Later she brought me a bag of food and then after me sleeping in my vehicle for 2 days she gathered up the money so me and my dogs didn't have to sleep in the cold on the coldest days of the year this year in January of 2024 when he's going to be in the minus zero minus 60 degrees I came back to the hospital and there was money left there for me to get a room so I can stay warm and stay down here with my mom. Though it's been a good handful of years since then I still miss Teavana dearly. Giraffe Coffee was a fun experience and Angel, the lovely person working the shop was such a delight. Very sweet and engaging. ^__^ She prepared my small frozen blended coffee, which I had with almond milk & hazelnut syrup. Honestly, the coffee was WAY too sweet for my personal preference, but of course I still had a nice time there. The boost of energy was why I did it! It certainly provided that and a mild tummy ache afterward lol.. Next time I'll have to try one of their teas! My only reason for swinging by the mall as soon as I got off work was to do some product exchanges at another business there, which was successful. Never hurts trying someth'n new and all! Again, next time I'm trying one of their teas. It's still really weird for me knowing Teavana isn't there anymore, and honestly I don't think I'll ever be "used" to it. Teddy the owner, was kind enough to educate me on his business journey along with the birth of coffee in Africa.. Ethiopia be exact. The Ahadu special 20oz consists of 4 shots of espresso which his technique of grounds is not overbearing, but it wasn't bitter as he gave me a cup of straight Java. The additional ingredients are caramel, vanilla and two nuts of which he'd only reveal one... almond. It was such a delicious and delightful mixture.
