First off, this place is way ahead of its time. You can still use quarters, but they also have this Bluetooth/app system that connects to the washers and dryers, which feels super modern. It caught me off guard at first because I wasn't sure how to use everything, but once you get it, it's actually really convenient. I want to give a special shoutout to Sylvia, who works there. She was so sweet, patient, and funny. Even though she was clearly busy, she still took the time to help me figure everything out, which I really appreciated. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell people respect the space. When you walk in, there are smaller washers in the middle, and if you head toward the back, there are larger machines for heavier loads. The dryers are all along the left side, and there are plenty of them even when it's busy, it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also have some nice extras like a small arcade area in the back and vending machines for drinks, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's located right off the freeway, so it's super convenient, and they're open late, which is a big plus. Parking is a little limited in the front, but I think there's additional parking in the back. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. This place exceeded my expectations completely. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend. I'll definitely be coming back.

When he picked it up, it had been severely damaged. The material is melted and ripped, and the coat is no longer wearable. When I followed up with the business, they offered $200, which does not reflect the cost to replace the item. I located the exact same coat currently available for $319 and asked if they could cover that amount so I could replace it, but they refused. They stated the damage was due to the material and not their responsibility. However, the type of damage (melting and tearing) clearly suggests improper cleaning. If the item was too delicate to clean, that should have been communicated before accepting it. They also claimed a warning was given at drop-off, but my fiancé does not recall being told this. Additionally, when I asked about filing a claim, I was told they do not carry insurance. I understand some time has passed, but as a long-time, loyal customer, I expected a more reasonable resolution. They do not have too much of a folding area, very limited. Again, it is kept clean. Also, I did see they can wash and fold for a price. I do want to update my review in regards the dryers... I don't like shoving a big load on a small dryers because I know for a fact it won't dry. But it is annoying when you put a small load and they still won't dry. So maybe look into fixing dryers or getting new ones.
