Although So Cal Air's estimate was not the cheapest, it was the most comprehensive--including drywall patching and painting--which ultimately made me feel the most comfortable moving forward with them. Other companies either tried to upsell me on a UV lighting system or suggested opening up the entire hallway ceiling, which felt excessive for the scope of work. After accepting the estimate, there was a delay of over two weeks before I was contacted to schedule the service, and I do think communication during that time could have been improved.
