Since my first visit to QT Nails in October 2024, I have consistently returned every two weeks to have my nails done by Yvonne. She has earned my trust through her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to consistently achieve the exact look I prefer. Because my nails grow quickly, regular maintenance is important, and Yvonne has always provided exceptional service. She is also the only nail technician I trust with my pedicures. After a previous technician damaged my toenails and caused painful ingrown toenails, I became very cautious about who I allowed to perform nail services. I was really disappointed with my experience here. I selected the $55 pedicure and didn't notice in the smaller print that gel polish was an additional $15. Had that been clearer, I would have chosen the $40 spa package with the $15 gel upgrade for a $55 total instead. I also had to ask for the chair massager to be turned on, and the remote didn't work. The massage was uncomfortable, so I asked her to turn it off. Unfortunately, the roller was left positioned/engaged in my back, so I then sat through the rest of the pedicure with it pressing into me. The pedicure itself was uncomfortable as well. The massage on my lower legs and shins used far too much pressure and was actually painful rather than relaxing. I chose a classic pink-and-white French pedicure, and the finished result was the biggest disappointment. The white tips were not aligned or consistent from nail to nail, so they don't match and look poorly finished. Needless to say, I now have to get them all redone before my son's wedding, which is incredibly frustrating after paying $70 for a pedicure. Unfortunately, this was neither the relaxing experience nor the quality I expected, and I would not return. read more

I went to Q T Nail and had my nails done by Kelly she was great! Very skilled, friendly, and took her time to make sure everything looked nice. The salon itself is clean and has a nice atmosphere. That said, I paid $75, which felt a bit pricey compared to similar services in San Jose, California. Overall, good service and a pleasant experience, just on the higher end price wise. read more

I had poor service for my pedicure even it was select as ultimate pedicure I felt the I got regular pedicure. Massage was short towel was cold not hot. So unsatisfied I was not going to tip . I recently visited QT Nails, I popped in a couple of hours before closing on a Monday, and I was fortunate enough to have Kelly as my technician. She was exceptional in removing all my dry cuticles--her attention to detail was impressive! She was patient and didn't rush me at all, making me feel valued as a client. I was able to get deluxe pedi and that was amazing but I also planned for a gel manicure, but due to an unexpected change at home with my baby, I had to cut my visit short and stick with just a clear polish. Kelly was incredibly understanding and reassured me that I could always come back another time. As a new mom, this kind of empathy was such a relief. I went in for a gel manicure that was not cured properly, but didn't notice until later that night. The polish lifted and appeared to have air bubbles. The next day, the polish began to peel off in layers. I went in to get them fixed and told the lady at the front what happened. She had a different technician fix my nails and then charged me $15 for fixing their error. I was also charged an additional $2 for using a card. I will never go back nor recommend this place. The technicians were very pleasant, too bad their policies suck. read more

Sadly after going to this salon for months every 2 weeks & being super loyal to them, every time I would go in I was completely disregarded... I would have an appointment but that never mattered, I was still waiting at least 20 to 30 minutes before getting seated.. I'm super friendly & understanding so I try really hard to always give the benefit of the doubt but the last 2 times I tried going it happened & I couldn't even get my nails done because I had to leave.. I have a baby boy at home & just couldn't continue to wait & wait, wasting my time. It is a bummer since they do great work, but it's not cool to be treated so poorly after being the best customer I can be for them. The absolute worst experience ever! Unable to communicate with nail tech at all. Dip color was removed wrong. Nails were damaged by excessive and abrasive filing. Was asked to soak hands in water prior to applying gel color, which is also wrong. Expressed my concern to owner that instead of correcting the situation, gave an attitude and justified the poor job done. I stopped nail tech after cutting my cuticles and ended service due to such a poor experience. I was charged full price as service was completed. I do NOT recommend this nail salon at all. After coming to QT for years I am sad to say I have to find a new nail salon. I had my nails done in October, they were not properly cured and the polish peeled off that same evening. I went back to have it fixed and while the polish appeared to be cured, the paint job looks like it had been done by a 5 year old, and the polish began to chip two days later. I went back AGAIN to request a refund. I was denied and asked to sit and wait so my nails could be polished. I kindly stated I didn't want to sit for another hour for the third time this week to have them fixed. I just wanted a refund and to move on. I was again denied a refund and told that the next time I came into the shop they would take care of me. Fast forward to today, I went back to the shop, they promised to take care of me when I walked in . And I was still charged full price for my nails.. that is not how you keep a loyal customer.. Ok. Overall the service was great and they left my toes looking nice and clean. The only reason why I took off a star is because when it came to removing my calluses the lady took out this callus grater remover and I jumped to say no big time because it's irresponsible for this place to use it. They can cause infections big time and they shouldn't be using it at all. Also what the HECK!!! This is after less than 20 minutes after I got my nails done. I called and their excuse is that this happened because I didn't get gel. If that were the case the other nails on my left hand would be the same.
