Was excited to come here after seeing the promo on instagram for free coffee for nurses. The one included was the Biscoff coffee, flavor was pretty good, kinda on the basic side. Nothing too out of the ordinary. Service was pretty quick considering they had the promo going on. Ambiance is nice and spacious, but seating can be limited. Parking is pretty limited as well

I have not been in the area or at this coffee shop. I had to visit someone in a facility nearby but first coffee. Had to quickly find something and this shop came up. Parking van me limiting. I did the 10mins in front but I didn't see much around unless you pay. Walked in and it was pretty big shop with such cute soft seatings along the windows of the shop. Then there's a long communal table with additional tables and chairs in the back. Took me a minute to review the menu and decide. No rush at all and the cashier was a nice young lady who recommended and made my order. The drink was good and I also ordered a hot tea to go and enjoyed that for later. Overall, a good quick visit with good flavored lattes and tea plus food ( if you want to order) when you're here.

Service was okay, the gentleman who took our order was kind. Inside is pretty big and spacious with comfortable seating. The strawberry matcha was delish, it had some strawberry chunks inside which personally for me made it much better like i love chewing all those pieces of strawberries. The sandwich was sooo good too with the side of salad and the dressing it had was perfect. The ONLY BAD THING IS PARKING!!!!! It's literally horrible, everything is reserved for other business around since it is near a hospital and medical offices or only 10 minute parking like bruh. I wouldn't come back just because of that honestly but it's a good spot to relax.

I arrived around 6:58 a.m. along with another customer. A male employee allowed us inside, but shortly after, a female employee stated they were not open yet, even though we were already inside waiting. From the start, the female employee had a poor attitude and was rude and unwelcoming to both the other customer and myself. She wasn't the rudest person on earth, but her demeanor was not suitable for customer service. I was polite and respectful the entire time. When I asked questions about the menu and explained that I usually order iced espresso, black iced coffee, or cold brew and wanted to try a flavored drink made less sweet, she cut me off and said no without offering alternatives. Because of this, I ordered a plain cold brew. Toward the end of my visit, it seemed like she tried to lighten up a bit, but overall her attitude needs improvement. The male employee, however, provided great customer service. He was friendly, welcoming, and communicated clearly, including letting me know that the oven was still warming up, so my bagel would take longer to make. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The breakfast bagel was mediocre, included boiled eggs not shown online, and I paid extra for turkey only to receive about half a slice. I waited roughly 17 minutes for an $8 bagel that wasn't worth it. Overall, one employee was great while the other needs serious improvement. The shop opens at 7:00 a.m., yet the staff seemed unprepared. Parking is available but limited due to nearby medical offices. Nothing stood out as special, and based on this experience, I would not return.

It's been a while, so here's an update on Coffee Up Roastery. The café is usually staffed by two baristas, and during peak hours the wait can be up to 10 minutes. That said, the coffee is delicious and well-balanced, not overly bitter. The ambience is warm and welcoming, with a cozy corner dedicated to merchandise. They now offer free 30 minute parking (validation code) and new menu item now includes Banana Crème coffee.

Cute shop, I found it comfortable and relaxing. UNFORTUNATELY , the location is inconvenient for parking reasons. I had to circle around the parking areas twice and I ended up parking in spot I hoped to not get towed. I tried the Biscoff Latte. While it was not bad, I didn't have much of a Biscoff taste. I'd order something else next time. Though my dog approves of it.

Came here after a hike this weekend. Ordered the iced biscotti latte and spicy chicken panini with a side of salad. My friend ordered the Hawaiian iced coffee paired with turkey sandwich. Sandwiches tasted good but nothing extra special, same goes with their specialty coffee. The place has a relax vibe and its clean. They have a self serve ordering system. Parking is very limited.

An actual local gem. Seating: 10/10. Quiet, spacious, really clean! Food: 10/10. I ordered the monte cristo sandwich with kale salad. Each was individually SO good. Monte cristo had a hint of sweetness which was super yum and the kale salad- i wish i got more. The bagel- my boyfriend loved and demolished. Drink: 11/10. (Not pictured) Best strawberry banana smoothie I've tried in a while and the size was also v large. Amazing.

Coffee Up Roastery *June 11, 2025 *8am- Wednesday *3 Stars Environment: *Parking near hospital *Adequate seating *Gift Shop *Printing Available Food/Drink: *Strawberry Matcha Latte with Almond Milk I stopped by this coffee shop after a doctor's appointment near St. Jude Hospital. I've visited this area a few times and noticed that several cafes have come and gone in this location, so I was curious to check this one out. The interior is nicely decorated with plenty of seating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There's also a small gift area with toys and trinkets for sale, and even a printer available for customer use -- a thoughtful touch. The server was very kind and friendly, though the service itself was a bit slow. I placed my order before a few other groups, but they received their food and drinks before mine. I tried the strawberry matcha latte, which unfortunately wasn't my favorite -- the strawberry flavor was overpowering, and I could barely taste the matcha. One nice perk is they offer a 3% discount if you pay with cash.

Yum!! I got the Mayan coffee and it was exactly what I expected. Very good! Service was great!

