Wonderful place to grab a pint, flight, or a few beers to bring home! Happened to go on a Friday…read morenight before a ticketed event, but managed to grab a quick pint in the half hour before they closed for regular business. The interior is super cute with long tables with stools and smaller tables with chairs. There are even a few booths tucked away. Our bartender was super sweet and patient with us during out first visit and even helped us pick out beers that we might like. It's interesting to note how many other reviews note a plethora of IPAs - my guess is this is seasonal because there were lots of malty stouts in early March. I love a rotating menu, so this makes me excited to go back. I was between the Wendy Peffercorn and Field of Nightmares (I think? It was a chocolate peanut butter stout.). The bartender let me try both and it was hard to choose! I ended up with Wendy Peffercorn, but I definitely would have been happy with either. Looking forward to going back, maybe even for Trivia night on Tuesdays! FYI - this business participates in PubPass and even though their website doesn't indicate food service, it looks like they rotate pizzas of the day.

I feel like if they invested in their outside seating, it could be the spot. They also serve pizza and chips and canned soda. I don't believe they do brewery tours. But definitely a hidden gem.

This is a great place to get food and a drink in BR…read more I am not in Baton Rouge at night as much as I am during the day. Most of the spots I frequent are lunch spots. A few weeks ago I was in town for a hockey game and in need of some refreshments pre-game. This was the perfect spot. It was a little rainy so a large portion of the place was unusable. In better weather the courtyard would've been a nice place to sit. There are many non courtyard tables and that's where we found ourselves. Calling yourself a beer garden and not having an extensive list would be foolish. Foolish they aren't here. Their list is extensive. So extensive and frequently changing that it's found via QR code on the table. The food menu is typical bar fare but taste anything but typical. The giant pretzel was delicious and paired well with the beers. Cheese fries are always welcome when having a drink and their version was equally great. Service was friendly and prompt. Check out Mid City Beer Garden. You'll like it.

You can't beat it! A thick juicy burger cooked to perfection with the best crispy fries we've had in Louisiana. We sat at the bar. There was a slight glitch with one of our burgers in that they forgot the cheese and pickles but once we brought it to the server's attention it was corrected immediately. We would give our experience 5 stars except for that mishap and that we had to ask for napkins and cutlery. It was a little chilly the night we visited so we sat at the inside bar but there is a lot of outdoor seating which I'm sure would be nice on a warmer evening.

Not the "Happy" place it used to be…read more After I casually asked whether the karaoke microphone could be sanitized between singers, because I once got COVID after using a shared karaoke mic, the staff seemed irritated and the tone toward me changed noticeably from that point on. After being treated poorly inside, I went outside to a large open area and was singing to myself, not bothering anyone. One of the managers then came outside yelling and shockingly, threatened to call the police if I did not leave. What made the situation even more upsetting was that I was completely sober and trying to find my glasses because of my low vision issues and disabilities. I also had my large purse with me. Instead of allowing me a reasonable moment to collect myself, locate my glasses, and gather my purse, staff continued yelling and said they did not care whether I had my things or not -- I had to leave. The situation felt unnecessarily aggressive, humiliating, and unsafe. I was not causing a disturbance, and what began as a simple health-related request turned into being treated like a problem. I used to think of this as a fun, welcoming place, but this experience left me feeling disrespected, intimidated, and unwelcome. Apparently disabled people are not welcome at O'Hara's.
