There's plenty of seating around the cafe but not lots of options for bigger groups. Service is always amazing and they are typically pretty fast with orders. Coffee never tastes burnt or rushed which is definitely a plus. Things to Note: * Parking is hit or miss because sometimes the lot is open to all and other times they all spots reserved for valet.

Lately, the matcha just hasn't tasted as good as it used to and the drinks have been much sweeter, even when I ask for them less sweet. I also tried the newer hojicha drink, but it tasted more like sweet chocolate than hojicha. The quality seems different? The female staff have always been really kind, but the last few times I've been here, some of the male staff haven't been as friendly. One time I accidentally spilled part of my drink and let them know, but the 2 guys just looked at me and didn't respond. I ended up cleaning it myself because I didn't want anyone to slip. I still like this place, but I just hope the drinks and service get back to how they were when they first opened.

However, they have a good system and even with the lines I got my drink within 5 mins. Shocking as i've seen this taken 10 mins + at other places. I was pleasantly surprised by the space as it had a good amount of seating and while the outdoor space next door isn't officially theirs, people seem to use it as well so it opens up the space. I got their strawberry match since it is the season and it did not disappoint. The strawberry jam was tasty and not too sweet. Also got the double matcha to wake me up even more and I enjoyed it. I did see a lot of others getting their jasmine matcha so I will need to get that next time!

My sister has been a bunch of times before and really wanted me to try their cream top but I don't drink coffee and they apparently stopped allowing modifications to their drinks so you can no longer add the cream top to the matcha latte. She got the cream top coffee and I got the matcha latte so I could sip the top of hers and drink mine and it was honestly so so good. I have no idea how they make their cream top but it's unlike any other I've tried. The matcha itself was also very smooth and great quality. I prefer slightly larger spaces and flexibility to chill or work. Drink- only commenting on the Vienna latte and ube buttercream latte. Overall, the impression is that their default leans more towards milky and sweeter flavor profiles. These drinks were very milk forward and on the much sweeter end than we expected (and we got half sweet for both). Had to go back home and add double shots to both drinks to offset it. If you're looking for more coffee forward drinks, you'll have to ask to adjust it. But personally couldn't taste the coffee beans. For reference: my preferred coffee in Ktown are Alchemist and stagger coffee
