Save your money. I stopped by this salon for a simple manicure with regular nail polish, and somehow it still cost me $30. All she did was file and paint my nails -- something I could've easily done myself at home. The polish didn't even last two days. I got them done Tuesday evening and by Thursday the polish was already chipping badly. What really bothered me was the lack of actual service. No cuticle care, no lotion, no hand massage -- none of the basics you'd expect when paying $30 for a manicure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On top of that, the customer service was disappointing. They deserve recognition for their hard work. The biggest problem is the owner ( Helen) . I cannot say enough wonderful things about Quincy and Lili they are the reason I keep coming back! Quincy does my Gel-X manicures and she is absolutely incredible. She always takes her time to make sure my nails are shaped perfectly, and she somehow always knows which color will look the best on me. For pedicures, I've been going to Lili for over 10 years, and there's no one else I trust more. She is amazing at what she does not only does she give the most relaxing, beautiful pedicures, but her massages are incredible. She always makes me feel taken care of, and she has such a kind and calming presence that makes the entire experience so enjoyable. Both Quincy and Lili go above and beyond every time. The only person I will warn against and will have his own review is TONY. The only reason for the 3 stars is because of how unprofessional and disrespectful Tony is. I recently came in with my sister for manicures she only wanted a regular manicure, not gel. What Tony provided was not a manicure at all. He simply put acetone on her nails, quickly asked if she wanted them shortened, and that was it. There was no soaking, no cuticle care, no massage l the entire process took about five minutes. When I politely brought this up and asked if there could be a resolution, Tony became defensive and irate. He insisted he had never had a complaint in seven years, demanded to know the exact date of our visit, and claimed he gave her a massage (which he absolutely did not). I made it clear I wasn't looking to argue, just to address what happened, but instead of finding a solution, he continued to speak loudly and negatively about me for the rest of my time there which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Unfortunately, it wasn't just the lack of service and absolute inappropriate behavior by Tony. His behavior was rude and inappropriate, and it left me very disappointed. He even went as far as talking about me to customers. A woman would have never behaved that way. But he couldn't control his behavior. I still recommend this salon overall, but I not only would not book with Tony, but I called for him to be fired after his behavior yesterday the way he spoke to me and the way he continue to speak about me to patrons at the store. It was entirely unprofessional and inappropriate. And I will be following up. read more

Just left this salon after having the worst experience. The lady working on my toes completely butchered my nails, left them crooked, uneven and just horrible. She drilled my nail beds so hard on my big toes that I'm in pain. She left residue between my toes, under the nails too. She was on her phone texting while doing the service. THEY DO NOT sanitize the tools. I will be reporting them to the state board. They obviously don't want basic service customers. My 82-year-old mother and I have given this place several chances for pedicures but we're done. We wanted to like it because it's convenient and looks nice inside. But the last two times in particular the nail techs were incredibly pushy and seemed mad that we didn't want gel polish on our toenails and appeared to be punishing us by doing a rushed and sloppy job. This last time I just sat and waited while my mom got a pedicure because I wasn't due for one (it wasn't busy, there were plenty of open chairs.) Again, the nail tech kept trying to upsell while my mom politely declined repeatedly as she was trying to relax. And again, my mom got such poor service that she vowed never to return. The tech made a rude comment about her "dry skin," rushed the treatment so much that it hurt her--not relaxing or pleasant at all. Then the protective plastic foot bath cover came loose. The tech took it out with my mom's feet still in the water now touching the uncovered basin. We won't go back but perhaps they don't want us to. read more

My 18 year old daughter was just treated so poorly by this establishment, I am utterly appalled. She broke her acrylic nail at work and went in to have the full set soaked off and removed. Bear in mind this is not our usual place to get nails done; but it was close to her place of work. Firstly the staff were rude to her, dismissive and treated her very differently from the regular customers paying for higher priced treatments. The man who did her nails was incredibly rough, stabbing under her nail bed and ripping one of her cuticles. They left acrylic residues all over her hands and when she asked them to help remove it they told her "just go wash your hands" which did not work at all. The residue is still on her hands and if you know about acrylic processes this is very toxic and will dry out your skin and make it peel. All of this and they charged $25!! We have been getting acrylic nails for a long time and there are more gentle and professional ways to remove the nails not to mention a polite way to treat your customers no matter their age or what they are coming in for. If I could give them one less star I would. Avoid at all costs. read more

Got my pedicure and manicure today here. Mani was perfect the guy did a great job. On the other hand they were using a dirty brush to scrub my toes with buildup all around the bottom. Insanely unprofessional to not have properly sanitized tools to use. Didn't even see the buildup until she proceeded to wash the brush in the water my feet were in. My pedi also looks horrible.
