Was contacted by management and they made it up to me. Have had good food and service ever since.

After posting my critical review last year the management immediately messaged me to apologize for our bad experience and offered to give us another try on the house. We declined but appreciated his message. This morning the management reached out again to invite us to give them a try again to celebrate their 1-year anniversary. Tonight my kids and I stopped in for dinner and had a much different experience than our first. We placed our order at 6 pm. By 6:05 my very fresh, very generously sized house salad arrived and by 6:15 the pizza arrived. Pros: Reasonably priced, very clean, great for kids, every staff member is very friendly, prompt service, ingredients are fresh and portion sizes are generous. Con: Although the pizza toppings are fresh and good, the pizza itself is not our favorite. We've lived in Parker for 9 years and have seen many restaurants come and go. I'm very happy for this restaurant that the management is really on top of customer satisfaction. Great comeback! read more

Specifically targeted to try because it was new in Parker and they serve a gluten free pizza for my son (he has celiacs). We ordered ahead for pick up. When I arrived, I thought I may have walked into a slapstick comedy. There were maybe three people in the place. One guy was obviously waiting for an order to go (becoming impatient). I paid for our order and were told it would be a little longer wait. The waiting customer gives me a "yeah right" look. I asked about the 2 liter soft drink that comes with the offer, the young lady doesn't think it's part of the offer. I show her the coupon. She calls in the back to someone else who yells something unintelligible. Two more people come in for a pick up. They look worried. An older guy comes out of the back. He has sauce and flour on his hands and apron. He looks at the coupon and says "Yes, it's good for the drink." I'm pointed to a small refrigerator to select my drink. The only thing left in the fridge is 3 bottles of Diet Sierra Mist. I'll pass. I sit down and watch for the next 20 minutes as the staff frantically run about building pizza boxes and apologising to everyone for the wait. The customer waiting finally gets his order to go. Our's comes out right after. I give the remaining customers a "yeah, right" look and bolt for the door. Add on top of that, an unmemorable pizza and a gluten free pizza that got a "thumbs down" from my boy, and I don't think we will return. read more

I've been here 2 or 3 times since it opened and I have to say its a great place! The first time my boyfriend and I went in there, the owner was very friendly and chatty with us. He is extremely personable and I think that transfers to the employees, thus they treat the customers well which equals GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! It starts at the top, people... Everything trickles down. The food is good, I have had a variety of the slices and all is tasty. They have honey for the crust when you're done with the pizza, a la Beau Jo's. I think it would be cute if they had a Colorado based honey company (those exist, right??) Everyone loves supporting local businesses and ingredients! I've also had the mozzarella sticks which are scary big. One order contains 4 sticks, but don't go thinking they're your typical fried cheese. They are GINORMOUS! Overall this place is tasty, its clean, its not full service, and its NEW. Keep that in mind while ordering and dealing with the staff. Albeit friendly, I've noticed it takes a long time for your food to come out. Even if its just slices. It's a fast casual set up, but the wait time is as long as a typical full service restaurant. read more

We wanted to check out this pizza place we keep driving by so we ordered a couple of to-go pizzas. Both of them were wrong.. hey had the ingredients that we asked NOT to be put on, and had different ingredients than we'd asked for, not much cheese and really no flavor. Parker really needs a pizza joint that you can sit and have a beer at and we are still empty in that category. read more

Pretty average pizza. Sauce is a little bland (I like a zesty sauce), crust is just ok and I got a random pineapple on my pizza which was a little weird as well but not a big deal. I'm from the NJ, NY area so I am pretty particular about pie. read more

I love this place! The food is amazing! Very consistent and delicious! I have been eating there for about 2 years now. Having spent a large amount of time in NY, I have to say, that's the closest I've ever had. The sandwiches are perfect, and I love that they will deliver! Keep it up! read more

The pizza here is OK. Was better on previous occasions, but the last 2 times not so much. The crust has gotten thicker & heavier, and the end of the crust doesn't rise. It's just a flattish lump of dough. This pizza isn't worth the tradeoff of the calories & carbs I'm taking in. read more

You cannot be serious! This is the worst pizza I've had since moving to Colorado from the NY area in 1999. It is most definitely not New York style. In fact it has no style at all - bland sauce, skimpy cheese, unremarkable (and too-thick) crust, mediocre sausage, you name it. Probably the best place in Parker for pizza though I cannot make a comment on the authenticity of their NY style pizza since I've never been to NY . Their huge slices are super delicious and the cheese is extra gooey and it's just a cheat day dream. I have literally dreamt about their pizza slices before #noshame!!! The lunch deal is really good, but otherwise they can be a little pricy. I've also had their Alfredo fettuccine which was a pretty small portion for how much it cost - but the homemade Alfredo sauce was the bees knees. Garlic knots are also good!!! Best pizza in town. No challenge. Prices are okay. Service is good, though we mostly get the pizza to go. They do NOT deliver. Any place that has an excuse why they do not deliver more than 80% of the time should no longer advertise delivery. Especially on the weekend, there is no excuse to not deliver on the weekend. Remove delivery from your service offerings and I will give you the four stars you otherwise deserve. read more

