The day of pick up (and 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time) I had not heard from the store so I gave them a call. After speaking with two people I was told my order was never received but to come down to talk to a manager. I got a small kids scoop of their banana pudding ice cream. To be honest even for a kids scoop it was a little small in size for it being $5. I also am pretty sure a mix in was included and an option, but I was never given any option for it and was just handed the cup. When there's a line, it always take forever since half the time they are doing the manual mix ins. They have a variety of scoops, milkshakes, and cakes. I've found that their selection is almost too plain and I don't have much to choose from compared to most scoop shops around. read more

I saw that this is a new Cold Stone location and I hadn't been in a long time, so I decided to check it out. There's no sample limit, shout out to Angel who was patient and generous with my sampling. I tried these flavors: Cheesecake - I wish it was more sour, but it was yummy Cake batter - quite sweet Cinnamon roll - pretty cinnamon tasting, it doesn't have any actual cinnamon roll though Sweet cream - less sweet than I thought it'd be, it's good if you just really love the taste of dairy Mango - pretty good Pistachio - also pretty good, it's vibrantly green but mostly tasted like pistachio-flavored sweets typically do. The bathroom was out of order. There are some tables if you prefer to sit indoors. I ended up getting sweet cream and cheesecake, like it size, with chocolate shavings as my one free mix-in. The ice cream was pretty good and didn't melt too quickly, thankfully. The main reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that a "like it" size is now $6.99!! It's ridiculous how much the cost of Cold Stone has gone up. But at least Angel stacked the ice cream past top of the cup, and "like it" seems to be bigger than the smallest size I've seen at some other ice cream shops. read more

We walked in today and were hit by a foul smell. We planned on enjoying our ice cream there initially but decided to eat it in the car. Not sure how staff were able to work through that. They do not have the fudge truffle flavor. I didn't understand if they were out or if they do not carry it. The employee helping us was helping another, so she was distracted. The guy (must be newly hired) did not greet me but was asking who was next so he can help. I didn't say anything, just waited for Dana to help w/ Gavin's creation before I ordered mine. Good ice cream. I prefer this over Baskin Robbin's but I don't think we will return. Parking can be a hit or miss depending on what time you go. read more

Came by to check out cold stone this past sunday with my sister. We had a bogo coupon from the mail! By the way, it is only in the love it size, and not the like it size. Also valid on signature creations only! I got the coffee flavor mixed with peanut butter and it was ok. I am not a huge peanut butter fan like that but saved the ice cream for home. The right is the chocolate brownie one and it is so good!! Both ice creams were super rich and you will def need water with these ice creams. Thought it was so cool that they had ice cream cupcakes! It's better than an ice cream cake in my opinion, since it's portioned out. Works for smaller celebrations/gatherings! I know summer will be super busy here, as the only other cold stones I know is at rivermark plaza or great mall. read more

When this location first opened it was great. The last 2 visits have been less than adequate. I ordered from Doordash and it arrived barely mixed. Then I stopped in. There was someone making waffle bowls so I didn't expect her to help me but she didn't even greet us. I had to speak up to get someone to help us. He was also less than enthusiastic. I don't expect great service from low paid, unskilled workers, but he just really didn't want to be there. And then he didn't even mix our bowls very much. In the 25 years of eating Coldstone, I've never ever been served undermixed bowls until this location, the last 2 times. Poor kids hate their jobs. I'm sorry for that but can they please at least provide adequate service? read more

I am soooo glad this opened up in my area. The owner and staff are are so welcoming and friendly. As soon as we walked in, we were promptly greeted as we made our way to the selection counter. The store is extremely clean and there were enough tables of 4 to seat us. We love to visit new stores and welcome them to the neighborhood so today was the day. The sun peaked out and we wanted to get out of the house so this was perfect. Coldstone ice cream is just so much higher quality than BR31, IMO. The selection of flavors is plentiful and then the add in the mix-ins to your heart's content. Enjoy the ice cream in a cup, or in a waffle bowl or a cone. Have a shake or a fruit smoothie. I am amazed to see how much the store offers. I can't wait to try the cream cakes for our parties. I also found out that this store has already supported a local school's cultural night! Hats off to the owner for getting involved so quickly. Ok, so now to the delicious part! We ended up purchasing a few different items. The wifey wanted an afternoon wake up so we had the coffee ice cream with the Heath bar toppings. I am usually not a coffee fan but I have to say this is the darn best coffee ice cream I have ever hard! The smooth an creamy texture is rich with flavor. The added Heath bar is just a perfect compliment to the coffee. The generous scoop of ice cream was more than enough to satisfy both of us. I ordered a mango-pineapple smoothie. The fruits are sweet and the smoothie was blended perfectly to a smooth and silky consistency. And no extra sugar added, this was excellent. Our daughters both ordered the Birthday Cake Remix. This was pure heaven for them. Birthday cake ice cream, a favorite among the young ones, mixed in with rainbow sprinkles, brownie and fudge! Just wow! On of our family members ordered a Vanilla Lite Coffee Shake (custom order) topped with whipped cream. Once again, light and easy to drink shake which was not oversweet and just a perfect treat in the afternoon. We also decided to take home a strawberry mango sorbet packed in a pint. Too many issues at this location. I keep giving them a chance and it just keeps getting worse. The staff aren't very interested in their jobs. Todays visit 1/3/25 Two girls working, one up front making waffle bowls, no greeting, no biggie. Calls for another employee, she comes out a few mins later. I place my VERY simple identical order. She listens then excuses herself to the back. Comes back out after a few minutes, asks me my order again. She comes across very disoriented, the girl making the waffle cones, just keeps laughing at her. One of my mix in's requested was whip cream. 9/10 times the person at counter has to go to the back to get a new bag out of the freezer. This time around there is absolutely no whip cream in the shop, at all!!!! I take the ice cream without the w/c Noticed once home that other mix in was barely mixed. It's not strenuous work, so I'm guessing she's tired of, or bored of her job. I suggest the manager/owner check in on the shop more often. Especially on the inventory.
