In my adult years I got braces and later crowns to make my teeth more presettable. At age 45 I got throat cancer. The treatment required radiation and again my teeth took a beating. After having several other dentists work on my bite and general appearance I found doctor Le. Over several weeks she crowned all of my lower teeth. I already LOVE the appearance but more importantly I can chew my food properly. We will start on my upper teeth next month. Dr Le and her assistant Michelle made an unpleasant process worth all the pain and discomfort. Her front office staff specifically Jocelyn always greeted me with a pleasant good morning. Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and was told before I was took back to the operation room that…read moreI would be getting hydrocodone after my extractions for pain then once I'm in the operation room they change it to regular Tylenol my husband was trying to understand up front on why they changed there mind while I was under and was told this doctor does not prescribe them for pain I was already super nervous iv never had anything like this done before besides a c section fast forward after we pick up the prescription I take one as told for pain ( my upper jaw hurting to badly ) this is about 2 hours after we left I wait a little over a hour to be sure that what I was gave would come into effect sadly it did not I have been crying in pain since the minute I took it and called them to tell them I am in so much pain and have been crying since and mind you this hurt way more then a C-SECTION I told them I have never been in this much pain before and that what they gave me was not working and asked for the hydrocodone they brought up in the first place ( mind you I have had friends and family tell me that is what they got after and they where just fine) I walked in there nervous but glad my pain would be handled in after care and it's was OBVIOUS THAT IT WAS NOT back to the phone call they proceeded to tell me that I just need to take I ibuprofen for the pain I took 5 ibuprofens at once and I'm still in pain crying this office does not care about your pain management post op what so ever I would not recommend to ANYONE NEVER GET WORK DONE HERE

I received a coupon in the mail for a new patient visit that included x-rays, cleaning and a consultation for $59, which prompted me to go ahead and give them a try. The service was great from beginning to ending. The hygienist was very friendly, gentle and thorough. We chatted throughout my appointment like we've know each other for years. I think her name is Kassandra. My experience with her was so great that I made an appointment for my son on the way out. They also give you a goodie bag which includes a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and small bottle of Listerine. She also schedule my 6 month cleaning before leaving her suite.....great visit all the way around.

During my appt, one of their 2 xray machines were glitching, so I was only able to have bitewing xrays. Dr Hayes was prompt and professional. I regularly go to dentist every 6 months for checkup/cleaning. However, I felt his examination was too 'aggressive'. I had never had a dental exam in which I was probed in such an extreme manner. My mouth and teeth hurt for the next 24 hours (in spite of no cavities or minor/major dental issues). The recommendations included two 'upsell' options which were not very useful. My wife went same day and was presented with materially different recommendations than our competent prior dentist (who no longer accepted our insurance). My wife also felt that his examination was 'rough'. She also her mouth/teeth were probed in such an extreme manner. Her mouth and teeth also were tender for the next 24 hours. We will return but will be wary of the upselling

She had a lot of good insight in dentist practices as well as just general knowledge of Mansfield. She was a wonderful person to meet for a first impression. She also worked with my husband when he visited the office and he also enjoyed her conversation. My husband and I saw different dentists and both had good experiences. He did have a bit longer of a wait than I did, but the weather wasn't great that day and the roads weren't clear. Crystal was the receptionist for both of us and we both noted how cheerful and nice she was as we entered and exited. It was extremely easy to book an appointment here, even as soon as same or next day and I loved that ease. I was thankful for the deep cleaning I received here and thought the office did a great job at staying on top of new services and also informing my husband and I of what they offer/how it would benefit, etc. All in all, I'd return here!
