When you walk in, you're welcomed by a cozy, modern minimalist interior. They are very clean and hygienic too. Sharlene greeted me and checked me in as I walked in, which was nice because she also did my pedicure. She was very sweet and patient with me since I had a few requests during my pedicure. She was also gentle and did a great job! I booked my GelX manicure with Tyson since I noticed he did a lot of the nail art on their social media. Let's just say he NAILed my inspo (pun intended). I am so happy with how it turned out. He was also patient with me since I had to pause mid artwork to use the bathroom (& yes I did use the bathroom the moment I arrived too). I appreciated that he would ask for my opinions on the artwork because I opted for gold detailing compared to my inspo pic. I had a great experience and I look forward to coming back for future nail appointments!

My gel pedicure lasted for weeks-- and my feet felt so hydrated after. I have gotten two hard gel fills and reshaping by two different techs and they both did a phenomenal job. Not too thick and the shape was spot on. I especially love their hard gel colors and the fact that it isn't just clear with gel coloring-- and it is the perfect amount of nude/natural. This place did the opposite, my entire mood was ruined and I texted my husband throughout how awful of an experience I had. And she cut me twice and I started bleeding. Response to management: I specifically asked for builder gel, however she said I should really do gel x and I said I prefer the builder gel. As she began prepping my nail she asked AGAIN that i really should do gel x which i then responded "okay" because she kept repeatedly asking me even though i asked for builder gel specifically. This is not my first time at a nail salon. In addition, I never once said they were talking poorly about someone in their native language. I have worked with many a people and work in places that others speak comfortable in their native language. It is in poor taste of you as a business owner to assume I felt offended and or uncomfortable with people speaking in their native language. I visibly saw them point at a customer and them talking about how she didn't want to pay for gel despite agreeing to the serve. So please don't assume what I heard versus what I know to have happened, it is in very poor taste. Lastly, I have several pictures I can show as well where I was cut (twice on my finger nails) and once on my pinky toe which required the nail technician to have to stop the bleeding with a cotton ball.

They have a variety of options regarding the extent of service you would like to receive. They also give a complimentary beverage and have a list of nonalcoholic and alcoholic along with soft drinks and water. Only downside was the parking lot. Being injured during a routine pedicure is not a minor inconvenience--it caused pain, disrupted my daily activities, and should never have occurred. Regarding the chipped nail, I wasn't asking for a completely new set. I simply expected a reasonable solution for a manicure that had already begun failing. Suggesting I pay for an entirely new set rather than standing behind your work was disappointing. While I understand accidents can happen, accountability is measured by how a business resolves them. Unfortunately, my overall experience--from the injury to the quality of the services and the resolution offered--did not meet the standards expected from a salon with your pricing.
