This is a uniquely laid-back place. I come by every time I've had a medical appointment nearby. Today I had their tuna salad croissant sandwich ($8) with their Caesar side salad ($2 special with purchase of sandwich) and their Hibiscus iced tea (I'm off caffeine for a short while). The Tuna Salad sandwich was absolutely delicious. I am no conosseur of fine tuna salad but I'm certain I've never had a better one. The croissant was a great, flaky, croissant. It went well with the tuna salad tomato & onion - but it was so flaky that I ate the sandwich from the white paper wrapper. The side salad was excellent. Romaine lettuce, some small tomatoes, an authentic Caesar dressing (in a plastic cup so you can add as much or as little as you prefer) croutons, and some nice shaved Parmesan cheese to top it all off. Absolutely perfect. The Hibiscus Iced tea was very good, too. I feel a little silly writing another review of a coffee shop without having tried any of their espresso creations. Maybe next time I can have some caffeine. They have WIFI, handicap-accessible bathroom, some great soft chairs some tables that attract laptop users like bees to honey. They have outdoor seating, too - I've not felt the need to try those while it's still hot out. The staff are remarkably attentive. I love this place. read more

Personally can't support a business that puts LABUBU on their shelf...really for no reason bc it doesn't match the pastel decora. LABUBU may be a popular trend but I believe it has demonic associations and unfortunately I can not support this business for that reason. The lady taking my order was really rude about it when I brought it up just as a bit of information and was very defensive so perhaps someone else has informed her the toy has a dark connection. She defended the box titled THE MONSTERS pretty intensely and is personally attracted to dark satanic demonic. This was such a good place to try for Valentine's Day. We ordered the Hawaiian and the creambrulatte. We also ordered a pesto grilled cheese. They have such chill ambience and we saw the board games while they made our items. It's a great quaint little cafe, we loved the pokemon and Lego sets you could buy. When we got our drinks we ended up switching. I like the Hawaiian more and my husband likes hot coffee how it should be. This is the best cafe in North OC!!! The coffee is delicious - they have so many uniquely flavored coffees, along with the more traditional ones. Every time I order I can't decide which one to buy - but I do think that my favorite is the Vietnamese Coffee. The food is also yummy, there are lots of options from healthy to not-so-healthy, all made with fresh ingredients. To top off the great drinks and food, the customer service here is OUTSTANDING. I have always had a pleasant experience and the staff here just seem like genuinely good people. The location is great to come and hang out or to study. There are lots of tables that are not too crowded together, and there are also cozy chairs if that's more your style. They have a large collection of board games for folks to use (probably the biggest selection that I have ever seen at a coffee shop!). I like got the matcha iced latte and it was good (I wanted to try the coffee but it was late in the afternoon), the pumpkin muffin was soo savory and delicious, and the spicy chicken avocado sandwich was amazing! The bread on it was just over the for me, I dream about it. The gentlemen working were friendly and nice.
