It looks like it is a chain that has over 300 hundred locations, but they have really mastered the art of making tea. I ordered a chai tea, whole milk, full sugar. Each cup of tea looks like it is brewed separately, so it does take a little time. You can see your tea being and even steam coming out at one point, but this seems to do a great job of seeping it. You can order on your phone in advance or at screen when you at the front. You will enter your number, then you will get a message when it is ready. The servers are very friendly, but busy. Saw lots of people coming in and out with boba while we were strolling on over to Glossier, so I decided to "come buy" on our way back and I'm SO happy we did. They basically have an assembly line going on, with a person responsible for each station, brewing the tea, prepping the cups, shaking the drinks, sealing, and calling out the orders. One of the employees monitoring the kiosk was also handing out menus to those in line so that by the time it's your turn, you'll know what to order. The interior remind me of Starbucks reserve meets ChiCha San Chen. The tea they use is displayed in clear containers and you're able to see that each tea is brewed to order.
