Cheap tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Definitely one use only. Soap is the cheapest packaged sliver they can find. We were told the pool was 80-84. It was not. I've been swimming since I was born and I'm 60 ... I know when a pool is 80 or above. Checked with the front desk. The clerk totally ignored me and kept chatting to her coworker even though I was 5" away. She did not smile once. She checked and said the thermostat said it was 81. I told her the thermostat was wrong and to go feel it. She repeated herself. The only reason we decided to stay here was because they told us the pool was 80-84°. Beds are super soft. Be careful if that bothers you. My daughter described them as "wretched". The cookies are nice. And the lobby smells like cookies which is a pleasant touch. I don't know why I thought hotels all had usb ports by the beds now. They don't. There are two by the desk though. Shower water pressure is dismal. They advertise riverfront all over the place but the river is like a half mile away... and there certainly isn't any view of it. read more

We went to this hotel due to the spa being indoors. My wife is disabled and was looking forward to the spa. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the spa was down and were waiting on parts. When you include amenities that do not work, you're being disingenuous and dishonest with what your hotel provides. Room 220 bed was hard as a rock with the top part cut off from the bed. The bed is so worn out and hard that Comfort Suites is a contradiction at this point. I will never stay at a Comfort Suite or any choice hotel from here on out. This particular comfort suites is amazing. The staff is incredible and always greets you with a smile. This is our choice hotel when staying Wenatchee. The breakfast selection is always fresh. They even have a scramble station M-F and the lady who tends to that is so sweet and friendly! They do biscuits and gravy on the weekend as well. The gentlemen in the kitchen is always polite and sociable. He maintains a clean, sanitary and fresh environment and you can tell that he takes pride in his job. You can tell that the managers of this hotel have a high standard of service and cleanliness. We travel a lot, and this has been our best hotel experience by far. The rooms are always clean, sanitary and stocked with all the amenities needed. The price and service is among the best! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Wenatchee. read more

Mother's Day Weekend ruined by Comfort Suites Inn On Thursday, May 8, 2025 around 7 pm I booked a hotel reservation through Expedia to stay at the Comfort Suites Inn in Wenatchee to check-in on Friday, May 9, 2025 and to check-out on May 11, 2025. The reservation was for 3 people myself, my friend, and my 4 year-old grandson. We had planned to spend the day in Leavenworth, but did not get the opportunity to even go to Leavenworth the entire weekend. When I booked this room, I reserved the room under my STCU account. The morning of check-in, I received a call from Comfort Suites Inn around 9 am confirming my reservation. After speaking with the front desk guest services, I called back a few minutes later, asking for a late arrival. I was told that a late arrive was acceptable. I checked into the hotel around 7:30 pm on May 10, 2025. I checked in the hotel with my Numerica bank card which was not the card I had reserved my reservation with through Expedia. The next morning around 7 am while we were sleeping, there was a loud knock on our door. As I was getting up to answer the door, someone used a key card to start opening our door. Realizing the door was opening and my grandson was in the room, I darted from the bed to the door to try to prevent whoever was entering from continuing any further. Once I reached the door and announced that this room is occupied, Laura announced that she was a staff member of the hotel and told that I had not checked-in the night before and she was just confirming that the room was empty. After realizing I had checked-in and the room was occupied, she left not apologizing was for the error or for waking up everyone up in my room. Once Laura had left, I checked my bank accounts. Comfort Inn Suites had submitted charges to both my bank accounts. STCU and Numerica accounts showed pending charges from the hotel. This means that Comfort Suites Inn was holding funds at both my banks which meant that I could not have access to those fund until my bank released the funds for 7 to 10 business days later or until Comfort Suites Inn contacted my bank to let them know that they submitted the charges that were pending in my account in error and ask them to release the money. Reminding you that Comfort Suites Inn did not have authorization to charge my STCU account. Upon further in review of my account, I noticed that on May 8, 2025 that Expedia and Comfort Suites Inn both sent a pending charge through on my STCU account. My Numerica bank account was charged at check-in. Pending charges were submitted to my STCU account around midnight from Comfort Suites Inn on May 9, 2025. Comfort Suites Inn submitted pending charges to both my bank accounts which meant that the funds were not available for me to use. Also, I chose to check in with my Numerica bank account because I did not have enough money on my STCU account to cover my stay with them. So, when Comfort Suites Inn submitted the pending charges through to my STCU account it overdraw my account and charged me an NSF. While the bank held my money, which was finally released the following Friday, May 16, 2025, I was charged overdraft fees on transactions for automatic payments that were due to come out that week. Remember Comfort Suites Inn did not have authorization to charge my STCU account. I went to the front desk to address my frustration for someone knocking at my door and waking up everyone in my room. I showed the front my bank accounts so they could see that both bank accounts were charged for my hotel stay with them. I was told that I had to wait for the manager to come in at 9 am. So, I ate breakfast which was good by the way. When I was done with breakfast, I went to the front desk to address my concerns with the manager. The manager's name was Anna, I showed her both bank accounts and the pending charges from Comfort Suites Inn. Her immediate response was that the hotel did not submit the charges to my bank and that I needed to contact my bank to address the pending charges with them because the hotel is not at fault. My bank does not hold funds without being asked to by a business. I also made it clear to the manager that by them submitting charges to both banks that they prevented me from being able to enjoy my weekend getaway with my grandson and my friend. The manager stated that she would reach out to the owner Steven Tramp to see what he would be willing to do. While, I was waiting for an answer, I took my grandson swimming in the pool. During our swim another child throw up in the pool. I notified the front desk immediately. It took them over 20 minutes to address the issue and get everyone out of the pool. so, other guest were swimming in puke. Since my swimming with my grandson was cut short because someone throw up in the pool, I called Expedia. I addressed my concerns with them about my account at STCU being charged by them and by Comfort Suites Inn. The Expedia customer service representative questioned read more

