They were kind to speedily clean another room and didn't hassle us about moving over there. We were there for another four nights and things were fine. Breakfast was eggs, meat, potato cubes, all breads, cereal, coffee, juices, waffles, etc. so that exceeded any expectations. I'd say for the frugal traveler it could be considered about $20/person and that has value. The breakfast lady is wonderful, btw. Other than that, it's a ho-hum place to crash.

The room is large and clean, and there is ample parking. The guy at the front desk late at night was also friendly and helpful. That's about all the good I can say about the experience. The room had a terrible musty smell, and we couldn't open the windows. The hotel itself smelled like cigarette smoke, probably because they still have smoking and non-smoking rooms. The room itself seemed old and dated. The breakfast the next morning was laughably bad with stale bagels, reheated frozen sausage, microwaved eggs, and corned beef straight out of the can. My husband couldn't believe how much I had spent on this room. This was my first Best Western stay and probably my last.

Room coffee - those little shrink wrapped trays common to most Marriotts sucks. But the closet, fridge and microwave were all in tip top shape. Bathroom was clean and mold free. Feather free pillows too. We would definitely stay here again.

If you want dishes, cups, or almost anything, you have to ask for it. 4. They only clean the room every seven days. When you need more towels, you're supposed to bring down your used ones and they give you fresh ones. 5. The shower water pressure is barely acceptable. 6. The tv gets louder each time a commercial comes on. It doesn't get local sports channels like NESN, so you can't watch the games. 7. WiFi is spotty and often does not connect to the internet. 8. The "grab and go" breakfast is not up to the competition, and the downstairs coffee only operates during breakfast. Overall, if you're used to real hotels, this is not that. It's designed for longer-term travelers, but its negatives generally outweigh the positives.

The windows couldn't be opened. They also charged an additional hundred dollar damage deposit when you check in which is supposed to be refunded when you check out, it has been over three weeks since I checked out and the property has not responded to any emails. No one ever answers the phone even though they advertise 24 hour staff at the front desk. I have yet to get my deposit back and actually left the room cleaner than it was when I checked in this is a horrible place to stay and I don't recommend it to anyone.
