I was recommended this place by a coworker and wow, he was not exaggerating about the banana matcha. I have been here multiple times now and I love the banana pudding matcha. The matcha flavor is present and the banana is not artificial or overbearing at all. They scoop banana pudding on top of the matcha and you can mix it with the matcha or eat it with a spoon. The drink tastes like matcha royce chocolate. Although this is on the higher end in terms of price, it is worth it. The drink is 8.50 but there is real banana pudding and not just banana creme. My wife and I stopped by Coffee & and both got the Ube Matcha Latte, and man, this thing was absolutely killer. Easily one of the best I've had anywhere, and definitely top five in all of Orange County. The balance of flavors was perfect. The Ube wasn't overpowering but had just the right amount of richness and that signature flavor that blended perfectly with the matcha. The matcha itself was super smooth, not bitter at all, and you could tell it was high quality. The sweetness was spot on too, not too much, just enough to make every sip feel refreshing and creamy. The cold foam on top was light, airy, and perfectly foamy, which made the whole drink even better. Beyond the drink, the overall vibe of the place was awesome. The staff and the girls working behind the counter were super sweet and welcoming, greeting every person who walked in with a smile. It's rare to find a coffee shop that nails both the drinks and the customer experience, but Coffee & really does. The whole spot has a calm, cozy energy and you can tell everyone genuinely enjoys being there. I'm honestly still thinking about that Ube Matcha Latte. Was in town for the World Series and had asked a friend where to get the best matcha in the area. Their immediate recommendation was this spot. It was close enough to where I was staying so decided to give it a try. Pulled up to an unassuming little shop in a strip mall, but right off the bar I noticed this place was packed! In the middle of a weekday nonetheless. An excellent sign!! I was overwhelmed (in the very best way) at the array of options they had for matcha. I was torn between a strawberry matcha, a pumpkin spice, and a banana cream. At the barista's recommendation, I went with the banana cream. She did let me know that it's on the sweet side when I said I don't love overly sweet drinks. So she recommended I do a 50% sweet or unsweetened matcha. I went unsweetened and the earthiness was the perfect balance to the banana cream cream topping. Hands down one of the BEST matchas I've had and I'd consider myself a matcha enthusiast. Even make different recipes at home. My only regret is that I found a place so delicious that is so far from home (I was visiting back from Denver)! If you're in the area, don't sleep on this spot. One of my go tos for a strawberry matcha. Their matcha flavor is nice and strong and the strawberry doesn't have an artificial taste in my opinion. It also the perfect balance as the strawberry doesn't take over the matcha. Very very well balanced. However i do notice they definitely pack on the ice! They have a modern and cozy interior with a good amount of seating inside and some tables for seating outside as well. For their menu, they have a great selection of signature, espresso, tea, sparkling, and specialty drinks to choose from along with some freshly made pastries. Wifey and I pulled up for our weekend coffee run and got the Hojicha Latte and the Banana Pudding Matcha. Both drinks had a great balance of not being too sweet with a rich depth of flavors. Overall, we are glad we got the chance to check this spot out since it has been on our list to try for a while now. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The kids who were working here on February 28th late afternoon were filming TikToks and doing literal backflips in the front drinks-making area. I think some of the customers who were working here had to leave because of the noise and extremely loud laughter and voices of the staff. This shop is located in a small strip mall. They had a couple of outdoor chairs and a limited number of tables in the small interior, which didn't seem very comfortable, but that didn't stop the usual coffee cafe laptoppers from being there. They also have a small counter along the front window where I ended up sitting. I ordered a hot vanilla latte and chose a giant chocolate chip cookie from the pastry case as an accompaniment. The latte was served at an immediately drinkable temperature and was silky smooth with a perfect ratio of coffee and vanilla flavors. The soft cookie didn't really have chips but, rather, blobs of melted chocolate throughout. While it was delicious I couldn't pick it up without getting chocolate smeared all over my hands so I went through several napkins, wiping my fingers off after each bite. A messy treat! There seemed to be a constant flow of customers while I was there on a weekday afternoon and the two women working were always pleasant but all business; not chatty at all, just there to take your order and call your name when your order was ready. read more

Finally visited this local coffee shop on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered an Iced Honey Oat Latte and it was amazing!! It was the perfect mix and blend of all ingredients. I didn't taste any artificial syrups, perfect amount of flavor, espresso, milk and ice. My drink was made quickly and all the employees were sweet and kind. It was $8.50 and I thought it was gonna be just banana foam on top but no it is literally banana pudding on top which I loved. Definitely worth a try given the price.
