My dryer was leaking gas, causing my clothes to smell like gas after drying. After requesting a quote on yelp, I received a prompt response with a price range. I appreciated that the diagnostics was free and I would only be charged if I went ahead and did the repair. Alex came the same day and he was very professional, and he brought shoe covers and a mask. He determined that the gas safety valve was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. He had the part in his car and was able to install it on the spot. After the installation, he tested the dryer to make sure it was no longer leaking gas. It has been working well ever since. While he was here, I asked him to clean out our dryer vent, and he was able to add on that service as well. I requested a quote late in the evening for my washing machine that started leaking oil from the back and they replied almost immediately and sent Alex out to our home at no charge the next morning. I called a few places when my LG washing machine gave out. Reparo was able to send their tech, Alex, the same evening to give it a look. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had the part (drain pump) already with him. He quoted me a price that was better than the quotes I received from other companies, so I told him to go ahead and take care of it. He fixed it in under an hour (it probably would have taken me at least 4-5 hours, if I was lucky enough to be able to find any YouTube videos to teach me). After I paid him and he left, I tried to run the washer, and it gave me an error message. I texted Alex to let him know, and he came back the same evening (within an hour, actually) to take a look. It ended up needing a simple manual reset, which Alex happily did. On top of coming back so quickly, on his return trip, he also was considerate enough to bring a bottle of washing machine cleaner. We threw some of the cleaner in the machine, ran a cycle, and now my washing machine smells exactly like it did when we first got it (meaning there is no smell at all). LG Front Load stacked Dryer repair. Called at 2:20pm and they booked us the same day 5-7pm! Sergey was wonderful, he came on time, diagnosed and repaired the dryer within an hour! He was courteous and worked quickly getting our dryer up and running on the spot! As someone newer to home maintenance he also helped us clean out the dryer (additional maintenance I didn't know was necessary beyond cleaning and vacuuming out the lint trap). I found Reparo through Yelp as I was looking for someone to fix my mother's washer. Since I no longer live there, I had to be sure to find a company that could go the day I was there. The wonderful helpdesk at Reparo was able to send someone that same day, and the best part was that they would not charge for a consultation fee like other places were trying to. As the technician was on the way, my mother asked me if I could have the tech look at my aunt's washer that was on the fritz as well. I asked Peter if he had some time to look at it and he said yes. Peter was very friendly, honest, and was super helpful in answering all the questions I had. He gave me a great quote for both of the washers and came within a few days to fix both washers!
