When I got the cake today, I couldn't help but laugh with tears in my eyes at the absolute POOR QUALITY. Mind you, this cost $40+ AND I even tipped... for what? Not only does it look sloppy, but the bottom layer of cake was completely frozen and inedible. Do not order from here. Ordered a cake for pick up 2 days in advance, when I went to pick it up, the workers told me they didn't get my order. Apparently my order came into their system the moment I came in? I even had a confirmation number. When I asked if I could come back later, they said they didn't have the supplies to decorate the cake. When I asked for a refund, the workers told me they weren't able to administer a refund and only their manager could. No manager on-site. I didn't even get my refund. I was very patient and understanding because the workers are teens who don't have control over the system but to not even have a manager on-site leads to very disappointing service. read more

I sat in the parking lot in front of the restaurant, hoping that the status would change to be completed on the app, while I sat there and watched a lady in a crop top and a guy in long sleeves to just come from the bathroom, stand around, digging through the tip jar. The ice cream was delicious but we were very disappointed that we were not allowed to order three flavors in an "everybody size." We love Coldstone and have been faithful customers at various locations across the country for years. The employees at this location were kind and clearly were just doing their job...but we found it very frustrating that we were not allowed to order what we wanted or even allow us to pay extra to let us order what we want. Everytime we visit the employees seem to go downhill. Today we visited and there were 2 people in front of us. After standing there for 15 minutes and the people in front of us were still not helped, they rang the bell and the employee let them know that the manager would be there soon, but the manager never came out. We saw him sitting in the back doing nothing. These kids either need to be trained on how to run this Business or they need to get someone in there that knows what they are doing. This location employs teens that couldn't care less and it shows. I get it, it's a part time gig and you're 17 and have better sh*t to do that scoop ice cream to annoying adults and their kids. At least the teens working down the road at zupas serve with smiles on their faces and at least try. The employees here didn't know the menu well, didn't make any recommendations, didn't explain how it all worked. Who hasn't experienced stone cold. I had the vanilla ice cream with yellow and chocolate cake. And I loved it. Got my sweet fix.

Overall, Coldstone is okay, not bad but also, not fantastic. Their ice cream and milkshakes are my favorite on their menu. However, my review is more about their ice cream cupcakes which I recently acquired a 6 pack for $10; 2 cake batter, 2 sweet cream , and 2 double chocolate, these are the only variety they come in without doing a custom order. I was disgustingly shocked with the taste of these cupcakes, especially since there's not much I love more than cupcakes and ice cream. They start with a dark chocolate "cup" that the entire thing sits in, it is nasty and has not much flavor. Next, is a chunk of cake, the only options are red velvet, chocolate, or vanilla and they're dry and bland. Next, there is some chocolatey fudge underneath the actual ice cream (on custom orders, you can pick any flavor). The cake batter had red velvet cake and cake batter ice cream, the sweet cream had vanilla cake and sweet cream ice cream, and the chocolate had of course, chocolate and chocolate. They were then topped with some sort of nondairy whipped topping, like the nasty shit you find on a kid's birthday party cake. It's really greasy and disturbing. Overall, they were too sweet and gross, they were pretty bland and just badly combined. Just get a milkshake instead and pass right over these guys! read more

I'm 9 months pregnant, so I've been to this cold stone several times recently and every time is a bad experience. I should learn my lesson and stop coming, but I can't help my cravings! If you decide to do in person and stand in line and wait, you'll easily be here for 30-60 minutes even with only a few people ahead of you. Because of this I learned to just order online and pick it up to go. You'd think that would be faster, right? NOPE!! From the time I placed my order and got to the store was at least 20 minutes. I STILL waited 25 minutes for them to give me my order!!! I was acknowledged a couple of times standing under the "to go" sign and still stood there for 20 minutes. This place only employs teenagers, which is fine, but they obviously need an adult for some sort of management and structure! If I place an order online, I don't expect it to take 45 minutes to receive my order! Horrible service. read more

I've been eating Cold Stone like crazy the past few months (I seem to binge lol) and this Cold Stone is the best one in the SL Valley. The line is rarely too long to make you question whether or not it's worth it and they have Good attentive employees that listen and acknowledge customer needs.
