Cold Stone is great, rich and fattening. My favorite combos are: rocky road, peppermint during Christmas, cake batter and heath bar, strawberry with banana and caramel. One thing to beware of is if they mix and mush your ice cream too much, it's way too melty too fast. read more

I ordered off Uber eats I won't be doing that again. They obviously don't care about your order unless you watch them make it. We came on a Tuesday evening, and with no line, had plenty of time to decide what to order. There are so many options! They let us sample a few flavors and then I opted for the classic founders favorite which is a delcious combination of nuts, brownie, and fudge sauce (next time I'm going to try Jeffrey's recommendation of subbing in 50% cake batter ice cream!). My husband voted for the gotta have it size and since we were using a BOGO coupon I obliged (sign up for their rewards club!). It is a ton of ice cream - we could have easily split one, but now we can look forward to another evening together eating Coldstone (hopefully our leftovers freeze well...). The service was great - both workers were quite friendly. It has been years since I visited Coldstone but had such a positive experience tonight with delicious ice cream, mix ins, and service that I'm already looking forward to going back soon! read more

I love cold stone. However this coldstone is the cheapest one they fill the cups up about half full no matter what size you order. Leaving this place a good rating because out of all the Coldstones I've ever been to, this one had the most pleasant staff working. Everyone was high energy and very nice to me and my grandmother! They were very patient with us after she changed her mind at least twice. Kids these days don't usually show that kind of respect. Props. read more

I love Cold Stone. I love ice cream. I love Cold Stones ice cream. I like Cold Stones wide variety of flavors. Usually have about a bakers dozen or so on tap (is that what you call it?, ice from the massive barrel vs a little baby carton. yeah, on tap.) They've got your classics, the choco, the vanilla, the minty kind. They've also got some creamier kinds, they've got peanut butter they've cake batter. Yeah this review really does suck so far. I literally haven't stopped typing though. Basically, I like ice cream a lot. If you like ice cream, you'll like Cold Stone. You know how it works. You pick your flavor, you pick your mix in, the mash it all up blah blah blah wham wham wham throw it in a cup or cone and you eat it. Pretty simple. If you're indecisive or whatever try their creations, they've got some on the wall you can pick from. 4th grading reading level is required. Except for the German one. Thats like 4th year Uni level. Shakes, sundaes, and splits are their too but you're lame if you do that just do what every one else does and get a flavor and mix it in with more sugar/some form of chocolate. Thanks. My husband and I are really big fans of Cold Stone. The ice cream was great. But the staff not so much. They were very helpful when we were ordering, very attentive and helped us right away. However, when I walked to the other end to pay the girl had her back towards me and one of the other staff had to tell her I was waiting. But, that's not the worst part. My husband and I were sitting at the table right on the other side of the glass, opposite end of the cashier. We were enjoying our ice cream, and I think that the staff thought there was nobody in the place. They were talking/gossiping whatever you like to call it. But, the part that caught my attention was the cursing. Yes, one of the potty mouth girls slipped a few curse words in before they noticed that we were still sitting there. Would return just for the ice cream but the staff should be more professional. read more

Ordered the funnel cake and got the churro. When I told her it wasnt what I ordered she hurriedly made what i had ordered. Needless to say it tastes disgusting and I threw it away after a Couple of bites. Next time i ll just stick to baskin robbins or even to the takeaway from the icecream section of a grocery store. When we entered this quaint little cold stone we were not expecting the truly amazing experience. We were first met by the ginger sensation Alex or Hershey if your his friend. Seeing that this man was an expert when it comes to the art of ice cream we asked for his council. He gave us the "Hershey special", a load of brownie, submerged in caramel, mixed amongst some velvety chocolate ice cream. This recommendation did not disappoint, providing an extremely remarkable experience. Overall the ice cream was pretty dang good, but what made our visit was the man behind the counter. read more

Hanging with my boo thang in Salt Lake City, we had a nice lunch and a nice tour of the capitol building and LDS temple then we went for ice cream here and it didn't disappoint. I had the mud pie mojo and I swapped the coffee ice cream for the sea salt vanilla which paired perfectly with the Oreo cookie, chocolate fudge and almonds. Yum! read more

Been going to this store for at least two years now since I bought my home. Recently they had a change of management and it all has gone down hill since then. The place is not as clean anymore, seems that when I go they are either out of an add on or even ice cream itself! How is an ice store out of ice cream? Today the ice cream appeared as it had melted and was refrozen. To top it off, they raised their prices under the new management, I wouldn't mind it if the quality was left high. I guess I'll be driving a few more min from now on to go to the Murray store. So sad! read more

I'm not one to pay massive $$$ for ice cream. I get a whole tub at the grocery store for less money! But when I feel like I deserve a special treat, money is no option. My boyfriend suggested Cold Stone the other day and I cringed. I didn't want him spending that much on me! I went with the smallest size of pumpkin ice cream and a graham cracker mix in. I loved it! Looking back, it was totally worth the money. I wish that I would have gotten a bigger size! My boyfriend ended up getting the coffee ice cream, and he loved it. We joked about how our kisses were going to taste like a pumpkin spice cappuccino. read more

Awfully sad experience we had going and simply ordering an ice cream cone. There were two young girls ahead of us that were friends with the two employees working at Cold Stone. We patiently waited for the employees to talk to these girls in line that were taking their sweet time to chit chat in line. The girl behind the cash register told her other two male friends to go to the back where the door reads, "cold stone employees only" along with the two girls ahead of us in line. There were a total of four friends in the back where it's strictly for Cold Stone employees only. Meanwhile this is all taking place we're probably twelve minutes into our order of getting a simple ice cream cone without it being made, yet. My frustration comes from the lack of consideration from the employees that took their precious time conversing with their friends in line. Secondly, the lack of respect of sending their four friends to the back and chit chatting back there. Young employees with absolutely ZERO mannerism. read more

This is not the cold stone to go to when you have a hankering for ice cream. Previously we tried this location, we were told the flavor we wanted looked too low in the bin so pick another flavor. We asked if they had more in the back which they did, but it would take at least an hour to soften so they couldn't get it. It was a very busy night with people clear out the door and a lot of people in line were grumbling when they heard the news. Needless to say we didn't order and left. Another time we went and asked to for a lid on the cup, we were told they were out of that size lid, so they put the child size scoop in a larger cup with a lid and charged us for the largest size cup. Two sizes larger than what we ordered! We tried to explain what they were doing and albeit the young man was nice, he didn't understand he was overcharging us because the cup size was bigger. Yet he was charging us for the next cup size up and the ice cream scoop was less than the size for that cup to begin with in the first place. Tonight we dropped by and as soon as we opened the door the teenagers behind the counter told us they were closed. There were people inside eating their ice cream and we looked at the hours and they were supposed to be open another 7 minutes. Several other people pulled up and they were obviously told the same thing. Unfortunately this location hires teenagers who don't know what they are doing or don't care. Either way, it's never been a positive experience at this location. Next time you want ice cream, do not bother going here, you will be wasting your time if not your money too. read more

Definitely as good as it gets! The owners of this location, Michelle and Aaron, just catered our daughters wedding. Excellent service, super organized and so personable! Our guest RAVED about the generous portions, delicious toppings and how they were greeted and served. My personal favorite is the sorbet but the kids all LOVED the cake batter with lots of toppings. Visit this location for a delicious treat, but call and have them cater your next event - you won't be disappointed! read more
