Worst customer service I have received. My husband ordered a cone in a cup but was given just a regular cone. My we let the employee know, she just handed us cone and said "here" . Sweet I had a light lunch and a little ice cream sure sounded good. I ended up having more than a little and it was definitely good. i have to say this: every Cold stone that i visit is consistent as far as the ICE CREAM goes. The ice cream is soooo good!! I love the Cookie Doughnt You Want Some...with extra cookie dough (ahem). Now with that being said, depending on the location, you may encounter nonchalant teenagers, or dirty floors/bathrooms. But i came here for the ice cream, not a five-star DINING experience.
