Worst customer service I have received. My husband ordered a cone in a cup but was given just a regular cone. My we let the employee know, she just handed us cone and said "here" . She didn't even offer to put the Ice in the cone. I must have asked 3 times for a bag until I had to ask somebody else. It just seemed like they were rushing trying to get the out of there. It was 20 minutes before their closing time.

Sweet I had a light lunch and a little ice cream sure sounded good. I ended up having more than a little and it was definitely good. They have a new flavor, Sea Salt Fudge, and the slightly salty chocolaty flavor was a nice combination. I included pecans and caramel syrup as a mix-in. The ice cream was very soft, which I would normally mention in a negative way, but I also understand the ice cream needs to be soft in order to do the mix-in. I had no trouble at all enjoying it even though it got a little soupy. My server was super-nice and helpful. This Cold Stone is in a great spot just across from the Hollywood 20 theater. It wasn't busy when I stopped in this afternoon but I have seen it get busy in the evening.

This was not a shake but strawberry milk. It wasn't filled all the way. Disappointing.

There was one person working. The place was dirty. Half the ice cream was empty. My ice cream was melty when I received it; I let that go because it was a creation and mixing was involved. The shake we got had the consistency of strawberry milk. It wasn't even filled all the way. It was awful. We spent so much time on the gal trying to figure out the cash register that we gave up. She had to call someone for help getting the register working. I tried to use the local flavor coupon so I wanted to spend over $20. She didn't have prices right and I had to show her the right prices for items. Lastly she didn't know how to use the local flavor coupon. She ended up taking a picture of it and letting us go. Our total was $20.94 and she didn't take cash to accept the difference. The overall experience was frustrating. I'd expect a national chain to have high standards. I was really disappointed in this location.

Ice cream was melted when I got it and the order was wrong. Also, the spoons they gave us were the size of a toothpick. Will not go back.

We kept sampling and each one we tried was not only excellent, but better than the next, but also perfect in its own way. Thankfully there was the option for a flight, so we got to have four different scoops. We took a pint home, and this was us exercising self control. The staff is amazing, the locale is bright and airy. Absolutely incredible. Come check them out. You will find something you love.

We were helped by someone I believe was named Julie or Julia (I'm not great with names), and we ended up chatting a bit because she used to live in New York too. She was so warm with the kids and let us sample just about every flavor, which made the whole experience feel really personal. The ice cream itself is fantastic--creative flavors, but also genuinely delicious. You can taste the homemade quality in every bite. I had coconut and dark chocolate, the kids had vanilla, dark chocolate, and watermelon mint, and my husband also really enjoyed his choices (though I can't remember exactly what he picked). Overall, it was just a really pleasant stop with great ice cream and exceptional service. It's also right next to Origin Pizza, which is another spot we'd definitely recommend.

It was a nice shop that also had some nice chocolate candy options too. Fudge, turtles, candy apples and more along with ice cream and sherbet. I stopped in late Wednesday night and sampled some of their fudge. It was absolutely amazing. Heavenly Slice Fudge truly lived up to its name. I also tried a sample of their Caramel Sea Salt ice cream, and it was a 10/10. Ultimately, I chose not to buy anything that night since I hadn't eaten dinner yet, but I knew for sure I was coming back the next day. On Thursday night, I brought all my coworkers with me since we were in town for a work trip. I ordered a waffle bowl with a scoop of the Caramel Sea Salt Chocolate ice cream, and it did not disappoint. I usually end my reviews by saying, "If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back." For this place, I WILL be back--even if that means taking myself to the area just to get more ice cream.

If you have been to Savannah, GA, you may be familiar with the Pecan Praline treats. They have them here. They are really good and sweet and dissolve in your mouth like soft crystals. They have different flavors but I liked the sample of turtle the most. Besides these Savannah Sweets, they have chocolates, candies, ice cream and sorbet. I really didn't feel like ice cream but my husband did so we shared the butter pecan. It was pretty good. We also tasted the toasted coconut but the butter pecan was better. Everyone here was super nice and walked outside and offered ice water to everyone. Such a great friendly detail considering how hot it is right now. Definitely a cute sweet spot to visit in St. Armand's Circle. Also many shops are closed after sunset but they do stay open later.
