Don't recommend coming for service or parts. Came to buy a quart of oil and a gallon of antifreeze and they over charged me 17$ . Went back to complain and didn't really help. Also got an oil change here once and they didn't fill up to the right limit, it was still missing a quart of oil. Your better off going to chino or upland ford this ain't the place to go . My wife and I have been researching smaller trucks to replace our old (1998) Tacoma when our son and brother-in-law both recommended the Ford Maverick. As part or our research, we went to our nearest Ford dealership (about 2 months ago) where we brought our Explorer in for maintenance. That was over 12 years ago, When we arrived we walked around the lot to see if there were any Mavericks to view. We were greeted immediately by Rocky who stated he remembered us and our Black Explorer from 12 years ago!!. I vaguely remembered him but he remembered us and our car. We told him that were considering a Maverick and he sat us in his office giving him our wants and needs and in return gave us a wealth of information on that truck. Since we we were only in for research and with no intent of making a purchase, there was no high pressure sales tactics. We exchanged information so we can contact him if we had any more questions or him contacting us if a used Maverick came in. He tried contacting us a week ago but we were out of town. My wife finally returned his message and it was to let us know he had transferred to Colley Ford so that we can update our contact info. We let him know that we have put our pursuit of a Maverick on hold. He said he'll keep us on file so that if on comes in that fits what were looking for in a Maverick, he would let us know. I've been in the customer service business (Retail Management)for 35 years and Rocky exceeds the expectations for customer service (work, systems and procedures, follow up and most important of all, treating the customer with value!!! Internet sales team is a joke. Jose Lopez seemed indifferent when we spoke, only caring about getting me on the lot. Mike Sheridan tried hard sell tactics over email, then had a very condescending attitude when I saw through his charade and didn't immediately fall in line with what he wanted. Even after telling them that they lost my business through their attitude, they contacted me again to tell me the vehicle is still there and that their "other buyer" might not be able to buy the vehicle after all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THEY LIE ABOUT PAPERWORK TO GET A SELL AND WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES!!!! I paid cash for a 2018 F150 less than a week later the fuel system dies in the middle of an intersection. FORD fixed it. Two years later it happened again still under powertrain warranty. They refused to fix it this time charging us an absurd amount of over $850. I paid for powertrain warranty they claim fuel system failure is not covered. I also purchased a 2020 F150 two days after the 2018 truck. I put over $25,000 down on the 2020 paid for bumper-to-bumper extended warranty. It's currently at the dealership for several problems one including it needs a new transmission which they are going to replace under warranty. The rear differential is leaking oil on both sides of it. They just called and said I I owe $875 to fix it so my question FORD why do you sell me something and tell me it has bumper-to-bumper warranty and then tell me it does not cover that. So you're lying to your customers telling them they're gonna pay thousands of dollars for an extended warranty that fix everything bumper-to-bumper and when something does go wrong you tell them they owe you money and that's not covered. Where is the fine print that I signed that says that this is not covered. I've gone through all of my paperwork. I have bumper-to-bumper warranty and it says nothing about the differential not being covered. I callled two other ford deals around and asked how much a leaking differential would cost to fix the leak $350 wow!!!we should call you colley scam really you tell me over $850 Long story short this is how COLLEY FORD treats their customers after they spend $100,000 in two days. Update since my last review crank case sensor has gone out. And my horn sounds like a clown car out of nowhere. read more

Called to schedule service- left a message. Intolerant guy who called me back has no respect for diversity and people who are not exactly like him. He spoke very fast and I struggled to understand him. I asked him to slow down for me and asked my question again. He would not slow down. I asked him 3 times to please slow down. He spoke so fast and I couldn't understand him, he asked me, "What part do you want me to slow down on?" Maybe some DE&I training is due, or at minimum, training on emotional intelligence. read more

Where do I begin. I bought my ford maverick here waited almost a year to get it. When I get an email from Ford saying it was delivered I called the dealership to see where it is to find out. They almost selling it if I would've waited another day, it would've been sold after putting down the down payment and all. Taking it for a recall, setting up an appointment and later on at the end of the day find out they don't have the part when I called to complain I spoke with Lee the manager his response was why do you keep coming back here. I definitely do not recommend anyone use there service department. Colley provided a cluster that was not programmed correctly, causing my AC to not work because of a climate control in the cluster. When I asked them to look at it they said they were booked out 2 weeks, in the middle of summer. So I took it to my own mechanic and they confirmed that it wasn't programmed correctly. Ended up waiting for Colley for them to make me pay for a diagnostics and tell me that my pcm is bad and it has nothing to do with the cluster. Took it back to my mechanic, had them reprogram it and resolve my issue. They also confirmed the pcm was good. Went back to Colley and asked for a refund on them misdiagnosing it and they just made up a bunch of excuses. I had an invoice showing prove it was fixed with reprogramming and the pcm is good. Lee the service manager wouldn't even talk to me directly. The lack of knowledge from this service department is horrible and the service manager will not do anything to make things right and does not care about you. Disgusting. Thanks for nothing read more
