Service was great no issue with that but my $57 cake was something else. I couldn't check it properly while picking it up since I had my toddler in the car. Once I was in the car I realized the cake had a chunk missing and the icing was falling apart while some of the decorations I paid for were missing. Ordered 15 dozen cupcakes the evening before I needed them, and they were delivered to me the next morning, perfectly baked and on time. The presentation and taste are both excellent. The online ordering and staff could be trained a little better. I tried to put the order in online and it told me that the order was more the store could handle (15 is the max the website lets you add). I called three times and got 3 different answers. The last employee told me if I split my order into 2, it would work. So I proceeded to do that and got charged for 2 deliveries... not a big deal, but if you're going to limit the orders per a delivery, then your online ordering should reflect it. read more

Placed an order for Mother's day. There was a girl standing outside at 11:30am to help with mobile orders. She assisted this man in the front with his mobile order, I lined up behind him and after they finished, she did not ask me for my order or even acknowledge me at all. Another man comes up and tells her he has a mobile order, instead of asking to help me she starts to help him. If I didn't tell her I had a mobile order too, she wouldn't have acknowledged me at all.