Parker isn't exactly the food capital of Denver. But for what Parker is, this is probably the best pizza that we've had. I suggest eating in so it stays crunchier. The staff is pretty friendly, but in winter, the door creates a wind tunnel so it is freezing in there. The toppings on the pizza are good and the cheese is also good. read more

Most of staff nice except the little guy pulling tickets and calling orders possibly manager he is aLways rude and high strung , kind of like a meatball sitting on the counter with no sauce for hours dry and crusty somebody needs a chill pill or a vacation! The "taste of Parker" would sell this restaurant short. Finally a classy yet hometown Brooklyn authentic Italian restaurant, with owner appreciation throughout. It's nice to see the owner of the business involved with the preparation, sell, and still be able to appreciate each individual customer with conversation and appreciation. We in Parker like to maintain that hometown yet have that quality, class, and distinction of excellence. This restaurant has nailed it. Pizza by the slice the way it is meant to be. Everything here is good. Please support one of the few authentic family run restaurants in Parker. In a town with tons of chain garbage this place is a haven of good old fashioned Italian comfort food. agustin and erica were absolutely great! showed up perfectly on time and knew what they were doing when it came to setting up. they were professional, communicative and friendly. we had to move our event inside since the weather wasn't cooperating, and even though they had already set up a little bit, they had a great attitude and worked quick and efficiently to move everything inside. my favorite part was when agustin walked me through the entire set up and showed me how to work everything and where/what everything was. the food was amazing, it went so fast, everybody loved it! and the servings were very big! the food was fresh and looked appealing and tasted even better! we had enough food brought for 180 people and they nailed it! i would recommend them for any catering event, big or small! everything was easy, from ordering, to paying, and even the set up. thank you all for making our event food effortless and tasty! we will be sure to use you in the future and come and enjoy some food in the restaurant! read more

Went here for the first time on a Thursday evening with friends, we waited 45 minutes for a personal pizza and a calzone, this seemed to be the theme of the night as many others were asking about their food. We later asked a cashier for a to-go box, had to ask them for a box again ten minutes later as they had forgotten about my request. If you have time to kill go here, otherwise go to MOD Pizza, or a place like Anthony's for a more efficient and pleasant experience. read more

Tried a couple other pizza places in the area. Love this place. The sauce is more sweet instead of spicy which goes great with with the meat and veggies I got. Recommend it, will be back to try the gluten free pie. Wish they were open until at least 10 during the week. read more

We visited this pizza place when they'd first opened, and were unimpressed. However...... We decided to try it again last night, and things have changed, for the better! The prices were great for the amount of food we received, the food was tasty, well-prepared and hot coming to the table. And the service was excellent - in fact I was very surprised that we had a bunch of servers and staff check in to how were were doing, the counter staff was friendly, and everyone seemed to enjoy working here. As for the the food, the Alfredo sauce was perfect, creamy without having overwhelming amounts of garlic. My husband and I had calzones, which were good as well. We left happy and satisfied! Colonna's pizzeria is amazing!! The owner is straight from NY and knows what the stomach wants!! Your bill can be higher than most other pizzerias, but it's totally worth it!! My husband and I always share the Colonna'd salad, tossed with balsamic, oil and vinegar, then the biggest pizza offered with pepperoni and fresh garlic! Yumm!! It's the ONLY pizza I will eat the next day and the day offer that! And the desserts? To die for. read more

Colonna's pizza is amazing! I have been going there see since they opened as have not been disapointed. Have seen and heard of a few kinks here and there while they have been in the opening process but they have handled everythig more than professionally and have great customer service. The chicken Parmesan and garlic knots are to die for, especially with the honey on the knots and pizza crust! All the pizzas are great and made hot a fresh! The meat stromboli is definitely mu favorite and i reccommend it to everyone. Marinara sauce tastes perfect, perfect blend of sweet and spice. Nice to actually have some true New York and Sicilian pizza around here!! By far one of the best restaurants in Parker. Authentic Italian and new York style food that keeps all the flavor with very reasonable pricing. Take your family for an inexpensive but great meal! Good place for families to eat and Bring their children, they even have a photo wall that kids can get there picture up on with the blues brothers or "big Pete" statues. No delivery, so ordered a pickup. Prices are higher at the register than on the menus (VERY SHADY). Ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings and it was more than their specialty pizzas with 7 toppings. When I asked why this was, this person gave me an asinine story about how there is less toppings on their "specialty pies" and that's why it cost more for a 4 topping pizza than a 7 topping pizza. Ridiculous!! If the pizza itself were good, I wouldn't have been so upset, but the pizza itself was just so so average, I felt like I paid $30 for a Domino's pizza. After searching online, discovered this place has not been in business since 1977 and there is no affiliation between this place and the Colonna's Pizzeria in La. No delivery, shady pricing (false advertising), misleading claims and so-so food made this place a fail for me. read more
