taking 45 minutes for a quick wash. **The manager, Jeremy was wicked fast to reach out and wanted more information to investigate. My expectation and reasoning behind going to a "full service" center like this is that I need / want something done that I can't do myself. I was getting ready to sell my 2010Kia and needed a detail done and while I was at it an oil change. The guy on the line up-sold me to the oil change ($19.99)and the delux detail ($59.99+tax). The oil change was an oil change but the shampoo interior wax and whatever a redaction is was little more than a glorified spit shine. There was dirt in the floorboards, it looked like the mats were never moved (found change under the driver and passenger side) the seats IF shampood were cleaned poorly and there was dirt on the door well by the visors. Again a decent spit shine but a lot less than I was expecting for the price. Nothing I couldn't have done myself with a working shop vac and a bottle of Armor All. I wish I would have take the $60+ dollars and purchased a new shop vac for all the good Cobblestone did. One Star: the customer service at the desk was not bad. The comment below my review from Cobblestone convinces me that my observations were correct and do not want to come back to Cobblestone. I feel the point of my review was completely missed -- a time was quoted for the service, and then when that time could not be met, no one communicated it -- I had to go back to get my car. Although a free car wash was offered it did not replace my missed car wash, not only because of time, but also because my car wash had been upgraded due to the extra amount I spent on the upsold fuel injection -- not only did I not get the services I was promised in the time I was promised, and not only was it not communicated to me that my non-requested but rather upsold service would run me much more than 10 minutes later that I was promised, but the car wash you give out as a free car wash does not match the upgraded car wash..... How breezily you dismiss my concern as a customer, trying to imply that I am unreasonable and trying to keep your employees from their holiday fun. Instead of taking responsibility for not communicating that the services YOU UPSOLD me were going to take longer than you told me, you instead try to make it seem that it was just a holiday rush -- did you in fact, put cars ahead of me then? Either way, there was poor communication and we end our long business relationship on a sour note. If you read through my reviews you will see that I often praise good service. I wish I could've found something to praise here, but instead, I'm left disappointed and saddened that I will have to find someone else to service my car and another place to get car washes as well. read more

Word of warning..if you are using your Living Social coupons at Cobblestone, make sure you print them because the LS app does not bring them up again. I didn't realize that because, once upon a time, you could bring it up on your phone and use it that way. But that has since changed and you need to print them out in order to use them. Needless to say, I didn't have a printed coupon with me. One of the cashiers was unable to help me with my dilemma and she didn't seem to be too concerned or try to seek advice from fellow workers on what could be done. It would have cost me the full price of the Supreme car wash ($21.99) without the coupon. I waited until I could talk to another cashier, Dominic, who willingly troubleshooted the problem, even though it took a little time, in order for me to use the coupon I had already purchased. I've been coming here for a few years. Their service is average and sometimes great. However if you do happen to notice something off and complain, they will make sure your car is absolutely spotless inside and out. There's a young man here by the name of Tristan. He's friendly and very customer focused. You can tell he's a hard worker and strives to do a great job. I really like him. I'm always happiest with the service here when Tristan has worked on my car. Overall pretty disappointed with this place. I'm new to this area and was looking for a place to get my car washed. I've been to several cobblestones so I figured I would give it a try. The people here are definitely friendly that's the only reason for 3 stars. My car went through the wash and then sat there and dried itself since they had a lot of cars. Not a problem I understand. When it dried it had spots all over and looked like it wasn't washed correctly. Again, not a problem... I figured they would clean it correctly when they got to it. This was a Thursday and it was busy, I understand. Then I see them wipe my car down really quickly and wave the towel in the air. I thought to myself no way it is ready but I could be wrong. I look at the passenger (outside) door and it was filthy. I called the attendant over and asked for it to be redone. He touched the spot I wanted redone (it was the whole door that was dirty from a trip) & almost told me it was a mark on my car until I wiped it off myself and told him I needed it to be redone. I am truly not picky what so ever the marks of water are still on the bottom of my car and I told them to not worry about it since it's the bottom of my car but I do expect my door handle and windows to be done right. I went around the car pointing stuff out but at this point I was frustrated. I could do a better job if I did it myself. I thanked him for trying and he kept apologizing I told him I understood but that I came for a car wash and it's not done so I decided to leave. As I was leaving I noticed spots all over my dash. It was definitely not cleaned. And come to think of it I don't remember seeing them wipe down my dashboard. (I was outside looking at them clean my car) If I spend $20 on a car wash I expect it to be decent. Not incredibly clean (again I'm reasonable) but this was ridiculous. Overall disappointing. I purchased a Groupon to check out this place. Disappointed!! First of all, their Groupon deal has expiration dates AFTER the expiration date FOR THE DEAL. So, unless you use the 3 car washes within a month ... the deal sucks. However, once you have used them, that is when the real disappointment begins. Their work is inferior to their local competitors. My teenager can do better with an attitude! Each time I went there I have had to ask them to redo the cleaning on the interior. They breeze through it so quickly , I didn't have to wait for my car to be done- as most car washes require. The Supreme car wash doesn't get you a good job - they just want to get you off their lot! Bring your own towel to dry off the door wells- they don't consider that part of towel drying. read more

I am ALWAYS uphold, and when I decided to FINALLY pay the $50 for a car wash, nobody told me that it would take AN HOUR. I waited for 30 minutes and then asked the ladies inside who told me it would be another 30 minutes. I was flabbergasted stating that I had no idea that it would even take 30 minutes, because I was not told. Then they rushed the job for me (wished they should have) but then it was incomplete. Ugh.
