This place is very inviting with the wonderful pictures and colorful menu items and the way it's arrange. They have various flavors of ice Cream and nondairy options. They also offer ice cream cakes. However, be aware that prices are insanely high and when you pay you are forced to put a tip. The ice cream itself the cup of about 4-6 ounces or so with two add on toppings was 12 bucks! Thai tony little cup of ice cream for my toddler ended costing me 12 bucks. The lobby area was extremely dirty. All the tables appeared to be sticky and had food on them. The male that took our order was respectful but did not use gloves (all three employees were not wearing gloves) when making our ice cream, he also decided to cough into one of the bowls as he was handing it to us. He appeared to be under the influence judging by the movements of his jaw/tongue and appearance of his teeth. I do not recommend this cold stone. The kids cup of ice cream I just received could not have been more than a tablespoon of ice cream with 3 strawberries for a total of $4.50. Would give the last star to them because they're awesome but they allowed a woman with a dog who was clearly not a service dog inside. I am allergic to dogs and had to leave immediately after realizing they weren't going to ask her to leave. Again, had another gift card (see previous Cold Stone post). My dad and I came here- I was to order an ice cream creation, he a frozen yogurt. He couldn't get a straight answer from the worker (a young male) as to whether or not it had trace of milk in it and didn't want to chance it, so we left empty handed. I decided to return a few weeks later to use up the gift card and came back on a 90 degree day (sounds perfect, right?). I got some sort of peanut butter creation. Unfortunately, Cold Stone doesn't provide you with a to-go lids ans said peanut butter creation became sticky peanut butter puddle all over my hands and cup holder during the 10 minute drive home. I remember this place was a fan favorite! We would stop in and have our ice cream mixed. It was fun and we had a great interaction with folks behind the counter. As the kids got older, we didn't go as often but we thought we'd make a special trip tonight. What a mistake that was! Not only was the girl behind the counter a little salty twit, our order was wrong and it was just an overall crap experience. Slamming orders onto the counter, saying "Hhhhh" when the next person would come up to order, making no effort to be pleasant, and just being an overall snot! This little girl made all the right gestures and sounds showing her discontent. The gal that ordered before us should have been an indicator of what we should expect. We came in to buy ice cream for 5 individuals, and after decided to buy ice cream cookies to go. We were having a generally good time, but as we were leaving, the container of ice cream sandwiches was accidently dropped, popped open and spilled out all over the floor. We went back to see if they would replace our $12 cookie sandwiches. The manager Adriana told me, "Um, I don't think we can just give you new ones." Then instead of offering any kind of help, I had to prod her to call the general manager to see if she could give us new ones. Then she told me that the general manager said he would "call her back." This one girl working on 12/15 at 7:30 at night was so rude. She asked questions abruptly and as I asked for my order was terribly rude altogether about making my order. As I she started making my order I asked for lids on my cups then she continued to ignore and put Saran Wrap on them instead without a word from her. More details: I visited this location at around 2:30pm. I had just come from the USPS store from next door where I opened a belated birthday card that had a $50 bill in it. I went next door to this Cold Stone. A short Brunette greeted me. I asked that she make me a strawberry flavored one. She started to make it and then I noticed a sign that read "no bills larger than a $20." She appeared just as I finished reading the sign. I said I'm sorry, all I have is this $50 bill. She replied that I was gonna have to go to the bank then. And I said I was not going to do that. Then she said she had signs clearly posted and rudely pointed to it. I told her that I would just take my business else where then. I started to walk out the door as I hear her yell "Bye Bitch!" And I hear her throwing the ice cream loudly into a trash can. I turned around and said excuse me. And she ran to the back room. I said again, excuse me and then asked for her supervisor. From the back room, she yelled "I'm the fucking manager and if you don't leave, I'm calling the cops." I asked for corporate and she threatened to call the cops again. So I googled the customer service number and made the complaint on the spot while she stayed in the back. Today we decided to have cold stone not the first time that we have had it but today we decided to choose this location. And we ordered and immediately the worker was bothered by what we ordered, and when it was done we didn't even know it was done because she just put it there without telling us it was finished so we were looking around just kind of not really paying much attention we saw that it was done. And I ordered a love it that's the size of the ice cream cup and she gave me a like it and when I asked her about it she said "oh I must've just put it in a smaller cup" so my first thought was well I paid for the medium cup not the small cup and she has the audacity to say well I could make you some more just put some more in there I just chose to use the smaller cup when we paid for the medium cup. We were in awe by her not taking accountability for her mistake and not correcting it instead she just said yeah I decided to put in a smaller cup when we paid for the medium cup which was quite ridiculous and very unprofessional. We ended up leaving with the smaller cup because we were more shocked but wanted to post this hoping it'll help others! read more

The worst Coldstone I've ever had the misfortune of stepping into. The girl behind the counter didn't greet us, and ignored us for a few minutes while she texted on her phone. She sullenly asked what we wanted; my husband had to remind her that she forgot three of the ingredients on a six ingredient sundae. My ice cream was sloppily made, and thrown at me in a cup with ice cream spilling out the sides. It was the consistency of soup, and I barely ate any before just getting a lid and taking it home to try to freeze it.
