I can't prove it other times, but I've always had a feeling because there's times where I show up with a certain amount of money and at the end I have to go get more money to dry my clothes.. but once I realized today, it was happening again. I pulled out my phone and recorded the machine doing it twice! So essentially you put a quarter in I can hear it hit the bottom of the coin catcher but it's still asking for the same amount of money prior to putting the cord in.. I went and knocked on the maintenance door to tell someone no answer and there was also no one in the office. Altogether, I think this happened four times today and I know that sounds like it's only a Buck. But imagine how many other people do many load loads that Buck heads up quick! Not sure if this is being done maliciously obviously I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely should be looked into!

I had an issue with one of the washers and I called the owner Jose (his personal number is posted on the wall for emergencies) and he arrived in less than 10 min and resolved the issue. 100% recommend if you're looking for a clean, safe, local laundromat. When I brought the issue up to the owner, a couple of other customers overheard and agreed the dryers haven't been working properly. Instead of addressing the problem or offering a solution, the owner chose to ban me for complaining. Really disappointing to see a business lose loyal customers over poor maintenance and even worse customer service.

They bagged and saved it for me, and the lady that helped me, Rebeca, was a sweetheart! The manager replied promptly to my texts and advised me to go see her when she got there. I had already considered the clothes a loss, and was pretty sad about it. It's great to have a nice surprise in life, my clothes being there definitely was! First the coin exchange always run out of coins. The laundry machines are always broken and they don't have the decency to put a sign, because I go and put in my clothes and coins and then the machines don't start. The place is very clean, well kept, and has a lot of newer washers along with some newer dryers. Compared to most laundromats, this one feels much better maintained and put together. I only noticed one or two machines that looked like they were being worked on, but overall, most of the larger machines looked newer and in good condition. The laundromat opens early in the morning, has a coin machine available, plenty of dryers, and benches inside where you can sit while waiting. I didn't see any staff while I was there, and I'm not sure if there's a restroom available. One thing I noticed is that this place doesn't really show up easily on Google Maps when searching for laundry, which is surprising because it's definitely one of the better laundromats I've been to. Overall, I'd definitely come back. It's clean, has plenty of machines, large washers, lots of dryers, and feels well maintained. I'd give this place a high rating.
