I brought a book and read to kill some time, but they also have TVs throughout. They had stools and a bench. Very pleased with the experience and my bedding is now looking and smelling brand new!

She brought me back to the office to create a profile for me, she was very thorough with the process and made it easy , thank you Ms. Nayeli for the warm welcome It took roughly around 2.5 hours for me to get my pick up text , and i was then greeted by a Ms. Shiela or Sheena , my apologies it was a bit busy so i could not hear your name. You see a laundromat that only accepts tokens, I would walk out. There's absolutely no reason for that. In fact, it makes me feel that I am being cheated somehow. What's wrong with accepting regular quarters, our countries legal tender? Why do you have to turn it into something that is only accepted at your establishment? What's that all about? For twenty five cents to dry, you get only four minutes. Some other ones only give you three minutes. My clothes ended up getting stuck in one of the washers' and I couldn't get it out for forty five minutes. I called the emergency line.No one answered. I text multiple times no one answered. Finally, when I did get ahold of somebody, I was told that they didn't have any way of helping me. That they couldn't get somebody to come out there and help me until 9 PM remind you, it's like after 10 AM. And I need my clothes!There would be mold and mildew by then from them, sitting in water! All of my clothes were in. That washer, so I had no choice but to try to get the clothes out myself. Since I couldn't get any help, then I was told that there was help. Available from one of the attendants that was there, which that was a lie.There was nobody. Not a single person working!! I messed up my hand on top of that, because since I got my clothes out of the washer.That wouldn't work.I then ended up having to wring out my clothes all by hand!! I spent more than four hours at this laundromat, to wash a couple of loads. Management has poor customer service.The laundry mat sucks.They're overpriced.I would not recommend anybody to come here.

You can pay directly with your debit card or purchase a laundry card you can pre-load with money using your debit card (located on back wall). They have 1 restroom in the back. And there's a huge fan on the ceiling with the doors open which makes the temp inside comfortable. They have standard dryers which costs $0.25/4 min. They also have free WIFI & free powdered laundry soap. However, you can buy liquid laundry detergent, fabric softener & dryer sheets from the attendant on duty. The prices are clearly marked. The reason for the 4 stars is I wish they had commercial grade dryers which can dry comforters quickly (even if it costs a little more) & an app to load money & monitor the time of the wash & dry cycles for each machine you're using.
