Wide variety of ciders and other types of things to choose from the shop. Apple cider donuts were great ! Place was packed full of people. Large parking lot was almost at capacity.

This complex is home to a cafe, donut retail area and huge nicknack shack with all things Vermont (alcohol, shirts, kitchen gadgets, etc). The vibe is 100% kitschy touristy and that's what folks come for. A decent apple cider donut for an ok price $1. Ambivalent service in a tourist area.

We went to Stowe for a little weekend getaway, hoping to get all of the fall activities in. After we went apple picking, we stopped by at cold Hollow cider Mill from a friend's recommendation. This certainly did not disappoint. The donuts were fresh, warm, and literally melted in our mouths. We also got some fresh apple cider and took it outside to go sit in the cute fall scenery. We sat on a swinging chair and enjoyed all of our treats, talked to some locals, the staff, and truly got our New England fall experience in just one little stop.

This cider mill has absolutely delicious apple cider but also the apple butter and donuts are incredible. The country store is full of super cute shirts, country kitchen accessories, snack and drink items specific to the mill and this region of VT. Well worth the stop. My son also loved the photo spot in the back with the cars and tractors.

Carolyn at the cafe was friendly and shared her story moving to Stowe and things to do around the area The cider mill itself wasn't anything to rave about . Except the cider tasting was worth it . The cafe was better experience with fresh cooked breakfast and great coffee to start off your day . A large wood cabin like dining area with high beams and a large seating area. We only tried the Cheddar biscuit with maple dark roast coffee which was truly amazing . A great breakfast spot inc you are in Stowe

We actually stopped by this location twice in one week. We loved the cider donuts so much the first time we stoped by again to have lunch at the cafe across the way and pick up more cider donuts. Both visits the staff was nice and helpful. We loved the lemon sugar cider donuts the most. The store has a lot of things to choose from, baked goods, drinks and candy along with novelty items as well. Got an apple slushy as well. Wishing them the absolute best going forward and adding more years of service to their community.

A friend recommended this spot to us and we happened to be driving by on our way to and from the von Trapp Brewery, so we stopped in to check it out. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's a huge store, donut shop, and there is a little cafe. We had fun looking around and probably could have spent an hour just browsing the store. They have tons of goodies like jams, candies, chocolates, snacks, drink mixers, etc. as well as toys, home goods, decor, gifts, kitchenware, the list goes on and on. I saw so many interesting things I've never seen at any other gift shop. I loved the apple cider tank where you can dispense your own sample. The cider was super fresh and not overly sweet. I knew I had to try a maple creamee, since it was my third visit to Vermont and I still hadn't gotten one - it's Vermont's famous rich soft serve, flavored with maple syrup. I was expecting it to be super sweet, but honestly it was just right for me. The texture was luxurious and it's definitely rich... and creamy! I'm so glad I finally got to try it. We also got a donut which was just ok (though I'm not a huge donut person). The cafe seemed cute and had alcoholic ciders, but we didn't get anything off their menu. There is a nice covered seating area for enjoying your treats. So glad we visited this place and will be back in the future if we're in the area again. Great place to buy souvenirs and gifts!

We came here driving through Vermont for my cousins wedding ! We spent wayyyyy too much money here on sauces jellys syrups and ciders but well worth it because we're from Texas! My fiance LOVED the cold apple cider! I also tried the warm but personally enjoyed the cold more myself as well I think bc it wasn't super cold out. We were let down by the cider donuts but I think bc the ones we got were not warm anymore so it kinda just tasted like dry bread, but had they been fresh and warm I'm sure we would have enjoyed them more! Definitely worth the stop and experience shopping here

Well stocked store full of items! I'm sad that I was unable to witness the cider (available Mondays and Thursdays) being made but they provide a video to watch alongside samples of their delicious cider. I tried a cider donut for the first time. It was great! And did I mention the cider is delicious here? The staff was very nice and helpful as well.

Cool little gift store to check out and lots of other places in the area to check out as well. Didn't care for the cider donut - I thought they'd be warm but the fresh cider in the processing area was delicious.

Driving by all day this place looked so busy. We finally decided to give it a go and they CAN handle it! Service was great, donuts and ice-cream were delicious. We would definitely stop back again! It was a nice bonus for our beautiful fall trip to Vermont, thank you!

Probably one of the best cider mill I have visited. When first arriving it was extremely busy and there were staff directing traffic around the parking lot. We visited the store and Apple cider "factory" and my god it was the best cider ive had in my life. It was just the perfect blend of sweet and I just wanted to keep drinking more. The line at the store was extremely long as well as the coffee and cider bar. It smelled amazing in there and they had a large variety of snacks/pasteries/merch and more. We then visited the cafe/restaurant part on the other half of the lot and wow. We ordered an alcoholic flight and some food. The bbq was amazing but the real winner was the hot cider. I wish I can go back and try it again but I'm halfway across the states. Would definitely com back here

The line to order was long and the food took 20 minutes to come out. The food was very good. Loved the old rustic Vermont ambiance.

We elected to sit outside on the deck under an umbrella. We could hear the band from the Japanese restaurant next door. I ordered a flight which consisted of four ciders that I could choose. The server wrote the initials of my choices on a board and told me what they were. I ordered less sweet, more dry kinds. There were subtle differences between them based on the fruit notes. I did miss getting a Huckleberry flavor like I do when I go to Washington state. Our server was upbeat and friendly even though we only ordered drinks. Tip: To enter, use the doors that say "use other door," I thought the arrow was saying go to an entrance around the building but that was an employee only door.

It was a cold and rainy day so the cider house was a little slow but that didn't stop the cider from flowing! The space is very nice and open with tons of seating inside as well as outside {when the day's are nicer}. The people working are great! Everyone is awesome, greeting you with a smile and helping you with recommendations as their menu is extensive. Next time we're in town we will definitely take more time there.

I got the jerk chicken wings which tasted like they came out of a pre seasoned package from a grocery store and was very dry. To top it off these were lunch specials that came with nothing on the side, no fries, no chips nothing. I would think if you are calling something a lunch special it would come with some kind of side. We still supported this location by going across and getting a couple cider doughnuts. The parking felt like we were parking for a huge concert. People directing, hoping to find an open spot. We finally found a small spot and decided to grab a bite before looking at the huge place across the driveway. When in Vermont, get the Vermonter. Smoked turkey, apples, cheddar, pickled onions. My daughter liked it. I got a cheeseburger with maple bourbon pickles, cheddar, onion, tomato, and lettuce. The presentation of both was really nice. Both tasted good. They ran about $13-15. We wanted to do a cider flight but the ones we wanted to try were out. The wait to order was looooooooong (more than 20 minutes) and then waiting for the food also took a while. This is not the place to go if you have limited time. After eating at the cafe, we crossed the driveway and explored the large building. Lots to buy. We decided to try the cider donut that everyone was buying. It was a tiny boring soggy donut. Not worth the wait or the $ (even though it was cheap). It was fun to watch the cider press.
