In terms of service, there's two kiosk for self-ordering and about 4-5 baristas working behind the scenes. They basically have an assembly line going on, with a person responsible for each station, brewing the tea, prepping the cups, shaking the drinks, sealing, and calling out the orders. Pretty efficient tbh! On a Sunday afternoon, there were a ton of people there so it did take about 10 minutes to get my drink, but it was so worth the wait! The interior remind me of Starbucks reserve meets ChiCha San Chen. The tea they use is displayed in clear containers and you're able to see that each tea is brewed to order. However I was honestly quite disappointed with the drinks (considering it was on the more pricey side and the wait). Personally for both drinks, I tasted a hint of floral and tea but it was more milky than anything. The one pro was that the boba was flavored very well and had perfect texture.