This is the PERFECT place to work! They have food as well as drinks and everything is very affordable. I had a strawberry matcha latte ($5), kale avocado salad ($9) and acai bowl ($10). The kale avocado salad is a good size. It has candied nuts and dry fruit with kale as the salad base. The salad dressing is so good that I gobbled up the whole thing, forgetting to take a photo. My husband and son loved the pesto grilled cheese sandwich. Workers were friendly and welcoming. There are a couple good-sized tables with outlets easily accessible. The background music is light piano music so it's perfect for work calls. There is even a printer there. Wish we lived closer!

Food is good but this place takes such a long time for orders. Even to acknowledge a customer it's like I have to really get their attention or they will just look the other way and pretend you're not there. I was waiting for my food order for a while, when I finally got her attention, it was already done but was never called out just sitting there with a bunch of other orders and people trying to wave someone down. This was such a good place to try for Valentine's Day. We ordered the Hawaiian and the creambrulatte. We also ordered a pesto grilled cheese. They have such chill ambience and we saw the board games while they made our items. It's a great quaint little cafe, we loved the pokemon and Lego sets you could buy. When we got our drinks we ended up switching. I like the Hawaiian more and my husband likes hot coffee how it should be. We both agree that the grilled cheese was perfect, it was gooey, hot and delicious. A textbook grilled cheese. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again. read more

This is the best cafe in North OC!!! The coffee is delicious - they have so many uniquely flavored coffees, along with the more traditional ones. Every time I order I can't decide which one to buy - but I do think that my favorite is the Vietnamese Coffee. The food is also yummy, there are lots of options from healthy to not-so-healthy, all made with fresh ingredients. To top off the great drinks and food, the customer service here is OUTSTANDING. I have always had a pleasant experience and the staff here just seem like genuinely good people. The location is great to come and hang out or to study. There are lots of tables that are not too crowded together, and there are also cozy chairs if that's more your style. They have a large collection of board games for folks to use (probably the biggest selection that I have ever seen at a coffee shop!). Please check this place out - you won't regret it and you are about to find your new favorite spot. read more

Good espresso! They have lots of bakery and sandwich options. You order on the kiosk on the side when you first walk in. Also the space inside is clean and open. It's next to a medical center so there are lots of healthcare workers who stop by. read more

My sister and I went on a Saturday morning for a couple coffees. Luckily, it wasn't overly crowded and there were plenty of seats and tables available for us. We got two different drinks and both were absolutely delicious! I got the Blue Lavender and my sister got The Biscoff. The coffees were both presented beautifully and the coffee flavor was strong without the flavors being overpowering. There are plenty of books and games if you'd like to stay awhile which is also a nice bonus. The staff were very friendly and we got our drinks fairly quickly. I'll definitely be back! read more

a bit hard to find but the search was worth it. i loved the interior with lots of seating and free wifi. i'd come here to study for sure. next thing i noticed was the digital menu with pictures! loved it. the coffee and pesto grilled cheese took awhile to make. they made it with extra love though because it was super delicious. the grilled cheese was rich, creamy, and crispy. the coffee was robust and sweet. i'd come back here for sure. UPDATE: i find myself continuously coming back here. i feel like i didn't hype it up enough the first time. the food is amazing and the coffee is not overpriced. i love that i don't have to pay $7 or $8 for a good cup. i got bomb hot coaco for $5 the other day. it's so awesome to find great coffee and good food in the same place. lots of tables for studying too! i almost want to gatekeep but this is my new spot!! u have to try it. read more

Thought we'd stroll over to try the coffee after eating breakfast at Eggspresso. Service was suoer friendly and the coffee was smooth and delicious. I got a hot decaf coconut latte with Almond milk and hubby got decaf latte with banana syrup with soy milk iced. I feel like there are so little coffee shops who still have couches! Loved the indoor and outdoor seating area. The staff is super friendly, they allowed my dog to be inside on a hot day. The coffee is top notch, I had to get some to go. The prices and great in this day and age, a salad for $8 and coffee for $5 and below is basically money in the pocket (girl math). Taking away one star because the wifi was extremely slow and almost to the point of not working. read more

I had the breakfast sandwich to which I added bacon, avocado and then swapped over to a jalapeño cheese bagel and oh em gee. . It was soo delicious! Walked in and ordered a jalapeño with cream cheese bagel and a Mayan frappe which were both delicious! Too bad I can't say the same thing about the service. The girl seemed sweet and nice but the baristas seem really miserable. They had an RBF and definitely didn't seem like they wanted to be there. The set up is cute with plush sofas and silk covers but the service can definitely improve. read more

Probably the worse coffee in the entire county of orange! Go somewhere else please! The staff are nice and friendly but the coffee taste like it was poorly made and even went bad. I tried two different drinks just to make sure it was not just my taste buds but no it was the coffee. They have the same price as Starbucks but Starbucks never fails! Favorite coffee shop. Coffee is not that great but the other drinks are good. Service is good too, very warm. They have games which is fun! The food is so good--flavorful and lots of intention behind each aspect of the meal. I got a side salad and even that had homemade dressing and not just leaves and a basic ranch sauce. I gauge coffee shops on the vibe and it's very modern and cozy. Would definitely study here too. read more

