The unit is amazing, and the level of service they provided was exceptional. The team was professional, gave us a great price, and also serviced our other AC while they were here. We knew it was about time to replace the upstairs unit too, but the timing just wasn't right. Fast forward to yesterday: the upstairs AC stopped blowing cold. I spent a rough night trying to sleep in the desert heat. This morning I called Air Mighty, and once again they took great care of my family. Michael came out and was extremely helpful. He was upfront about the service and everything he was doing. He confirmed what I already knew, it's time to replace the unit, but he got it working so it will hopefully get us through the next few months. The upstairs AC is now blowing colder than it has in months. I plan on replacing the unit in a few months and would not consider calling any company other than Air Mighty Air Conditioning. Kirk was FANTASTIC! Our unit is 20 years old, we have never really had regular maintenance on it. He showed up super early (they asked if that was okay, and YES thank you). Before he arrived they sent a text with his name and photo. I absolutely love this! That extra safety is so important. Kirk looked at our unit and asked some questions. He explained all they do with the "family plan" so we signed up. I am one of those that needs to be reminded of scheduled upkeep so this is perfect. He gave us the estimate before he started and I asked for a very rough estimate of a new unit (having no idea) so we decided to go with repair and hope for the best. The repair wasn't cheap but considering all the work that needed to be done as well as it being an older unit, I feel it was a very fair price. I think we did have the best with Kirk. He was able to repair our unit and give it some much needed TLC for our AC unit and furnace. He even installed our pre-purchased thermostat! Kirk was polite and considerate. He took time to answer all of our questions and ensured us that we could reach out with any questions, I believe him. Service people can often be rushed, there is a lot of work out there, but not Kirk. He didn't waste time either, I felt like he was in and out in no time at all. By the time he left we understood all that was done and what we need to do to get some additional service from our current unit. I could not be happier with the call I made this morning. Someone was scheduled to come out two days later. However, at the end of the call I was informed that Veteran Air was no longer in business and had been acquired by Dial One. I thought it was a bit odd that they waited to long to tell me considering I told them I was referred by a prior customer. I was told I would have a quote by end of day and they would follow up with me to go over the quote and answer questions. Five days later, I haven't heard a word. Weird way to conduct business.
