I got my lashes done 2 days ago. When I walked out the nail shop my eyes were still burning. The glue she use is very strong. My eyes hurt so bad. It feel like they are being scratched. Idk if it's the glue or she put the lashes down to far. Would not recommend coming here for individuals. read more

I will not be returning I've been there 4times and i liked how they did brows! The lady used to do nice eyebrows until today she messed me up and I'm going outta town!! I've been going to my lash lady for years not her, so today she asked did i get my lashes done i said yes, so she told me to lay down and to get my brows done and pulled on my lashes i guess to see if they were individuals! The owners of this salon I believe is a couple. They are rude and don't conduct business in a professional way. I called to go for the 1st time I asked how much it was to take off gel nail polish and they said, $5. When I showed up it was empty. They didn't have any customers. She said, no this is dip gel I charge you $10. I didn't like it but I was already there. She was nice although her two kids kept whining, screaming, calling for attention. The baby boy even hit her and that's when she called over a man to finish my nails. He asked me, why I didn't get my nails done there before and why don't I get them done there now. Very persistent and annoying. 2nd time I went it was empty they didn't have any customers and I went for the same service . To take off gel polish. I told him this is just gel polish not dip gel. I reminded him last time they told it was $5 for gel polish. He was bothered that he was yelling to the women across the room in their asian language. He turns to me, who told you that?!?!?! I said, her (pointing at the women). Then he tells me ok $7. So I stayed. He insisted I get my nails redone. I kept saying no. So then he got annoyed. He didn't even soak my nails like the 1st time he madly scraped off the gel polish with the nail drill and then he was done. I asked, if he could shape them like last time he said, no!! you no get no manicure here!!!!! I could tell he was frastruated by the tone of his voice. I left with scraped nails. Very unhappy with this service. So unprofessional. I recommend diamond nails that's where I regularly go to have my nails done and it's worth the drive. It's just kinda far from me. ATTENTION LADIES!!! Lash extension review. I am personally not the one who had originally got the set of lash extensions. I was her previous lash artist. So my friend had been getting lashes here for a very little time. There are different techniques and types of lash extensions. For example individual classic lashes which are very safe if applied correctly however the women who owns this salon did CLUSTER lashes which are horrible. It's like using the strong adhesive and glueing and strip of lashes to your lid. Which is horrible ! The "set" of lashes that were put on her hurt immediately burned, discomfort and all the above. Luckily she messaged me and I immediately had her come over to have her lashes removed I will post pictures of the lashes. It took me 2 and a half hours to remove the lashes. She was in pain and tears her lashes cause swelling and puss. I'm very disappointed in this salon and refuse to hold back my anger. I never want anyone to ever get lashes done here ever again! I just got off of work at 6pm, I wanted a color change. There was one lady doing a customers pedicure and then she went to the back to get another worker I'm guessing her husband. He seemed to be upset because she woke him up. So he sits down and tells me to go to the place that originally did my nails. I proceeded to tell him, by the time I get there it will be closed. I choose the color that was on my nails, he said they didn't have it, so I choose another color, he said they didn't have that either. So I asked him if did he want to do my nails, he said no. Came in for a fill and pedicure and was told it would be a 45 min wait as they were already doing 2 pedicures and only the husband and wife work there. I sat and wait for 30 mins then an older white couple came in for pedicures. The husband decided to service them first. I'm never returning. read more
