This is the second time my partner brought home hero's from Coffee & Deli Time thanks to his client. The first was the Sandwich Cubano's and tonight was the Turkey Special's. The cubano's are served with a hefty amount of meat which included ham, pork and salami. Followed with swiss cheese, pickles and yellow mustard on top of cuban bread toasted to perfection. The turkey special's were served on pillowy fresh whole wheat bread. A generous amount of thiny sliced turkey was covered with provolone, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and peppers smeared with mayo. I have never been into the shop but would definitely consider it if I was in the area craving a cuban sandwich.

Stopped for breakfast before our flight back home to NC and enjoyed the most delicious pancakes, bacon and eggs we've ever had! The coffee was great too and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Their homemade salsa verde was delicious with just a little kick. The restaurant was well organized and clean. We highly recommend!

There was only one other family dining, and the space stayed empty the entire time. The service was genuinely great. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and a really cute, cozy space. I especially loved the Christmas décor and overall vibe--it felt warm and inviting. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to the prices. The house salad was $13 and honestly one of the most basic, smallest, and most boring salads I've ever had--very underwhelming for the cost. We also ordered quesadillas, a cheeseburger with fries, and grilled cheese with tomato soup. My son enjoyed the burger and fries, and the quesadillas were flavorful, generously filled with chicken and veggies, and came with sour cream, pico, and guac. The tomato soup was tasty, while the grilled cheese was just okay. One small but appreciated detail: canned soda. Cold, crisp, and not flat which is always a win. Lunch for 3 came in just under $100, which felt high given what we received. One frustration was being seated in a tight corner right next to the kitchen even though the dining room was completely empty. We were so close I could literally see into the kitchen and count items on the shelves. On top of that, the hostess repeatedly walked by calling out "corner," which became distracting and honestly a bit irritating. Overall, I liked the vibe, but the food-to-price ratio missed the mark for me. It wasn't bad--just alright.

The spicy rigatoni vodka had little to no fresh mutz despite chunks in the pictures on the website. Half of the mozzarella sticks were devoid of cheese and drenched in too much breading -- a far cry from the epic cheese pulls on the IG grid. And the chicken parm sandwich -- while serviceable with excellent bread -- was a fraction of the size and not even close to the double-decker cutlet shown on the online menu. No pickle included either. The ambience was lovely kitsch and the wait staff was friendly, kind, and attentive. But overall, it was incredibly disappointing dining experience. I had also been glad to see that they had a reasonable amount of seating; Hoboken has no shortage of coffeeshops, but few of them have comfortable seating options. At that first visit, I had ordered a Golden Latte, which I had enjoyed, but found very overpriced for a small takeout cup. So, I had not rushed back there for a while. However, I recently met a friend for coffee and found my giant, dine-in mug of cappuccino with almond milk reasonable at its ~$6.50 cost. My drink was creamy, rich, and delicious. I was also thrilled that we were able to get a table on a Saturday afternoon, though we both found the service inconsistent, as it went from overbearing to avoidant. However, it was still friendly and not something that would prevent me from returning. Overall, Bluestone Lane's cozy cafe atmosphere and tasty beverages made it a great place to grab a brew. I also need to try some of their food items, especially their avocado toast, which I have heard is fantastic.

It was light and refreshing to eat. The favorited dish of the night definitely had to be the short rib fried rice, everyone was picking on it at the table. The smashburger and steak sandwich are dishes you can't go wrong with either. Finally, good old fried oreos to end the night. The egg was perfectly runny, the hollandaise sauce flavorful and just right. I was very satisfied by the presentation and food quality. They had a special St.Patrick's Day menu for that weekend but I didn't try that. The dinner menu looks good so I would go back to try that.

I definitely recommend having a reservation as they were pretty busy on a Sunday morning. The Cappuccino was well-made, soothing, and gave me a much-needed caffeine kick. We got one sweet & one savory dish because that's the best way to brunch! The Steak & Eggs was surprisingly good! The hanger steak was juicy, tender, and well-seasoned. I had asked for the eggs to be soft scrambled and I felt like they were a touch overcooked but still enjoyable and paired well with the steak. The brunch potatoes could've been way crispier but I did enjoy the peppers & onions mixed it. The French Toast was fantastic. Located on a busy Washington Street in the heart of Hoboken, my close friend's daughter and I decided on this European-inspired establishment for brunch. The reservation was easily made via OpenTable. Upon arrival at La Bouche Cafe as first-timers, we were greeted by the staff and got a table evoking a cozy and inviting vibe with light and airy seating. Outdoor dining is also available, weather permitting. Their menu features French and Mediterranean cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and brunch. We decided on the Avocado Toast with Feta Cheese and French Toast with Fried Chicken. To wash them down, we ordered each a latte. Not sure if we just didn't order the right selections. Sadly, the food wasn't as tasty as we expected. The French Toast wasn't cooked thoroughly, and the Avocado Toast was not touched. The coffee was weak. The price was comparable to the area. The server was friendly and accommodating. Nothing like the true French places we've encountered.
