Reparo replied immediately and I was able to conveniently schedule an appointment online for the next morning. Peter arrived early and diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. He communicated clearly, providing a detailed and fair quote, and identified the parts that needed to be replaced. I called LG consumer service who advised that the parts were under warranty but it should be the licensed service company who should order them. Amazing service!!! My chest freezer stopped cooling around Christmas Eve and I reached out to Reparo. They sent someone on Christmas Day, which I was surprised since it was a holiday, but extremely grateful, nonetheless. Alex was my technician and he knows his stuff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. You can tell they respect people's time! Alex was communicative with when he would be arriving and lets you know what the issues are. Gives an estimate timeframe of when parts would arrive and how long the fixing would take. Since the part wouldn't come until a week later, Alex was able to rewire it and provide a temporary fix until the part needed was ordered and delivered. I messaged on Christmas Eve at 7am on Yelp and they responded within 20 minutes. Everyone else charges $65-69 to come out and give an estimate but if you don't take it, you lose the money. There is no charge for giving an estimate and you can refuse. Their estimate on examining the dryer was in the mid range of the online estimate and it's already open so why not just fix it. They were prompt professional and service was great and done on Christmas Day. Plus there are multiple discounts $10 for booking online, 10% off for new customers, and a discount to submit a Yelp review. This all makes it reasonably priced for professional immediate service on a holiday. Highly recommend! read more
