Parking is convenient as there's many spots outside and the interior is clean and sleek with friendly customer service. Like any froyo place this is self serve so you choose what you get. The flavors are very good and they have a decent amount of diversity in them but don't have a classic chocolate which is a bit of a hold back. They do have cookies and cream which works in a pinch but just isn't the same. They rotate flavors in and out so always make sure to keep an eye out on their selection. Once you pour out your yogurt they also have toppings like brownie bites, Oreo crumble, condensed milk, and so on which allow for even more flavor. By the end of everything we had some stacked and delicious froyo and at a reasonable price, which can't be beat. Don't buy gift cards and load it to your app. One day, my balance on my Yogurtland app went poof. All gone. I've been told to contact corporate and they are off and on. Now, I've been going back and forth on the emails with corporate for over 6 months now. I'd get an email saying they'll fix it then months of silence then another email saying they'll look into it then another few months of silence. Friday May 8,2026 : 9pm Service was bad. Wouldn't come here again. It's annoying how the worker asked me if that was my dog before kicking her out. Well obviously it's my dog ? Plus when I got to checkout the girl said absolutely nothing, I was confused if my bowl was even being weighed. I don't even expect 5 star customer service or a dog friendly place but the workers were just annoying. It was crowded, yes but at the end of the day it was me getting my own ice cream and toppings. You grab a cup, dispense your choices, add toppings, weigh it and pay. Free samples are available. Ask for a receipt, and it should show the deduction for the cup weight (aka tare weight). I tried vanilla/ chocolate twist, strawberry, and mango. All the flavors were good. Vanilla/choco was nice and creamy. Mango had a slight chalky after taste. I would return if I'm in the area. Just plain tart and mochi bits will satisfy me. The flavor reminds me of Vietnamese yogurt, which is tart and sweet. If anyone's missing that kind of yogurt, come on down to Yogurtland! Was really craving some Frozen Yogurt and this was the closest one near my brother's place while I was visiting him. I have had yogurt land in the past, so this review will focus more on the texture of the yogurt, presentation of the toppings, and friendliness of the staff. Upon entering, the cashier greeted us and asked us how many cups we would like and what size. She also offered us a glove to use on the handle to pour our frozen yogurt and also when using the tongs for the toppings. The flavors I personally got was Dulce De Leche, Hazelnut, CranRaspberry Tart, and Strawberry. I also had strawberries, strawberry syrup, and mochi for my toppings. I used to work for a frozen yogurt shop where we had to pour the yogurt, weigh the cup and supply the toppings if the customer requested. So with that background, the texture was very consistent with what I expected. The store itself looked clean and were not sticky. I expected it to be sticky since we do have frozen yogurt and also some toppings are notorious for being sticky. But the staff here did a good job to ensure that didn't happen. I've been here a bunch of times so I would like to think that I knew the protocols in there. This happened an hour ago so the memory is still fresh lol I walked in with my brother and noticed a mildly long line inside but it didn't reach outside. Usually, we'd come in and have to get the cups from the person at the front then get froyo. I always assumed that was an indication that we were in line and never had any issues before. Today, I did what I always did and went to the register to get the cups. However, the girl was busy cleaning the topping stations so we waited in the space between the line and the register. As we waited to get the cups, another person came in after and went in line rather than ask to get the cup. Once the girl came to the register, she looked at us and the person then told US to wait outside then asked the person after us what kind of cup they wanted. Like...what the hell? We clearly came in before that person and were waiting to ask for cups unless there's some protocol that says otherwise. They are a few places where I have craving every now and then. Taking the kids there is an excuse for myself. I like the fact that this place is always clean. My sweetie and I went here today. Let me state up front the the staff person at the counter was nice and helpful but the customer service for this business is lousy. I had a email rewards for $5 off frozen yogurt here for my birthday and I was excited. First, I showed the staff person at the counter and she said it will be taken care of after i get the yogurt. So I got the yogurt that I wanted and some extra toppings. We got to the counter and I gave the staff person my cell phone number which did not work and then my old landline number which did not work. there was nothing the staff person could do. So my sweetie called customer service and there was no one available. Then my sweetie asked to speak to the manager, the staff person gave him her phone and the manager could only offer $2.50 off. As the frozen yogurt with toppings came to about $9, $5 off was what we were hoping for as the email coupon stated. We declined. So we left without the frozen yogurt..Well luckily the staff person had placed the cup of yogurt I was hoping for in the freezer. But oh well...sigh. And, the emailed coupon, i could not even respond to later. That was a waste of time and let down for my birthday week. If I was a kid, I would have cried. It was so frustrating. Some businesses just are fine with a print of an email as proof but this place needs a phone number and if for some reason it does not match up, you cannot use it. This is just one of the few businesses that give me a hard time with my emailed coupons. Why is that?!? Cannot a printed email with my name be good enough?!? I could show my id card to verify it is me. What more is needed?!? I do not even know what phone number they would have on record. The workers take great care of cleaning the yogurt machines and the topping bar. Fruits are very fresh. I see the workers replacing the banana if it starts turning brown or any other fruits if it does not look fresh. The yogurt is always so consistent and never watery.