I walked in for a quick treat and came across a good menu. I like got the matcha iced latte and it was good (I wanted to try the coffee but it was late in the afternoon), the pumpkin muffin was soo savory and delicious, and the spicy chicken avocado sandwich was amazing! The bread on it was just over the for me, I dream about it. The gentlemen working were friendly and nice. This is a great coffee shop! Love that you can order online & they don't charge for milk alternatives. It's also cheaper than most other shops without sacrificing any flavor. There's plenty of space to do work or hangout. Parking isn't an issue. & the service is always great. Definitely worth checking out! read more

The iced matcha latte with oat milk tasted strong and authentic. I got it with low sweetness, which felt about right for me. Since the matcha tasted good, I might feel inclined to try different variants. However, the drinks are a little pricey. It was quite relaxed inside with some sunlight, so the cafe can be a nice place to start the day out early. They also serve breakfast burritos, and they have received mostly good reviews.

When I tasted it, it wasn't cold, so I politely asked if it could be transferred to a clear to-go cup with ice. The staff said they couldn't provide a clear cup with ice because of store policy. Honestly, I was surprised by the response. It was such a simple request, and I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. A little flexibility and customer service would have gone a long way. I visit coffee shops almost every day, and if you look at my reviews, you'll see that I'm usually very generous and understanding when it comes to coffee shops. However, today's experience was by far one of the most disappointing I've had. I've enjoyed this place for a long time, which makes this visit even more unfortunate.

However, I recommend parking in their parking lot, in the back. That way, you get a view of the garden before you place your order. It's still nice in the front, very welcoming. You walk through the gate, up the stairs, and through the front door. It's nicely air conditioned inside. Indoor seating looks like someone's dining room. The counter is near the back, on the left hand side. I grabbed a menu to take a look before I ordered. Food items listed on one side of the menu, and so many drink options on the other side. Little overwhelming. Too many choices. Coffee and non-coffee drinks. Although they offer paninis and avocado toast, I ordered a regular spicy pork cupbap ($15) and Dubai chocolate latte, iced ($7.75), paid at the counter, and received a pager. When the pager started buzzing, I went inside to pickup my order. My drink was basically a dessert in a cup. Absolutely delicious. So many wonderful ingredients on top. The spicy pork cupbap is spicy. I mixed it all up like I would any bibimbap. It consisted of white rice, glass noodles, red cabbage, pork, and a perfectly fried egg on top. Delicious. They offer a large size, but regular is more than enough. I decided to sit outside, in the back, to get the full garden experience. Although Fullerton is a little warm in June, the garden is absolutely wonderful. It's like sitting in someone's backyard, but on steroids. You shouldn't have trouble finding a spot to sit. There are so many tables and chairs, all over the place, around every corner: In the main garden, in the garden in front, on both sides of the cafe, on both porches, the one in the back and smaller one in front. It's a garden of Eden, with a large, fruitful lemon tree standing in the center. Green plants and trees all over the place, flowering plants and succulents. There's a large gazebo and umbrellas to shade you from the sun. Fun, whimsical displays throughout the garden, including bird houses, curated displays, and miniature communities. Service was welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this cafe if you're looking for a nice outdoor garden to eat, drink, and hang out.

To my delight, it revealed itself as a spacious establishment, boasting a myriad of comfortable seating options both indoors and outdoors. The exterior seating area featured numerous umbrellas, though I observed the absence of space heaters. However, the interior exuded warmth, providing a cozy refuge. Noteworthy were the expansive windows, perfect for indulging in some people watching or gazing at the California sky post rainfall. Upon entering, I discovered a tempting array of snacks and a small selection of gifts available for purchase. The menu offered a variety of teas and coffees, among which I opted for the decaf cappuccino with GF Oatley oat milk--a perfect choice! What added to the experience was the absence of any adverse reactions, a significant relief given my numerous food allergies. Coffee Up is surrounded by sidewalks, and is close to residential streets and the Juanita Cooke Trail. This coffee shop is perfect for a charming date or a casual meetup with a friend, combining refreshing drinks with a pleasant stroll. Great food, great drinks, great prices. Try the Biscoff and the spicy chicken avocado sandwich and you will not be disappointed. The Biscoff inspired latte comes with an actual cookie on top with melted Biscoff butter and vanilla that creates the perfect balance with the espresso without overpowering the coffee flavor. The spicy chicken avocado sandwich was huge and came on Dutch crunch bread that was so crispy on the outside and soft in the inside...excuse me as I get another. This is my favorite coffee shop in Fullerton! every drink I have had is delicious from the coffees to the Matcha's. my favorite is the iced Hawaiian and the Matcha creme. Delicious!! Another plus is they sell a lot of Pop Mart things here.... I probably shouldn't say this because I wanna keep it a secret, but I have spent so much money here on Pop Mart Labubu's and other blind boxes. They also have Sonny Angels sometimes and Smisky's.
