I love the vibes in here. It's nice and ACed and well spaced so you're not elbow to elbow with anyone. I think that it's also good that there's cheaper options for food here compared to $14 avocado toasts in other shops in OC. The service is fast and you can find seats even during lunch time easily. My latte was coconut flavored and it tasted like Hawaii in a cup :) My mom got a black sesame cream on top of her iced latte and it was a perfect creaminess and texture. My brother got a mango smoothie that was a strong mango flavor and tastes fresh. The salad we ordered was a kale and avocado salad with chicken added and it was a good salad that has a creamy dressing. It is garlicky and has chopped carrots in it. The Uber flavor was lacking and mundane. The coffee itself was pretty basic. Girlfriend: The Biscoff - 2.5/5. I was very excited for a biscoff latte, but I was a bit disappointed. It was more of a regular latte with biscoff topped on top. The coffee on the bottom was quite strong for my liking as well. Came here for coffee and breakfast before heading out on a full day at Disney. Easy to find, and tons of parking both on the street and in the adjacent parking lot. Cute tables outside to chill in the sun, but the inside ambiance was where it was at! Cute florals, sofas, coffee tables, and cafe seating, which was perfect for our group of 8. They have a plethora of different games, so we were testing our Disney knowledge with Disney Charades while we hung out and chowed down! I loved the music; pop and rnb covers with a laid back coffee shop take - it really set the vibe! The service was fantastic - very attentive, friendly, and personable staff that helped us with great recommendations for food and drinks. The menu has a great variety of really delicious-looking food and beverage items, and there was something for everyone in our group - hell, I ordered several to try them all out! There is also a baked goods glass display that made my mouth water! I ordered a strawberry latte, a Vietnamese coffee, and a Biscoff latte (hehe oops, did I order too much caffeine?). Food-wise, I had an avocado toast and a danish. When I say everything was AMAZING, I mean it! The strawberry latte was sweet and refreshing. The Vietnamese coffee was strong and SO flavorful! But my absolute favorite was the Biscoff latte - holy moly that was so good!!! I love those cookies, and they really nailed the Biscoff flavor, and the Biscoff cookie on top was PERFECTION!! The avocado toast was so filling! I got it with added bacon and egg. The bread on the toast was super thick, which worked out really well with all the toppings on top. The balsamic balanced the flavors really nicely and gave it that slight acidity to go with the more neutral avocado. I was so full about 3/4ths of the way through! Overall, this is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun with their outdoor seating, or hang with friends and play games on the couches, or chill with the soft music and light, airy vibes before or after an appointment in the nearby medical plaza. What a great little find near the hospital. Stopped in while waiting for a family member to complete a procedure. The coffee is delicious (had the "Hawaiian"), the seating is ample and comfortable, and the staff members were friendly. Great experience and amazing staff - a must try if you have the chance. The atmosphere was super cute and they have a corner with Pokemon/anime related items. I ended up buying 2 Pokémon pins - an Eevee with a Leafeon poncho, and an Eevee with a Flareon poncho. The cafe inside was also very spacious and comfortable with padded seats and tables for people to come in and enjoy their space. We ordered 2 of the Biscoff lattes, a Spanish Latte, a Turkey Avocado sandwich, and a Spicy Chicken Avocado sandwich. First, the food: The Turkey Avocado sandwich was delicious and on toasted bread. They used wrapping paper and put it in this cute little box with a salad as a side. The salad had a raspberry vinaigrette dressing which was tasty and unique. I also wasn't overly full. The Spicy Chicken Avocado sandwich was like a pressed panini. Despite the name it wasn't very spicy, but had a very nice crispy texture. Had the choice between another salad and chips to go with it so we opted for the chips instead. The Coffee: The Biscoff lattes were very tasty and not overly sweet. They came with a signature Biscoff cookie that was sweeter than the lattes themselves. Despite the sweetness level the name of the latte makes the flavor pretty self explanatory. It was topped with caramel and cookie crumbs which made for a very attractive look. My only wish was that the coffee was slightly stronger, but I'm sure that could be simply remedied if you ask. The Spanish Latte we got as a hot beverage and wasn't as overwhelmingly cinnamon-flavored as I was expecting. I would say that it was slightly larger than a cortado and was refreshing to sip and enjoy on their patio. I'm not sure if they used condensed milk like a lot of other places do for similar drinks as the coffee in this one was a bit stronger. read more

I went for the first time today and I will absolutely be returning (probably often) because of the phenomenal service (by Lani, in particular), the insanely delicious and reasonably priced food, and of course the yummy coffee. Not only did they have a wide variety of places to sit, relax, or work but they also had a printer for anyone using their space for business/school needs! I like the beans from this coffee shop and it's great that if you bring back the container you get 20% off. My complaint about this shop is the service. The young lady at the counter was rude, as if we were inconveniencing her by even being there. There was a group of mid/older people in front of me, about 5 of them, and the way she gave them attitude was disrespectful. The group was really nice and everyone in that cafe could just feel the vibe. But anyways, the reason I'm even leaving this review is that someone left a bad review 6 months ago that included a picture of the girl, complaining about the service. And a lot of the reviews complaining about the service describes a young lady. So clearly, the owners don't care about their employees performance or she is family and are willing to look over it. Customer service will make or break your business. Sorry, I didn't wake up on a Saturday on my day off to buy coffee and a side of attitude. I visited this place once last Saturday after a treatment and before a workout. I wanted to grab a quick lunch and coffee, and this place had both. The food is pretty cheap, but it's made with care, almost like homemade sandwiches! The front staff, particularly a female Asian staff member, was super friendly. The vibe among the staff seemed very positive and great as well. I'm usually tired of LA restaurants where customers are often overlooked and staff are only nice for tips. However, the staff here, at least the one I interacted with, was super friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated. For the first time, I felt it was worth it to tip them. I also wanted to have an acai bowl to go for after my workout, and they kept it in the freezer for me. After picking it up post-lunch, I put it in my car and spent almost two hours at the gym. It was still fresh! It had melted a bit but was perfectly cool for me to enjoy after working out. I'll be coming here for Saturday lunches from now on! Last week as I entered the coffee shop and as most of my visits your employees don't greet so I said good morning then your employee looked at me with a face like she was unhappy to see me and responded good morning in a tired voice! I then told her "don't look so excited to see me" (This was at the time they open 7am, still no excuse for bad customer service) She probably doesn't like her job or too early of a shift. When she put my coffee on the counter I had to get my straw and in error I got a boba straw, at work I was sipping on my coffee and often had to SPIT OUT LUMPS of what probably was cinnamon, spices idk. You can see in the picture on the bottom there's quite a few. I go to your coffee shop before I start work about 2-3 times a week and I often don't feel customer service satisfied! But you have good prices and it's convenient for me. Yesterday I sent a text to the phone number on the receipt with this info, it was delivered and ignored. Also coffee has too much milk, that's all I taste even with the Vietnamese coffee! My coworkers also don't like that about this place. I went in to pick up a regular coffee for my husband. There was a man ahead of me who had already been in there for 5 minutes, asking tons of questions about different options. Ok, they aren't responsible for his behavior, but 2 other "servers" came out, ignored me and had a nice chat with each other. Finally, after several more minutes, a server came over to me. I asked about a regular coffee. He pointed to where the "I can't make up my mind but I'm not losing my place in line" man kept asking questions. He went back to his conversation with the other employee. When the other customer moved on, so did the cashier. Finally, an employee came over and took my order. I asked where I pick it up and she said, "I'll get it." She stood there for a couple minutes and then started the coffee. Another employee put it on the counter and said it's ready.
