The one that caught my eye was the Tahini Caramel Latte. It was rich and flavorful. The only thing I would have changed was the temperature. It was just under 120°F, and I personally prefer my lattes to be at least 130°F. Next time, I'll simply ask for it extra hot. I also ordered the Almond Croissant, and it was truly delicious. It had a great texture and was topped with sliced almonds and a drizzle of chocolate. They warmed it up, so the filling was perfectly soft and gooey. Service: The service was super friendly. It didn't take long for our drinks and pastry to be prepared, and everyone was welcoming and pleasant. Atmosphere: The interior is spacious, bright, and clean. The noise level makes it easy to have a conversation, and there are a variety of seating options with plenty of room between the tables. Definitely a place I'd like to return to.

This particular location has plenty of space for different size groups. You can choose between the downstairs area, an upstairs space, or a nicely appointed outdoor patio. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The baristas are usually high quality, but occasionally you will get someone who is either in training or using their own techniques. Today was a good example of that challenge. My usual London Fog Tea Latte was a surprise. You can check out the pictures. Whoever made it steeped the tea in the cup and then poured the steamed milk over the top, instead of removing the steeper and then adding the milk. No worries. I went back and they were happy to fix it. The reworked one was a bit cooler than I like, but the texture was much better. The bakery here is good too. There is a nice selection, though it does not taste as fresh as if it were made on site. I always ask to have bakery items warmed up, which I think improves the taste.

My Avocado Toast was a treat -- layered with toast, cream cheese (yes, cream cheese!), avocado, and feta on top. It was so good as is, but next time I'll ask if they can add a poached egg on top -- that would make it even more amazing. A great first-time experience here. I ordered the equivalent of a caprese sandwich, however the tomato slices were so thin, the cheese sparse, and the pesto was almost nonexistent - if not for the green stain on the bread, I'd have thought they forgot to even add it. It was good, but I was a little surprised that no one asked whether I wanted it warmed up or served on a plate. On previous visits, the baristas have always offered those options. It's a small detail, but one that makes the experience feel a little more thoughtful. Service: Friendly and helpful service throughout the visit. Atmosphere: The café was fairly busy, but we had no trouble finding a table for the four of us. Even with the extra customers, the noise level was comfortable enough that we could easily carry on a conversation. This isn't my favorite coffee shop, but it's still a good place to meet friends over a hot beverage. I'm sure we'll be back.

Wanted to update my review since it's been almost a year since I have written it…read more Nothing has changed--everything is still great and the staff continues to be nice and helpful when ordering. I would say if you come here to download the Collectivo Rewards app because the reward points add up pretty quickly. We moved closer to here so I can now walk here easier and it is my go to working spot if it's not too packed. The only downside is summer is coming and it usually gets pretty packed at that time. The only thing I wish that was different is that the chairs had some cushion because unfortunately, I wasn't blessed with enough junk in my trunk. So after sitting for a couple hours my butt gets really sore lol.