We use to live in Wenatchee but had moved out of town, recently. We came back to visit friends and family. Because my drivers license still had our Wenatchee address, they had us fill out a "local form" without really understanding what that was. We were told to sign it again when we checked out at the end of the stay. Something about the "excess guests" was mentioned. (BTW, I should have just left like a normal person during checkout process). Because we were compliant, when leaving, we went to the desk to sign what they requested (without realizing why). The front desk lady then said she needed to check our room before we left, hence, I am a 50-yr old woman who had three kids with me. It was embarrassing and I felt like a criminal. She then proceeded to check our room and called back down to the front desk to clear us so we could leave. I had planned to leave a great review because it was clean and what we needed for our stay, but, that move was not a professional experience. The criminal profile because we had a local address on a drivers license was completely unnecessary, especially since they didn't explain why or make it relatable. A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price. The staff are extremely friendly as you come in and they check you in. The rooms are clean. Nice abundance of pillows and a large room with micro and fridge. The shower has great heat and water pressure. In the morning is a nice hot breakfast. Evenings they have chips and salsa. When you check in grab a nice, soft, yummy cookie on your way to your room. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here for our next visit. read more

If no stars was an option I would have selected that! My brother passed away and I have a service dog or ESA animal and according to my letter from ESA that my dog is allowed in Hotels! I pre booked at the comfort inn for-my brothers service and also booked and paid for my daughter and her family! But when I got to the hotel the gal at the front desk would not honor my dog, I explained my situation and that my dog was old and had a brain tumor so I couldn't leave him anywhere, he's just a little pug, but she refused and was rude about it! I asked for a refund of over $600 but I was refused that too! I ended up staying at the Sleep Inn and they honored my dog staying with me and also paid for my family to also stay there as I wouldn't allow them to stay at the other place as I was treated wrongly! So unfortunately I ended up paying a little over $1200 for my 2 day stay for my brothers service! I'm still so very sad to this day that there are so many people that don't have any compassion and don't abide by the written policy that I paid for! I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone, very rude people there!! But the Sleep inn just down from them is a newer Hotel and the staff are awesome and I give them a 10 out of 10 rating!! Perfect, clean, easy stay! All you could ask for in a standard hotel stay. Immediately apparent is the attentive & friendly staff, everywhere. Upon check in, managing rowdy kids in the pool, helping at the snack shop, & at morning breakfast. There's plenty of staff helping at all times, & everyone is friendly & helpful. The rooms are good. Nice king size bed, good size closet, nice bathroom, & desk space. Fridge, microwave, & keurig provided so that's a big plus. The pull out couch is good for our young kids, but take note it does block the king bed from the bathroom so it's a bit of a hurdle to move around when the bed is down. Breakfast here is *actually* a HOT breakfast. Potatoes, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles..you've got cereals, pastries & bagels & toast, yogurt, fruit, juice & milk & coffee. It was busy, but manageable on a Saturday morning..and again, attentive staff were all around trying to keep things organized & restock foods as needed. The pool is small, but there's a hot tub. It gets the job done if your kids want a swim, & they stock the shelf with plenty of fresh pool towels. Cookies at check in are always such a nice touch, so we appreciate that. Plus infused water! Overall you can't go wrong here. Rates were very reasonable, and it's exactly 27 minutes from Leavenworth. You'll save lots staying here in Wenatchee & the comparable hotel we found in Leavenworth wasn't nearly as nice with all these amenities & it was double the price. read more

