Hours of operation and the employees that were there.

Wanted an ice cream their hours say 10 PM they closed at 9:50 PM. We knocked on the door they looked right at as and laughed. Didn't even care.

It was my dad's birthday, and after coming back from his birthday lunch...we HAD to stop by the ice cream store to have a proper end to the celebration. We ordered Berry Berry Berry Good Ice Cream, Strawberry Banana Rendezvous Ice Cream, Lucky Charms Ice Cream & Mint Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream...all were delicious!

    Wooey strawberry ice cream. Yuk

Worst ice cream ever! I got their strawberry blonde something...the ice cream was all wooey and soft and the strawberries frozen. Never coming back to this place

Visited here saturday night and the place was packed! A line almost out the door and they only had one badass employee working! Emma killed her job. She was fast, efficient, friendly, and made sure to greet everyone as they walked through the door. All while being the only employee in the store! She deserves a raise.

This place is great! Well.. Emma was great, she was working by herself on a Saturday night with a line practically out the door! She was so friendly and still was greeting everyone who came though the door. Emma needs a raise!

[In four part harmony] Ice creeeeeam... ...... Ice creeeam...... ...............Ice creaaaaam... ......................Ice creaaaaaaaaam! Summer nights were made for ice cream, so on a particularly oppressive summer evening after the sun went down I was pleased to take a call from my brother who I'd helped earlier in the day move new patio furniture from the store to his house. I was more than pleased to accept his offer of kind repayment and we set out to Cold Stone to even the bill. It's your standard Cold Stone. Hopping at night. Lots of groups and cute couples. Since I was with my brother and his cute girlfriend I suppose we counted as a group. Which is too bad, because being a cute couple is much more fun than being the third wheel that turns said couple into a group. Why? I dunno. It just seems that way. So I belly up to the stone and order the Founder's Favorite, only it's important to sub in 50% cake batter ice cream for the base. Add some gooeyness, nuts, brownies, and I'm out the door. I wish the outside table wouldn't have stuck to my arm. That's the risk with an ice cream place. As fast as they can dish it out, the public can let it drip. So just keep up the chase after sticky spills and it would go a long way. Other than that, it was a blur of spoonful after spoonful with a brainfreeze chaser. Totally satisfied.

The service here was impeccable. They were slammed with a huge line when I came in, but they still did their job with a smile and with great service. The girl who helped me, didn't get her name, but she has her hair dyed partially purple... she was so accommodating to my creation. The guy who rang me up put the amount left on my gift card. Sometimes, it's just the little things that really make the experience worthwhile. Cold Stone's is basically the same anywhere you go, so this review is more for the service and help that I received. I got a Strawberry Blonde, added some sweet cream ice cream to the mix, and also bananas. The bananas really made the Strawberry Blonde that I always get way better.

The young man doing both the ice cream and the register was hardworking and nice, and the dessert was tasty as always. No complaints.

Very good ice cream. They even threw our ice cream up into the air and caught it in the bowls. Very impressed.

Two stars because the people working here are great. But the ice creams we had were all basically flavorless--mint, cheesecake and amaretto.

Now that I have your attention and I've given you an ear worm, I'll share a story. My friends and I spent a Saturday on ísbíltúr, which is an Icelandic tradition of taking an ice cream road trip. We hit five different places around the Salt Lake valley and lived to tell about it; with only a slight stomachache. This one is a drive through with a small walk-up window and seating outside. It happened to be our last stop on our journey and was the perfect ending to our adventure! We ordered our cones at the window and then sat on the patio in the warm evening air, enjoying our final treats of the day. The patio is situated between two drive through lines, so the setting is a little unusual, but still good vibes. Blue Moo offers Blue Bell ice cream (IYKYK) and is generous in their portion sizes. There's a lovely blue cow photo op adjacent to the drive thru (logistics can be a little tricky if there are cars queuing up).

Blue Moo carries the iconic Blue Bell ice cream - a brand that isn't sold in grocery stores here in Utah. They had a great variety of flavors and each scoop comes in a cup AND a cone! We got the Oatmeal Cookie and Pistachio Almond. Both delicious! The prices were reasonable and the portions were decent. The staff were super nice and the tables outside were kept clean for those that want to stay and eat their ice cream. Can't wait to go back to try more flavors! P.s. there are a lot of Gluten Free options too!

This is a new area we are trying to get up to speed on since this now affects our daughter. This is a great option for dessert if you have this type of concern. I've been so sad that they had closed years ago. Upon seeing that they had reopened we had to get in and try my old favorite Peppermint Chocolate Spray. I craved this for so long that I was afraid it wouldn't live up to my memories. Great news though. It is exactly how I remembered and we were told the recipe hasn't changed at all. I was so happy to scratch an itch I've had for so long by finally getting my hands on this nostalgic treat. All of their ice cream and treats (rice Krispy bars)?that we got were divine. This place is absolutely worth the drive and time for such a wonderful experience. Give them a try. I promise you'll be glad you did.

It is all super fresh, not freezer burned. I haven't tried the double cone yet, but I want to since it is iconically Snelgrove. It is SO cute inside, and clean. The employees are always really helpful and patient with my toddler. I am impressed when young employees do the job well. All in all, Snelgrove is a great experience. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area. Or even if you're not, really.

My boyfriend and I prefer the "original tart" flavor of frozen yogurt, regardless of where we go. Top It's tart flavor is a bit off, which we remembered as soon as we took a bite. It tastes too yogurt-y, which sounds silly if you don't like tart but if you do, you get it. I also got the pineapple flavor and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The toppings were fresh even at the end of the day. If you enjoy prefer flavors other than tart, I think it's worth a try! It is conveniently located in Holladay near other shopping and restaurants, plenty of parking available.

So glad I found this place!…read more From the second we walked , who I assume to be the owner was greeting us , showing us where everything was, and explaining all the flavors. She even gave a couple animal crackers to my toddler as we were filling our cups. As far as the yogurt goes, it is as very different than many other frozen yogurt places I've been. It's much thicker and fluffier than other yogurts and has a bit of a different flavor. This was by no means a bad thing though! There also weren't very many flavors, but the 3 I had, chocolate, plain, and mountain blackberry were all very good Apparently they also serve curry which is really random ha. I definetly suggest coming to check this place out for yourself
