Fantastic Margherita Pizza, do yourself a favor and add the sausage! Their salads are large and chilled and great as well. We got our order for take out, and literally as I walked in, our order was ready. Spacious booths for dine in, and the staff is attentive and nice. I recommend you try this place. read more

Living back East for several years, it is always hard to find an authentic NY style pizza place in Colorado (especially Parker). This by far is the best around. Found this place through a recommendation from a friend and have been here a few times. I have had both a calzone and pizza. The pizza crust is my favorite part. It is not thin but still crispy. Garlic knots are decent. Improvements could be made to the service. Overall what probably keeps us from stopping in more is the value for the money. read more

The lunch deal here is great, especially with how huge the pizza slices are. The pizza has a great taste to it with fresh ingredients and a perfect cook to it. The service here is also very friendly, it was my first time here and the guy at the counter was very friendly without trying to push me, it was very appreciated. I enjoyed the place so I gave it 4 stars but sadly I will not return because I need my Diet Coke with my pizza, and with Pepsi products I cannot. read more

Stopped by this little pizzeria the other day! You walk up and can order anything on their large menu. Many items I plan on going back to try! We ordered 2 slices of pizza each and drinks. Yes the pizza was already made but you have so many choices. This is the way it's done in many places in New York. It's a great way to get a quick bite of lunch. So refreshing to smell and taste the real deal! Crust was awesome tasting by itself. Sauce was mild not so spicy your stomach thinks it's eating hot peppers! Cheese gooey goodness. Toppings all fresh. From pineapple to sausage to pepperoni. The service was excellent. Clean little place. The pieces of pizza were huge, hot and yummy. Will have to order a whole pie next time! We visited Colonna's for the first time today & unfortunately it will be the last time. It is very expensive. We ordered a Sicilian Pizza & garlic knots & it was $40! We had there last Sicilian they had in the store (at 5pm) and it only had pepperoni & sausage on it. Not what we wanted. We took it anyways. When we received the pizza it looked like a thick crust pizza with thin crust as the base. Nothing about it was Sicilian. It is supposed to be think crust all around. They cooked the pizza way too long. When we tried getting out slice off the pan we could not get a piece. Their pizza slicer couldn't cut all the way through because the bottom the pizza was over cooked. It was very hard. Nothing about the bread/dough of the pizza was soft at all. The pepperoni tasted like the packaged pepperoni Sams Club sells. Not a good tasting pizza at all. For the money that we spent, we could have received 110% better pizza at Old Chicago's Pizza with real Sicilian crust. Soft not burnt. What a shame. read more

Soooo good!!! I went there for the first time tonight and my hubby had a philly cheese steak and fries. I had the eggplant parm and rigatoni with garlic g'nots (knots) and we shared the Colonna's salad and cannoli. Everything was amazingly good with reasonable prices compared to other Italian places in town. The garlic g'nots were my absolute favorite with fresh garlic and extra virgin olive oil. You will not be disappointed and the menu had a great deal of variety for a place you might think is only about the pizza. There is something for everyone. Go try it!!! read more

Great pizza, fun atmosphere, for a fast-casual restaurant. You order at a counter and staff brings your food to you. The lunch specials are dynamite. 2 huge slices and a soda for $5-7 depending on your toppings. Sauce is perfect, crust is excellent, toppings are great, though I often find myself sticking to cheese or pepperoni. Great for carry-out too. Finding good pizza in Parker can be a challenge. Let me rephrase: good pizza in Parker that is not a major chain or franchise. While I can't say I've visited every pizza joint in Parker, Colonna's certainly has to be the best I've visited so far. Colonna's has a nice casual atmosphere with plenty of seating. My favorite has to be their calzones, they don't go easy on the riccota cheese either! Good eatin' and a good value. read more

The manager appeared very nice except the pizza didn't turn out well at all. Hopefully over time the restaurant will improve since it's new; however, I would not want to go back after eating there. Now, I haven't actually eaten anything there yet, nor do I know if they have very good service...but what I can tell you is that their coupon system is a real "game changer". First and last time in. Started off with friendly service but quickly turned bad. Ordered 2 pizzas one of which was a kids size. Got the adult pizza then asked 3 times for our kids pizza, after trying to convince me I didn't pay for it, then showing my receipt we waited 30 min, only to have them rude and unapologetic about a 30 minute wait after we got our adult food... For a kids pizza. I guess they assumed my son didn't need to eat. Oh well lots of other places. Unfortunate. We had high hopes. Haven't even tried the pizza yet, but unless it's the best on earth.. We won't be back. Dont think they're equipped for a busy night or correcting their mistakes. read more

So nice to have a NEW restaurant in Parker!! We went in tonight and even though they were absolutely slammed, the staff handled the situation as best as they could. Seeing as they are a brand new place it is understandable that they have a few kinks to work out. I love having a 'mom and pop' place in town since there are so many chains. Our pizza was very good but we did have to wait because the place was so crowded. The staff was so personable and truly seemed to care about our experience. the Buffalo wings were Fabulous; the sauce was amazing. I feel like the prices are appropriate for Parker. Overall I think, yes there are definitely things to work on, but keep in mind that they are brand new and seem to be trying their hardest! they are still trying to find their feet and once they do I have a feeling they will be a wonderful addition to our community!