Excellent hotel to stay at with my family and they really set the standard for how every hotel should operate! I did my research and researched for a good hotel to stay at while our family went to visit the town of Leavenworth for the holidays. We always like to stay in Wenatchee and have stayed at several other hotels but decide to give this one a try, based on past reviews, which I'm absolutely glad that we did! Everything here made it a great visit (especially the staff)! The rooms were very ample and very comfortable. The beds were absolutely comfortable and all of the facilities were impeccably clean. I had read reviews of other hotels that had bed bugs and other odd complaints (but none of that existed here). After a great night of rest we woke up and had personal scrambled eggs made for us plus a great selection of continental breakfast foods. And after spending the day in Leavenworth we came back to our room being clean and the staff was always available and provided us with extra blankets and pillows. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at, with all the amenities offered for such a great price! If you plan on staying at a hotel in Wenatchee or plan on a visit to Leavenworth I cannot more highly recommend a hotel to stay at (with a fair rate to boot)! read more

I'm not normally compelled to write a hotel review...but we were absolutely pleased with our stay here. We booked a weekend stay here to attend a concert at the Gorge Amphitheater. We were traveling with two babies, so we were searching for a clean hotel with a larger room in the area and we were not disappointed at all. From the time I walked in the door to check in, every single staff member was so pleasant and helpful. I wish I got the name of the girl who checked us in on 7/27/19 in the afternoon. She was so sweet and made sure that our two cribs were set up in the room before we got up there. Even every housekeeping staff that we came across was so nice and pleasant. Either, they train their staff really well, or people in Wenatchee are just nice. Our room was perfectly clean...this was really important to us since we have one toddler and one baby. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable so we rested very well. We got a 2 queen suite, which had a little divider with a pull out sofa. We hired someone from care.com to watch our babies while we attended the concert, so it was nice to have a "separate" space for the nanny. We were also surprised that they not only have breakfast in the morning, but the have food in the afternoons. There's chips/salsa, soup (clam chowder one day and minestrone on the next day), chili and juice and drinks. Great when you have the munchies! The rooms also have a fridge (we needed this for our baby food/milk) and a small microwave. It took us more or less about an hour to get the the Gorge. If we ever return to the area, we would not hesitate to book another stay in this hotel. read more

