Their Old Fashioned is incredible. With only a rinse of simple syrup, the flavors of the whiskey and bitters really come through. Very dry, this is not a sweet drink as found in some bars. The Manhattan is similarly classic. Ice gets special attention here. When not in a rough hewn cube, it is crushed with a wooden mallet in an ice bag. The bartenders are outstanding, amazingly fast considering how complicated it is to make some of the drinks. I like that they speak in loud voices and can be easily heard oven the din.

The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that.
