One of the managers then came outside yelling and shockingly, threatened to call the police if I did not leave. What made the situation even more upsetting was that I was completely sober and trying to find my glasses because of my low vision issues and disabilities. I also had my large purse with me. Instead of allowing me a reasonable moment to collect myself, locate my glasses, and gather my purse, staff continued yelling and said they did not care whether I had my things or not -- I had to leave. The situation felt unnecessarily aggressive, humiliating, and unsafe. I was not causing a disturbance, and what began as a simple health-related request turned into being treated like a problem. I used to think of this as a fun, welcoming place, but this experience left me feeling disrespected, intimidated, and unwelcome. Apparently disabled people are not welcome at O'Hara's.