One of the best stays I have ever had. Staff was super friendly and courteous, and the cleaning staff kept leaving me cute notes on the notepad in my room thanking me for my stay and asking if I needed anything. When I asked for extra coffee, they made it happen... which is a big plus for me. Plenty of wall outlets and lamp outlets for charging everything a business travelers needs, and extremely comfy beds. We came to Leavenworth to see the tree lighting ceremony and Christmas!!! So we booked rooms here at the comfort inn and suites. They rooms were exceptionally clean since we booked two. As we checked in the staff were very polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend any to stay here because of the care of the staff and nice clean rooms. We also went and sat In the hot tub and again very clean and didn't smell like chlorine like most places. They were also decorated for Christmas which was also nice. Very pleased with our stay here and I stay in a lot of very high end hotels because I travel for work so I didn't know how it would be until we walked in and it was very welcoming and nice. We take a family trip to Wenatchee at least once a year. We either come for the apple blossom festival in the spring or to visit Leavenworth in the winter and stay in Wenatchee. We have stayed at 3-4 hotels in town and never been completely blown away with them. This hotel is great! It's not cheap, but it is soooo clean, well kept and every staff person we have crossed paths with has been so friendly. everyone is more than willing to help. ROOM: five stars. We stayed in a double queen room and it also has a sitting area which is a perk with kids. The beds and linens were crisp and clean, and actually super cozy. My husband is a pillow snob and really liked their pillows. Plenty of room and absolutely comfy. I know that there is also a youth hockey team staying here and normal guests as well and we didn't hear anything all night. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks on each floor and my only gripe is that I went downstairs to buy water at the checkin, and at $2 a bottle I was kind of annoyed but not upset. Once we visited the vending machines- the same water was .50 cents cheaper per bottle so i could have saved $1 by not leaving our floor. ‍ POOL: four and a half stars here. Cons: the indoor pool is smaller than what I would love. But all the pros completely makeup for that. Pros: the pool is pretty warm, it's super clean, the room Itself is warm but not stuffy and the hot tub was family friendly as far as it not being scorching hot. Like a nice, warmer warm bath. Towels are in the pool area, and they're nice and fluffy and in good shape instead of being cruddy thin and worn out towels like many of the other hotels we have stayed at. FOOD: five stars for sure. Their complimentary breakfast is seriously worth every penny. The hotel may cost a bit more than other more cheap hotels but the fact that if you don't care to venture out for meals, you could absolutely get by here with their complimentary food. Breakfast is like a full buffet with tons of options. Waffles, baby waffles, muffins, danishes, toast, bagels, yogurt (Greek and normal) hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, milk, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal and a person who is cooking up omelets by request. seriously, fabulous. We found out at checkin that during certain hours they have sooo, chili and chips and salsa complimentary as well. And cookies. So at minimum for a stay-cation, this is a great place. Overall- peek at the vending machines before shopping their little snack/drink shop. Otherwise, you should absolutely stay here! UPDATED TO ADD: our daughter managed to make the bed before we left over her very loved stuffed animal. Second time staying here was much different than the first. Arrived at 10pm at night to find out they cancelled my reservation. My reservation was made my by work travel coordinator and reserved with a credit card. The front desk clerk told me the reservation had been cancelled online by the person making it (later confirmed not true by my travel agent). Then when questioned said it was cancelled because the work credit card didnt go through (turns out this was true as it was used fraudulently and a new one was issued between the time room was reserved and when I arrived). I asked why on earth they wouldnt call me and they said they called my office number (obviously not going to be there on a Sunday evening while driving to Wenatchee). Why would they not call cell phone on file? ANYWAY, they say they are able to get me in to a room as originally booked but it will be 30 more than the rate I was originally quoted (what!). I said no thanks and they then said they would speak to a manager and ended up giving my company the same rate. Fast forward to two days later when I wake up to find a bill under my door one day early before my scheduled departure. I call front desk and they say hotel is sold out and I only booked for two days. I hurriedly pack up (as I am supposed to be at a meeting) and go down to the front desk to show them my original confirmation which showed the entire 3 day stay. They apologized but said they were full. I finished packing up and as I was leaving out the door the front desk called and said someone cancelled and I could stay. What a big hassle. The work out room has one treadmill which was in use almost every evening so I had to stand around waiting. Then when I did use it - the buttons were malfunctioning and hard to use. The tv in the room is positioned in a way you cant even see it without craning your neck. It needs to be re positioned. The stay wasnt so great this time. read more

We found the many reviews of this hotel to be more or less accurate: the staff was very friendly, the space adequate, and we found this to be one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in a long time. The rooms were spotless and looked updated. Rooms had ample lighting. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was about what you would expect, perhaps a little above average. We were worried the location would be too far from downtown Wenatchee, but it was not far, and it was nice to be in a spot that was a little less congested. Easy highway access, gas stations nearby, ample parking, etc. We stayed with 2 small children and used this as a basecamp for mission ridge skiing. We would highly recommend this hotel for this purpose. read more

Comfort Suites is bar far the best chain in the choice line! I am a Diamond Choice Hotel member (meaning I spend more than 50 nights at Choice Hotels a year) and have a wide variety of experiences at choice hotels. This hotel definetly supeceeded my expecations. My family and myself stayed here a few weeks ago because all of the hotels in Leavenworth were booked. For starters, when you check in they have cookies ready and acknowledge you as a choice diamond member. The hotel is very modern and clean and looks nicer than a 3 star hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are updated and clean. The breakfast is about the best hot breakfast you will have at a 3 star hotel. There are an assortment of pastries and breads, juice choices, omlet bar, etc. If your destination is Leavenworth, this is a great alternative to not staying in town if you dont mind a 20-30 minute drive. We stayed here for 2 days in the winter and drove to Leavenworth 1-2 times daily for festivities without incident. I would give this hotel 5 stars, however their fitness center is lacking in equipment and amenities. read more

