This Yogurtland is great. I wish they were open later. It is ever so clean and the staff works hard to keep it that way. There is so much to choose from. You can have simple vanilla or a mix of flavors and they have the best toppings. This s a place where you go in and grab a cup and walk over to the many yogurt flavors, all kept stocked and all tasting ever so fresh. My grandson loves this place and gets way too much and then I am broke because they weigh it to determine the price. The prices are very resonable. They sometimes have new flavors. I don't care for the kid's type flavors but my grandson eats it like it is his last meal on earth. Most get it to go. We get it and eat in the car. This location is my new favorite! I came for some frozen yogurt after dinner and everything was organized and very clean! It is a self serviced frozen yogurt so you can choose exactly how much you want. I got the vanilla mixed with strawberry yogurt. The yogurt was perfect it wasn't too watery or melting. Their fruit toppings were very fresh and had all toppings fully stocked. They use real ingredients in their yogurt as well! With my local Yogurtland closing, this location became my new local spot. The quality of the yogurt/toppings seemed on par with other locations which was nice. However, the offerings were much slimmer. And I don't think it's a supply chain issue. They had fewer spigots than some of the other Yogurtland locations I've been too and the toppings section just seemed smaller than what I am used to. But in the end, that's fine. I was still able to make myself a tasty frozen dessert. And this location is located in a large shopping center so you definitely won't have trouble finding parking which is a plus. read more

This location is by far the dirtiest one in the valley. Poorly managed, multiple health code violations, and poor attitudes amongst the employees. Being the closest Yogurtland to me, I often have no choice but to satisfy my sweet tooth here. Never again after witnessing loads of cross contamination at the topping bar (e.g. reese's peanut butter crumbs in the fruit, flies around the toppings) Take my advice and make the drive to the Sherman Oaks location, which has some of the best employees who always maintain store cleanliness! The San Fernando and Burbank locations are also good options. Just avoid the absolute disaster this location is. It's obvious the owner has no care for their employees because this location has had an open topping bar since 2021 while others have made the switch to non self-serve for the health and consideration of their customers. Very clean in this place. Nice lady working at the register. Grabbed me few samples and fell head over heels for the salted caramel pecan. I didn't even try anything else, it was so yummy! I got a small cup, filled it halfway and sprinkled granola, Reese's pieces, dark chocolate chips, a couple brownie pieces and a little healthy stuff on top and headed to the register. $5.75 and it was between me and that spoon! My biggest pet-peeve with self serve yogurt shops is if they don't have their fresh fruit supply adequately stocked, available, clean or unblemished. It's not very appetizing to see bits of crushed cereal floating in with the pineapple or smashed blueberries smeared on the sides of the mango container. It just doesn't look too pretty. However, the guy behind the counter in way redeemed himself when I asked for the containers to be restocked. He brought out sliced strawberries and large ripe blackberries so I couldn't complain about that. That's my favorite topping for frozen yogurt is fresh fruit! This is probably not my favorite Yogurtland to visit. The actual location of the building is placed in a business plaza in kind of sketchy part of town, the parking lot was full of garbage and debris. Overall the inside was kept cleaned, we were welcomed at the door, offered sampler cups and the selection of soft serve yogurt had a good variety. There's a psycho cashier that works here on Saturday and Monday afternoons named Mildred and she's a total bitch. Be careful too because she'll give you dirty spoons that are all smudged and she won't even ask you if you want that (color) spoon, she'll just stick it in your yogurt, gross! She's so disgusting. I told her that the spoon she gave me was dirty and she's like "It looks fine to me" eeeeww. I live really close to here so I'm glad I have a froyo place to go to now. The place is small but very well kept. When I came here the place was not dirty, not even the bottom trays of the frozen machines that sometimes have scoops of yogurt just sitting there. There are a lot of toppings just like the other yogurtlands. Most of the toppings were fresh and tasty. The only one that could have been better were the mangos which were a little hard for my liking. Other than that no complains about the toppings at all. They even had condensed milk and it was kept pretty cool. The frozen machines were all working at this location. I ended up choosing my favorites which are plain tart, vanilla, cookies and cream and caramel. I also love taro but they didn't have it in this location, but in their defense it's really hard to find nowadays. On the downside although the parking is pretty large, it always seems to be full. Maybe I just go when it's prime time for this location, who knows. Other than that I like it that they have chairs outside. And just as a plus.
