Untrained, Unfriendly, Unfortunate Pathetic Employees. Manager(s), Please review your cameras. 02/19/2023 715PM. Walked in with 2 friends. No one in store, No greeting from anyone. 2 female employees finally emerged from the back. I ordered my own as my friends were ordering separately. After employee made my order, she rang up myself and my friends separate orders all together. She didn't even ask ( NO Communication skills ) just charged me for all of these orders even though I ordered separately. Then she didn't know how to void the transaction at all, calling someone on her cell phone over and over to no avail. All the while my ice cream melting on the counter. Where is any management??? Nowhere to be found. The person on the phone should have stayed on the phone until she fixed her locked up register. NO apology, NO empathy, and no FIX to this problem. I left unsatisfied and unhappy. This untrained employee ASSUMED instead of communicating, locked up her register, and was rude and unapologetic and had no solution to this issue. There is an old saying in the food service industry : " Fix the Customer, THEN Fix the problem. " This improperly trained employee had no intention of fixing anything. I'm giving it one star because the ice cream itself is good. But customer service is HORRIBLE!! Let's start with the music being completely inappropriate for a business where kids are often present. It was seriously so awkward. On the next visit, my husband and I both asked for banana as one of our mix ins. They didn't put banana in either but of course charged us for it. So then on our next visit, we let the employees know. The one girl we were speaking to said not one word!! Not one!! The other girl rolled her eyes at us . So on this visit we asked for a smoothie. The girl who rolled her eyes asked another girl if they had smoothie mix. That other girl looks in a drawer and says yes we do. But then the first girl makes a face to her and then says to us, no we don't have smoothie mix. So they had the smoothie mix but she was just too lazy to make it. These girls seriously have the worst attitudes. The worst! They're so rude and unwelcoming. I love cold stone but I don't know if it's worth dealing with misery of these employees. read more

Not impressed at all. Some of the employees were nice. The short Hispanic girl with the crazy eyelashes had an attitude. I was about to tell her off and make her look like a fool THATS how bad she was! So I would suggested management talk to these employees. Clean up the attitudes!!! I love cold stone, but the girl who made mine and my moms was LAZY. She didn't even chop up or mix our toppings into the ice cream. We both had full frozen strawberries and brownies split into like 3 giant pieces. I'm so unimpressed. read more

Not impressed with this location, the Indian kid working tonight "only one not wearing a mask And by the way I get that we've opened up and you don't have to wear a mask but I think when everyone else you're working with is wearing one and you're touching food/ice cream maybe you should wear one and not breathe all over my food/ice cream and when you ring people up with your blue rubber gloves and touch their money and the stapler in the register maybe you should change those out prior to going back and helping people with their food/ice cream. I did notice another girl do the same thing same gloves money register food/ice cream super nasty location not impressed at all would never go back. Oh wait by the way if you opt not to tip them they get super rude and very obvious when you put a slash through the tips line on your receipt just saying. Do me a right I'll do you right. Was disappointed to find no seating inside or out along with no restrooms available. When inquired with th workers, they told us that Starbucks had seating and restrooms. Starbucks had their own customers abs we had to eat ice cream in our car with 2 young children. Won't be back read more

I was welcomed as soon as I opened the door! Ryan and Destiney were AMAZING! They had just started to make waffle bowls and didn't have any dipped ones ready- but they made it happen and made me one within minutes. I love that kind of customer service that never says no! Thank you both!! read more

This Cold Stone has not had their employees learn the recipes, nor do they make sure the employees are making things correctly. It's been long enough for you to get it together. Ordered the coffee lovers, was pure icecream with literally 3 crumbs of a Heath bar. read more

This cold stone has the best service I've ever received. After a long day of whipping at kara on my 70 warrior. Server whitemane, I got almost no loot so I was feeling down. My guild was laughing at me and so were my friends. I decided to cheer myself up with some ice cream. That's where I met the nicest and caring ice cream shop owners I've ever met. They gave me extra sprinkles and whipped cream without even charging me. I will be going to this place as long as I'm alive. read more

Experience was decent. Team members need better training with cleanliness. Going straight from register/touching money to touching ice cream without washing hands is not okay. Also, I've noticed their cleaners and steel sprays are always on the counters. Food prep areas are not ideal for chemical storage. Hoping they change these couple of things. Wanted to try out this new coldstone, i've had it before when i was younger, and wanted to try it again. I was pleasantly surprised when the employees welcomed me with a great smile. The Non-Indian boy aka Cade who was so polite and professional makes the most spectacular "mint" dessert. I'm calling it the "Cade Cup" it's mint ice cream with York Peppers patties, marshmallows and sprinkles. read more
