Actually, there were three or four items that needed replacement. After a week or so. Julio returned to complete the job with the new parts. No estimate came. Called the office at 9:00 and was told they would have the tech contact me right away. When noon rolled around and no response I called the office again. This time no one answered so I left a message. They obviously received it as shortly thereafter I got a text with some excuses but telling me it was being prepared and he would send it ASAP. Again, received nothing. I effectively wasted an entire day waiting for an estimate that never came. Now I have to start all over again with a different company.