The free "manager's dinner" is more of a later snack (think soup, chili, chips and salsa, etc) but was very good considering it was free. The rooms are large and spacious and on one occasion I really appreciated the pull-out bed when bringing my kids on a business trip. My coworkers said the manager was rude/pretentious, but all of the dealings I have had at the front desk were great. I have never stayed at a hotel that is affordable with 5 star service before. They have delicious cookies greeting customers at the check in desk. They offer breakfast for guests in the morning. They even have grab to go bags for those who didn't have time for breakfast. Plus they have soup and fruits around dinner time just in case you didn't want to go out for dinner. The staffs are always smiling and wishing you a great day.. it's like everything is so perfect here.. this is what customer service should be like everywhere!! My family and I stayed here for two nights and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! When we arrived, the front desk woman was very nice and welcoming and we were even given a requested top floor room at the last minute. The room was very nice and clean. No complaints at all. The free breakfast in the morning is always appreciated and they had a few employees there helping out and keeping everything stocked. They even come around and take your trash/empty plates. The hotel also has chili, soup and chips/salsa in the lobby every evening. That's a first I've seen. We liked our first nights stay there so much we decided to stay another day. There is so much to do and see in that area. Lake Chelan, Leavenworth, Confluence State Park, etc. Thanks for the great stay! I absolutely love staying in this hotel. I am here every month for 4 days. Would not stay anywhere else. The only issue I have ever had and have every time is the temperature of the hot tub... it is NOT at all hot... I have brought this issue up to the front desk multiple times and am always told that it it at state regulations. If the 15 other hotels in the state are to use as experience, the temp gauge is off by 5-10 degrees!!!! Please please fix this already!!!! read more

We recently completed a 4 night stay and can easily say this place was wonderful. Everyone on the staff that we came across were very courteous, helpful and filled us with information on the local area when asked. The room was very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was substantial enough and the afternoon manager's reception snacks were wonderful. The location was very central to our area travel plans and made getting around very easy. Within easy walking distance to the state park and short driving distance to some very nice restaurants. The only negative of our trip was the weather (too hot), but that isn't something they can control.... Would not hesitate to stay there again. read more

We've stayed here a couple times. We like to stay in Wenatchee when we go to Leavenworth to see the Christmas tree ceremony. This hotel is priced great, the employees are wonderful, and we love the free breakfast! We stayed for 3 nights and after the first day the woman at the front desk knew our names and recognized us when we came in and out. Everyone was polite and would always tell us to have a nice day and welcome us back. They offered us travel advice and told us about events in the area. The room was clean and stocked! Others have covered many of the details I would go over here, so I will keep this on the short side; Pros: -Extremely friendly and professional staff -Clean rooms, hallways and pool area- cleaning crew always working hard -Complimentary food, twice a day (though, mostly carbs/sugar, as one would expect) -Nice room layouts -Easy location to find, and get to and from Cons: -Many rooms are facing a hill that large diesel trucks stagger up at 4:30 every morning (there was not a single night that I was able to sleep through or past this ordeal). From the third floor, there's not much that even a sound barrier could accomplish, so, other than thicker windows, I have no idea how the hotel would rectify this. -(minor complaint) The all-purpose weight machine in the gym is rickety and barely functional. Wow. What a gem! I have previously stayed at the Springhill Suites, but really like the Comfort Suites better. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is awesome. Get it early and get a table. The indoor pool is good for the kids. The suite itself is spacious. We got the King sized bed with the privacy border and the kids got the sofabed. There was a mini fridge, and microwave. A/C worked extremely well. It was quiet. I would totally recommend the Comfort Suites and I would stay there again! read more

Wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful every turn of the way. Breakfast was well stocked and plentiful! They even offer chili in the evening, but we weren't ever there to enjoy it. Our room was large and comfortable. The bed was nice and the kids enjoyed their pull out sofa. What a pleasant surprise. Stayed one night on a business trip. This truly was the cleanest hotel room and bathroom I have ever seen. The bed was comfortable with a lot of pillows. I had a King with a couch sitting area. The room was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and standard fair. Easy to find right of of Easy Street! I would stay here again for pleasure in a minute! read more

This hotel could only have been nicer if you went to the luxury set and paid a LOT more. Very clean, very modern. They thought of every little amenity and our room had a nice sitting area, separated by a half-screen wall from the sleeping area. The employees were cheerful and helpful in every way. And they have fresh baked cookies in the lobby every day at 3pm! Yay -- the decision to stay here was a winner! Comfort Suites = Comfortable + Sweet! read more
