Had a bad experience this time: took four months to get 4 rifles 'cleaned' and inspected, one stripped screw on a receiver fixed.. They called me three times over the last four months to tell me the job was done.. then I reminded them I had four rifles and they'd call back.. same conversation three times. Finally I called to ask to speak with the owner and he skipped my call.. went to pick them up: one rifle - no work done, one rifle not cleaned thoroughly one cleaned satisfactorily and one fixed - 660 dollars. Not worth it... won't be back.. Unless time and money are irrelevant to you, look elsewhere. - thanks for commenting... this is the detailed explanation I was hoping for when I called to talk with you.. I was given conflicting info each previous time, which I why I wanted to speak with you. Seems like a customer service / communication problem that can be easily avoided.. Also, I never asked for a refund.. I simply offered to pay for the work already done and be finished with the situation. Not knowing what stage of completion the rifle was in despite repeated requests contributed to this as did the frustration of all the back and forth. Additionally, I would ask a specific question only to be told I'd be called back never to hear from anyone. Again, I only called you after being given conflicting info each time I was called. There's nothing wrong with the work, per se. when I realized the first rifle I inspected upon delivery was dirty, it made me wonder what else had been missed and that my work orders weren't taken seriously. Not wanting to lose my temper I simply paid and left. I declined to have you take my rifle back to re clean because it takes me forty minutes to get to your shop (thus the reason I wanted to pick up the rifles at the same time) and I needed to go. I feel like I should update my original review. The muzzle device I ordered took about 3 months to get. Turns out they never ordered it in the first place for reasons I won't disclose because they'll just deny it anyways. At the end of the day, in my view, that business is horrible and their "business practices" are suspicious at best. 9/24/16 I drove from out of town to conduct a PPT to a Person who also drove 2 hours in the opposite direction to meet for the PPT. It was a Glock 19 Gen 4 M.O.S. . Inventory of the Pistol New in Original box was taken and all items were accounted for by myself and the purchaser. Today 10 days later I get a call from the purchaser that the M.O.S plates are missing and if I had taken them by accident or if I remember the clerk who conducted the transfer had placed them in the Box after the weapons check. I stated that all items were with the box and pistol and back straps along with the lock and paperwork. The purchaser remembers that he and I both took inventory and looked over the Pistol and contents prior to Money exchange and signing paperwork. The purchaser tells me that the M.O.S plates are missing and that the Clerk and manager of this Dump are accusing Him (The purchaser) of taking the Plates or Me the seller taking them. I get Pissed hearing this as I go out of my Way to do as I want other to do to me. I ensure the Purchase that I do not have the Plates and Explain that We did inventory prior to cash exchange at which time the Purchaser Acknowledges and agreed Remembering We Did this together. The Purchaser had asked the Manager if the security cameras could be rewound or Gone over for the date in questioned to see that day and time to find out the Truth. The Female Management stated No that they only keep film for 10 days and this day is the 10th. The Purchaser then Notices BEHIND the COUNTER (1) New Set Of GLOCK M.O.S PLATES on the Display rack labeled for only 29.00. He begins to point them Out to the Clerk and Management that those are the Plates because That M.O.S. Set wasn't there on dsplay the day we had did the transfer as Me and Him While waiting had looked around the Small Store while waiting, Management and the Clerk Deny that and say they are stock and for sale. This Shop is SUPER Small with Low inventory and it would be very obvious if M.O.S. plates were In Stock for Sale as we Would have noticed them as it would have Grabbed our interest due to our Transfer. As the Purchaser explains this to me Via phone call I hang up and Call Glock and Ask if I can Purchase M.O.S. plates from them for a M.O.S. Glock I purchased. Glock explains to me that they can direct me to a dealer who will sell me a Plate Specific Not Their Own Plates but can Not Nor do they Distribute Just the Plates as a Set They (GLOCK) will Only replace the ( Full Pistol in Box if Plates are missing ) due to it Being a Incomplete Sale and Glock Goes on about the Pistol M.O.S. is for L.E. only and etc. Glock then explains that a sale of a M.O.S. Plate set Only is not anything they distribute alone or sell alone without a full purchase of a Complete M.O.S. Pistol to Blue Label Dealers and Plates can not be Bought Alone, That Exchanges is How they Deal with Missing BL items. The Purchaser contact me again and understood our situation. The Purchaser bought the Plates for 29.00 which in Reality We in the Gun Community Know that Milled Original Glock M.O.S. Plates would be Upward of 100.00 plus Bucks, Because they Know You Need them. $29.00 for Original 4 Plate M.O.S. Glock Set.... Whatever. *COBRA TACTICAL in Valencia, Ca. Really Let Me Down and I Question their Business Practices and Integrity. I Will No Longer Conduct nor Trust their Business. read more

First, I do not appreciate the insinuation that the race of your employees had anything to do with my displeasure. That is complete hogwash and has zero substantiation. Why did you even bring up such a thing? Trying to paint me as a bad guy, I guess. Second, the part was NOT defective. It was the wrong part. There is a big difference. I relied on you to tell me it was the wrong part. You didn't. So either you didn't know or didn't care. Neither is acceptable. So a friend who's LASD took a whopping 7 minutes of his lunchtime to help me with this? Is that truly an overexpenditure of taxpayer money as you purport? And you fail to mention that I actually WORK with the LASD as well as do volunteer work (perhaps you didn't know this, or don't care?) Third, I stand by my remarks that you could have tried to see if this was a 7-minute job or 1-hour job instead of arguing with me for 40 minutes or whatever it was. That does not engender future business nor referrals from me. It was a very simple task but I was charged a lot of money, have nothing to show for it, and now am being attacked with multiple falsehoods. I had my SIG Sauer pistol Cerakoted by Cobra Tactical as the only difference from the black one I bought and the FDE that is off roster is the color. NO Other difference. I was bummed that I wouldn't be able to get the FDE I wanted but then found out that I could have it Cerakoted. Cobra Tactical went above and beyond my expectations and cerakoted my pistol in FDE. It looks so good there is NO Way to tell the difference and now I dont have to search online and pay an arm and a leg for a gun thats only difference is the color. They charged me per box not per shipment(like their web site says). Their website says they would work with customer on price, they didn't with me. Guy in shop was defensive about topic.
