Went in to E Nails after reading other reviews. I am so glad we did! Tommy did a set of acrylics for my daughter and I had a gel manicure that Long did for me. We came back! I called to make sure they had availability for me to walk in, and they sat me right away! All staff were very kind and hospitable. I had been assuring the nail stylist that it all looked good, but not sure if it was just bad lighting because after leaving I noticed a ton of bubbles in the Polish from dust or debris, and I hate the extreme curve of the nails. I've been going to this nail salon for the past 3 years never had an issue when Bao was my nail tech and he was beyond amazing! I finally went back on 06/12/23 and when i called ahead to make the appointment the owner told me that Bao no longer working there which made me very disappointed because he was the best! When i came in it was extremely dead which that's not common and the owner was doing my nails which didn't matter since four of their best workers quit so I understand why they don't get busy no more. I asked for a simple smiley face design with stiletto shaped nails he first priced me at $80, and I was cool with it. He did such a half a** job! Majority of my nails aren't the same size nor the same length, all the smiley faces are messed up, like you have NO customers in the store but you rush on my nails? A customer who has been loyal for 3 years! Wow! If Bao was there he would've took his time, cleaned my cuticles, oiled them down, just made sure that everything was picture perfect! The owner was done with my nails less than an hour and my appointment was at 12:00pm, left around 1:00pm.... When it came time to pay he charged me $85 and I still tipped because I'm not rude, but after coming back this will be my last time. This is the worst service I have experienced from here. read more

Where do I begin,! I asked for a simple neon pink ombré that turned into an ugly wanna be French tip. First, the establishment was hot , no fans were on, and they did not wipe down anything after the use of each chair or equipment. Everything was rushed, I mean everything. My poor mother was anxious as they rushed her nails and I felt awful as this was an early Valentines Day present. The girl that did my nails misunderstood everything I said. I would not recommend this place, and will not return. I was even watching Netflix on my phone and she went and got a stand so I could see my phone better.
