Even though BLTea is located in a smaller unit compared to its neighbors, they've really nailed the aesthetics and maximized their seating for their customers. It's a comfortable spot to relax in. My only point of contention is their service. I have found that interacting with some of their staff has been... difficult. When I am the sole member of my party, a few of their all-female front-of-house are quite curt and unwelcoming. However, when I'm with my female friends, they get treated with absolute kindness and professionalism (even during the same order). I really enjoy coming to BLTea for their drinks, but I often leave with a sour taste in my mouth because of this seemingly discriminate behavior.
