My only complaint is that it's small compared to other laundromats I've been too, but it's definitely well kept. I'll be back to wash big items here in the future. They also removed all the trash cans before closing time, making it difficult for customers who were still using the facility. If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to use the laundromat until then without feeling rushed or treated disrespectfully. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been needing to wash my heavy comforters so made the trip here since it is close to home. The outside sign looks very nice and draws you in. I came at a very busy time apparently because boy was it packed! It is actually really big inside and they have lots of washers and dryers. What I like about this one is that they have a lot of the really big washers to fit big items. And tons of dryers. To wash in the big one was $5. To dry is $.25 for 10 minutes. We were in and out pretty quickly. It is next door to Subway so we were able to grab dinner while our blankets were drying. Major downfall-cleanliness. This place looks fairly new, however, they are not doing a good job and keeping it clean and looking new. They have signs that are FULL of dust. I should have took a picture! The tvs in there were outdated but we're covered in dust as well. Dusting is the easy part of cleaning! The floors were dirty and the inside if soap dispensers needed to be cleaned out, along with dryer sheets all over floor. It has potential if the workers would just tidy up! They have a couple change dispensers which is nice. There is also a candy machine and a little arcade for kids. Like I said, it has potential! Hopefully next time the dust will be gone.

First off, this place is way ahead of its time. You can still use quarters, but they also have this Bluetooth/app system that connects to the washers and dryers, which feels super modern. It caught me off guard at first because I wasn't sure how to use everything, but once you get it, it's actually really convenient. I want to give a special shoutout to Sylvia, who works there. She was so sweet, patient, and funny. Even though she was clearly busy, she still took the time to help me figure everything out, which I really appreciated. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell people respect the space. When you walk in, there are smaller washers in the middle, and if you head toward the back, there are larger machines for heavier loads. The dryers are all along the left side, and there are plenty of them even when it's busy, it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also have some nice extras like a small arcade area in the back and vending machines for drinks, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's located right off the freeway, so it's super convenient, and they're open late, which is a big plus. Parking is a little limited in the front, but I think there's additional parking in the back. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. This place exceeded my expectations completely. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend. I'll definitely be coming back.

Today's the first time I've brought laundry to this laundromat in about 3 years, and I only come when my own washer or dryer needs repair or to wash large bedding or rugs. I've used this laundromat off and on for over 35 years..... Sadly, Launderland needs some serious attention and updating. I'm convinced the same washers and dryers I used 35 years ago are still in use - barely. More than half the dryers on the north wall are tagged due to some issue, and several on the south wall don't work, either. Two of the washers I used leaked onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard. I've seen cockroaches during previous visits, but not this time. This place needs modernization and a thorough cleaning.
