They started us off with complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa was really good! The waiter was very attentive and took our orders promptly. Food came out rather quickly. I ordered the cheese enchilada which came with rice and beans. The enchilada needed more sauce as it was dry and too cheesy. More sauce would fix that. The beans and rice were ok. I wasn't expecting the most amazing Mexican food being from Texas but this was alright. My husband's burrito looks really good and he very much enjoyed it. Prices are very reasonable. All the buildings in Fairplay are historical so it's super neat to dine at some of these places. We all very much enjoyed our meals and would return.

The breakfast burrito was huge and just as delicious. The family that run this truck is so nice and the food prepared quickly.
