"Free" annual maintenance time? Four house calls later, still have no AC (I think it worked before being "maintained" but if it had an issue over the winter, I wouldn't know), which I'm now told will be the case for the entirety of May. Communication has been dismal- e.g. getting a text for an upcoming appointment nobody told me was even a thing (apparently the maintenance wasn't completed and nobody told me). Multiple "whoops, we need to order a part, we'll call you in a week or two". Why a part gets ordered on the fourth house call? Beats me. Why they can't stock parts for the products they themselves install? Beats me. And I've paid for a surge protector as part of this "free" process (why wasn't it included initially? Who knows!) If you want to be stuck in a 95-degree house, I recommend Akian. If you want new people coming to your house to chat every week, I recommend Akian. If you want to actually get working HVAC, please let me know who I can talk to. But I guess most of the people I've talked to have been very nice. At the first visit we were told by an employee that we would have to replace our garbage disposal, which turned out not to be correct. At our second call, the issue was not resolved (by Chris himself), and he had to send an employee out again the next day. Would not have been a big deal but on our third try with Belli, they refused to go out and get the needed part. That's standard for a plumber. But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. Needless to say, we immediately hired another plumber who came right out (after purchasing the part) and did a great job, and this was our last attempt to work with Belli.

There was an issue with one of our services. We needed a new water heater. They put me on the schedule as early as they could and even called me a day earlier than scheduled to get me in. They busted their butts to make sure they got the part they needed from the manufacturers faster than they offered and came back right away to make it work. No delaying saying they had to wait. Closer to the appointment, I was able to narrow down the timeline to know their eta. The young man who came out was polite and professional and efficient. He was able to clear the trap and vacuum out all of the hair/soap-scum/toothpaste that was causing the clog. They invoiced us through email, charge $250, which we were able to pay with a click. I tried them originally through their introductory furnace inspection. I told them I would do it myself, and reinstalled the original thermostat, which worked fine. 2 months later (in December) the furnace stopped. I called them, they said they would try to get here that day. We waited all day with no response. They came the day after and said they needed to order a part, but could not tell us when it would arrive. Into the weekend, after 2 full days without heat, they said to get heat on the weekend would cost $1200, or $700 if we waited until Monday or Tuesday. We chucked them and called another company. That company said this was a common problem and should have been caught in the inspection. They could come on the weekend to do it for $1000, or do it on Monday for $500. I shouldn't have called back after the thermostat issue, but I sure won't call again, and recommend anyone else also look elsewhere
