I received several responses with quotes, and Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter was the first company to reach out. I contacted them around 5 PM on Wednesday, and they were able to schedule a free estimate for Friday. Dan Burke showed up right on time. He was professional, efficient, and easy to talk to. Like the other companies I spoke with, he recommended repiping as the best solution for the long run. He gave me an estimate for the project and also mentioned that if the office couldn't schedule the repair on Monday, he could stop by to do a quick temporary fix to stop the leak and then come back when they could finish the job. I really appreciated that because I don't like wasting water. The price Dan quoted was also very reasonable compared to the other companies. After thinking it over, I decided to go with Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter and called the office to schedule the appointment. They weren't able to do the repipe on Monday but scheduled it for Tuesday. Dan did come by on Monday to help temporarily stop the leak. Then he and his team came back Tuesday morning and started the project. Everything went smoothly. My house now has a new pipe, no more leaking, and it feels great knowing the issue is fixed. He slow walked the repair and the fact that he tried to repair an un repairable water heater was the problem. Knowing his negative reviews on here, he will be belligerent and claim innocence. Tom from Flush King Plumbing came to my condo for a possible water leak in the hallway bathroom…read moreshower. Tom was very informative and patiently explained what he was doing. My water pressure was checked at 100 psi, which Tom told me was extremely high. We discussed having a water pressure regulator installed for $600. Two weeks later, Tom returned for another possible water leak in the hall bathroom toilet. Tom fixed that problem and checked my water pressure with a new water pressure gauge, and this time, my water pressure was at 70 psi. Tom was sincere and told me I didn't need the regulator installed. He could've told me it was still high and that he would have to install a regulator, and instead, he lost money but saved me money! I highly recommend Flush King for all your plumbing needs!
